10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was perfect, everything was sparkling clean The hosts even got up an hour earlier for us to be able to attend an event on time. Paulo & Paula are very very nice and cultivated always available for a chat or giving us advice for traffic, dinner... The coffee in the morning was one of the finest I've tasted and served like we wished. I could even park my car in their personal garage, not because there was no place in the (protected) yard in front of the house but just for preventing some pine resin to settle on the car. They have a pro attitude in serving for a stay as well as being around to respond to any question and for a nice talk. If I'm going back to this location this B&B will be certainly my first pick if available.
Cons: Nothing negative to mention, everything just went fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This family hotel was perfect. Very freindly staff. Clean room and bath, good bed, comfortable, near to Firense! Tasty breakfast! Like this place very much. Recommend!!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the location is perfect and the rooms are beautiful!
Cons: Bad pillows.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: nice location
Cons: Breakfast was basic. Could be better. The spa is OK (nothing to die for). They only give you one key which is a problem when one wants to go to the spa and the other wants to stay in the room or go to the gym. I see no reason why you have to "declare" if you want to go to these facilities. I may have gone more than once if it was not for this complicated system of reservations with no obvious reason.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Suites are fabulous and it has good value for money
8.0 Excellent
Pros: A gem at the heart of Florence, the hotel is stylish and location is unbeatable. The bonus, they have a SPA. This is my second time staying here and I like it even more. The train station (Santa Maria Novella), el Domo, the shops, the food market are all at walking distances (max. 200m). The hotel is modern as it is renovated.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had booked in for one night for our honeymoon and from arrival, everything about this hotel was amazing. The valet car parking saved us having to negotiate the streets of Florence to find a car park. The greeting from the manager and his colleagues was so welcoming and we felt very comfortable immediately. Check in was seamless and everything was explained to us in detail. The location for exploring the city was outstanding, with a few attractions only minutes walk away. We had opted for a junior suite that came with its own mobile smart phone for use out and about to save our data. Also included was a shuttle service to the nearby pools up in the hillside- only 15 minutes away, we can highly recommend booking a time slot and taking a few hours out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Flip flops and towels included! We didnt get a chance to use the onsite spa facilities, but they looked very good and the treatments at a reasonable price. The room itself was spectacular- clean, cool and very luxurious with one of the most comfortable beds ever. It was quiet and felt a world away from the busy streets. We decided to take breakfast in our room the next morning to make the most of it! We had cocktails in the bar in the evening that were very well made and delicious- the lovely bar tender, Don, was very friendly and chatty, despite my Italian not being great! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning soon, as one night was not enough!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We always stay here when in Florence as the rooms are very comfortable, large and beautifully decorated. Staff at Firenze Number. I’ve are all excellent.

Pros: This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Florence. It is steps away from the Duomo, but tucked away so that it is quiet and seems to be off the beaten path...perfect location! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is attentive. The lobby is very comfortable, lots of attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is lovely, with many options.....something for everyone. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will return. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

7.7 Good
Pros: Our room faced the river m, such a beautiful view. The room was nice & very clean. The concierge recommended some excellent restaurants.
Cons: The street noise is loud at night, so either ask for a quiet room some where or bring ear plugs. The staff working the breakfast each morning could be a lot more friendly.

Cons: Breakfast should be better quality and variety for a 5 star hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel excellent location and staff very helpful and friendly.
Cons: The window in our room was facing onto side street and the noise from delivery vans early morning to late night party goers very noisy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sleeping in real linen bedding was an absolute luxury. The special treats left on the pillow each evening were really thoughtful. The attention to detail was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. It was my sister's birthday and we found a bottle of bubbly for us in the room when we came home, and a sweet card saying 'Happy Birthday'. It was blissful staying at the Hotel Bernini Palace - I plan to return!
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was beautiful and furnishings lovely. Location fantastic. Staff were exceptional and helpful throughout stay.
Cons: Cooked breakfast was a bit of a let down. My partner requested some fresh poached eggs and we were politely informed that we would need to pay additional for this, the only free option were the buffet scrambled eggs. Considering the price of the room and the hotels luxury status this should have been provided at no extra cost.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. The rooms were excellent and very clean. The housekeeping was outstanding.
Cons: Bit noisy from the street below but minor in terms of all of the positives

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, beautiful room, excellent service
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Breakfast buffet and some rooms noisy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was truly luxurious. The room was exceptional as well. The location was superb.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Helvetia Bristol could not have been warmer and more accommodating during my four night stay. Their warm welcomes and spot-on suggestions were greatly appreciated. I love this hotel and will definitely return. It is a historic boutique hotel (don't expect large rooms). The location cannot be beat in central Florence.
Cons: The rooms are small and in need of a little love (new carpet).
5.1 Okay
Pros: Cappuccino. Staff was understanding.
Cons: The rooms next to the street are noisy because of the late night bars and at this time of year you can't have AC in the rooms because one system works the entire building. If you are hot or uncomfortable you have to open a window which just lets the noise in. Street cleaners, and trash service comes by at 5am which is nuts! Breakfast was blah...Single room was a closet and horrible shower. Im in shape and didn't fit in the shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic welcome and reception staff, excellent hotel - would highly recommend
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Recently reopened after a full and sympathetic renovation this elegant 5* hotel is situated right in the heart of the historic old city and is within close walking distance to all major attractions. Rooms are comfortable and well furnished with excellent bathrooms. Staff all very friendly, professional and helpful. A perfect base for exploring Florence on foot.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This is a beautiful, classic hotel, sumptuously appointed, but not over the top. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is wonderful. The breakfasts are elegant. (Best croissants of our trip!) The location is perfect, close to everything. Wonderful in almost all respects, BUT . . .
Cons: The hotel has a problem with noise, especially on the Via del Pescioni side. We were on the second floor, and disturbed during the night by revelers in the street, but especially by the very loud noises of service vehicles starting about 6 am. The hotel must be aware of this, because they provided ear plugs (!) by the bedside. (We should have had the wits to read this ominous sign.) They moved us to a room on the other side for our second night. Avoid rooms overlooking the street! Also, there is no coffee machine in the rooms.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: All, its amazing
Cons: Internet was bad, we asked for late checked out to pay per hour, they said we have to pay half amount of the room even for one hour
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect. 10-15 minute walk to everything, but quiet location. Service like one does not find anymore. Worth the money.

