The only complaint I would have is that the Thrifty shuttles don't run as often as the other rental companies...after waiting 1 minutes I decided to run from the terminal over to the Thrifty building to pick up my SUV. :o(Reviewed 7 Aug 2026

The wait for 1-1/2 hours to pick up a car that was already ordered on-line was way too long. The staff was nice but, there was only 2 people working. The car was clean and worked well and the drop-off was super easy and we got shuttled backed to the airport right away. So that was a good experience.Reviewed 21 Jul 2025
