Cons: We saw 3 Radisson Blu's in Stockholm, at least 2 of which are on the waterfront. One is just around the corner from this one. So make sure you go to the right one.

Cons: The mattress to soft for me to sleep. Standard room is poorly equipped

Cons: The rooms are very small compared to US standards. The Hotel has no air conditioning so if it gets hot like it did when we went the rooms are very uncomfortable during the day.

Cons: the Swedish meat balls i ate in the lobby bar area did not taste good.

Cons: Not a lot for small children, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Room faced into an alley with no view. Small issue with free toiletries where housekeeping replaced a bath lotion with shampoo so from the second night on, we ended up with 2 shampoo tubes.

Cons: i took the small and cosy Room which is indeed really small! it wasn't a Problem cause i travelled alone but it?s definietly to tiny for two people!

Cons: Room was not comfortable for two people. There is a lack of storage. We enjoyed the hotel but we would not want to stay at this hotel for several days.

Cons: I had a hard time checking in with one of the staff members because my credit card was not working even though I explained to her that I was not going to be buying anything on the bill. Finally she understood.

Cons: The exterior and it's surrounding are a bit scruffy but nothing bad, could use some touches to brighten up/update it's appearance. The business rooms are rather tight, we could not open both our suitcases at the same time so we had to take turn. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated concierge so we had to trouble the receptionists who were very busy. Some receptionists are knowledgable some are not able to help much.

Cons: Staff not too friendly but direct. Loud construction noise in room from 10am until 430pm. Hotel is mid renovation. Calls to front desk was met with a cold... there nothing that I can do. There's always something you can do to make your guests less upset. Hotel should be upfront with information and knowledge about the construction. A business traveler who is out of the room during the day would be less upset than we would be. We weren't too upset because our child didn't wake up but if he did we may very well be as we are jet lagged and the child needed to sleep. But notice would have allowed some possibility of planning. You may get an older room from the 80s. Carpets were dirty and worn in our room. The room decor color scheme did not age well.

Cons: No windows that open up to the outside air The windows open to the inside of the airport

Cons: Loud outside so if sensitive to that noise from train and cars either get inside view of courtyard or keep windows closed

Cons: No indoor pool Or jacuzzi, but no one can have everything!

Cons: The bed was absolutely horrendous. So very uncomfortable and hard as a rock. All beds are the same, as I moved rooms after a night that I got literally zero sleep. Might just be me, but I cannot stay here again because of the bed.

Cons: The majority of my issues were with the cleaning staff at the hotel. Several times we had to ask for them to bring us soap as they did not replenish the toiletry items we had used each day. Also, we had to call them to clean our toilet bowl after they had done the room already because it was clearly not cleaned as part of their regular cleaning. Pretty gross. Robes were not replaced when the worn ones were taken to be cleaned. Extra towels were brought to the room upon request but then cleaning staff did not replace used towels with same number of towels, so we had to keep calling for more. Really bizarre. In terms of the free wi-fi in the lobby, it was extremely slow when many people were down in the lobby using it. Lastly, I know there was a heat wave happening when we were there but the room would just not get cool enough, very hard to sleep dripping in sweat. Also - a bar that closes at 12:30 or 1? really odd. The concierge. Ok, first day he sent us to a restaurant that was closed. Then we told him we were headed for the Icebar one night and he did not mention at all that we needed a reservation. Very poor.

Cons: We couldn't get into our room for more than halfway through our stay. The staff was unhelpful. The acoustics were terrible and we could hear guests in the bar loudly until after midnight and again before 8:00 am.

Cons: I have booked this hotel in a hurry and relied on rating. This stay was a huge disappointment.(considering I payed $150+ per night) First of all self check in app did not work and we had to stay in line to be checked in by a person - which took a bit of time. Only one windowless room was available. We were proposed to upgrade by paying extra 150. We declined. After check in we were shown downstairs to depressing grey walled basement with stained grey carpet. Hall had an overwhelming smell of fried fish coming from restaurant kitchen. We snuck into the room trying to let in as little smell as possible. Naturally we were not able to air the room due to a lack of window. Washed but sained hand towel completed the picture. In the 8 in the morning I was  woken up by loud noises coming from upstairs that resembled sound made when furniture is being moved around. I think that their grey basement cells should at least have better ventilation. I think for the hotel to be considered "good" there should not be such horrible rooms.

Cons: Simpe breakfast, not so much to chose from.

Cons: It's not a deal breaker but it could get frustrating using my computer in my room since there's no desk or chair.

Cons: Be very careful when booking. Some rooms have to window and are so small as to be unusable. Perhaps other rooms are fine, but the windowless ones are truly unacceptable.

Cons: Price is a little high.

Cons: They stock me in a room that was a size of a small bed walls of the bed, the phone was not working, the coffee machine was not working and they did not have a business center or office nor a printer and the attitude of the staff was like Nah!. Overall, one of my worst hotel experiences.
