They scam you into an upgrade....beware!Pros:They were friendly while they apologize for giving your car away and only having to "upselled" you.Cons:They will give your car "away" if you are running late and then only have higher end vehicles that they upsell you on. Happened to several people, seems like a pattern-even though you have a non-refundable deposit -they will give your car away if an hour later than time you designate. Understaffed with old dirty carsCons:It took 45 minutes to check-in. The car has 38,000 miles and the interior was dirty. The car also made a bad news upon excelerating.Reviewed 3 Jan 2017

Pros:Good car, clean and as requested.Cons:Check in is somewhat slow because the plane dumps a lot of customers and they have only two people on the desk and the paperwork takes about 10 minutes. But that might not be avoidable.Reviewed 7 Dec 2016

Overall great company to rent from, I approvePros:Got a free upgrade to 4x4Cons:Only got the auto upgrade after being sold to pay for it haha.
