Pros:The price fitted my need. Prime example of "you get what you pay for". It had a bed, not the most comfortable, a TV, a shower and a bath.
Cons:I will say the problem was not the staff. The staff was wonderful. The people staying at the motel, well, that's different. There were adults screaming at children late into the night, and at one point, it sounded as if a young woman was screaming like a teenager being coerced into leaving. I thought the cops would be there any minute. Neighbors not knowing how to be considerate. That was the most negative factor.

Cons:This place should not be 3 stars - that's the reason I reserved there, and, upon arrival, we did not stay. It seemed more like a residential motel, with kids playing in the parking lot.

Pros:The manager refunded our money.
Cons:The motel was not a 3 star motel. It should have given it 0 stars. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of smoke covered up with deodorizer. There were bugs crawling around on the floor and dead one on at the front door. The bathroom tub and the bedspread had cigarette burns. It appeared the carpet had not been cleaned and the carpet had stains. The furniture was old and also had large liquid stains. Some of the edges of the carpet had pulled away from the tack strips were there were transition from linoleum to carpet causing a hazard of tripping. The floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned. We did not stay the night because it was so disgusting. We felt like we needed a bath when we left. I took pictures; I only wish I could upload them. The only positive is that the manager did give us a refund.
