Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near tourist spots, public transport, and food options. Many found the rooms clean, spacious, and comfortable, with reliable housekeeping and good value for money. However, several reviews mentioned cleanliness issues, including pests and a mismatch between photos and actual room conditions. Some guests also noted poor soundproofing and noise disturbances. Staff service was generally positive, with quick responses to issues and accommodating attitudes, though a few guests reported negative interactions. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location, comfort, and value, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