Cons: Street noise can be heard in room slow internet
5.4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast is excellent, with a very large dining area and lots of selections. The location is also very good, with easy access to the Duomo.
Cons: The rooms are tiny by any standard, with so little room between the beds and the walls that you can barely walk beside them. There is no room for a bidet in the minuscule bathroom, and the shower is so small that I had to open the door to be able to wash myself (and I'm not a large person). Rather than being an elegant hotel, it is a strange mix of some contemporary elements atop an old hotel that is in disrepair. The service is also rude and unhelpful. I couldn't wait to leave and will never stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, quiet and comfortable.
Cons: The pillow is the only think that wasn’t good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: amazingly kind and attentive staff members everywhere!!! Amazing breakfast bar... Staff were so kind and gracious! We LOVED it, and would never stay anywhere except the Brunelleschi when in Florence!!! Amazing and spectacular shower and bathroom.... and by far, the BEST ca[[cappuccinos and HB cookies in the world!
Cons: our room was too warm and we couldn't get it to a cooler temperature.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Hotel,position,design,staff,restaurants and bar.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Service quality in general, front office particularly helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet had great variety and high quality. Juice bar unique! Suitable for alternative diets Room service very thorough.
Cons: Could be more attentive to sustainability aspects, such as easier to turn down temperature, not replacing towels and soaps every day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was absolutely superb. Location was perfect. Hotel was very helpful. We really enjoyed it.
7.7 Good
Pros: Great breakfasts, Very comfortable bed, Central location
Cons: A bit difficult to find when walking from train station. Room was too warm for my taste. Unable to regulate room temperature. Opened window, and then got a lot of street noise from adjacent busy street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent quality. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Made some really nice touches for me as I was celebrating a birthday, like a bottle of Prosecco.
Cons: Unsustainable practices. Lots of unnecessary sing-use plastics in use in the room e.g. teaspoons. Very frustrating unsustainable practices by cleaners e.g. new soap bar every day even though we'd barely used the one we had, new sheets and towels every day which is unnecessary etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, large rooms. Attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Excellent restaurant.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding Service. Particularly Concierge (Sergio) and Front Desk. Moderately satisfactory gym on site Very good buffet breakfast and great service. Sound of the chimes of Duomo Great sound proof windows which could be opened if desired
Cons: Location too busy for us. Right in the very middle of heavy tourist area. Some people like that, we don't. Small room but that is standard in European city. However, shower was so small that it was almost impossible to maneuver.

Pros: Location of villa was beautiful. Room was lovely.
Cons: The gentleman who checked us in and showed us to our room seemed very visibly uncomfortable dealing with a same sex family.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A hidden gem just outside of Florence but close enough to enjoy what it has to offer.
Cons: Everything was lovely.
6.3 Good
Pros: Originally a Villa, the grounds, views, hotel itself and rooms are beautiful, chic, interesting, color and fabric choices well done.
Cons: While the breakfast is very good, the restaurant should be avoided at all costs. Uninspired dishes, outrageous cost for the delivery, vacillation between presentation but tasteless results or moderate satisfaction destroyed by total lack of value. Our dinner was completely dissatisfying and cost way more than our previous 8 dinners at hotels and restaurants in Florence - also at other properties with overnight prices both higher and lower than Il Salviatino. Wait staff and later front desk staff refused to remove dishes sent back to the kitchen, inedible. Stay but do NOT eat there. Just minutes away there are many great choices in the city or in little nearby Friesole. As an aside - if you like cold rooms, then you will not be happy with the subtle air conditioning which appears to not work very well. “We can hear that it is on when we turned off your music system” the staff told us. We slept with open windows.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We have stayed for 3 nights and we totally enjoyed our time, the peace in this place was beyond expectation, the staff was really friendly and welcoming, you feel like you are living in your private palace, the garden is the best of everything and the location over looks the city.
Cons: Some of the furniture was older than expected, the elevator was small and old, breakfast options was less than expected but the cooking was good. I think the garden deserve more attention it’s such peaceful spot. We will be coming back to this place for sure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The terrace rooms were majestic, we booked two rooms, one with a door to the garden and one without. The one with the door was great, cuz you get some air, the other one felt stuffy as there was no window to open.
Cons: The fone!! The extension to room service didnt work! Kept calling operator, and there is no fridge in our room.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Smart and comfortable hotel. Excellent restaurant for dinner and superb breakfast. A short drive to the station and good train service to Florence (20 minute journey)
Cons: Signa itself is a rather drab little town of no interest, but as we were using it as a base for Florence this was not important
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were several times in Florence and this is the best place that we had. Especially the host and his assistants make are stay really unforgettable. We come again for shore.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I believe that there are many good places to stay around Tuscany, but if u have hard time to choose and decide, go for this place and u will not regret. This is not an ordinary hotel, but rather a village villa operated by nice, warm, open local people. The location is quiet , nice looking and convenient for any day trip around Tuscany (Florence, Sienna, Pisa, even cinque terre). Our room was big spacoius and clean (got cleaned up and arranged every day), there is a small but equipped kitchen corner(including small maquinetta and grounded coffee) so u can prepare your own food if u like, bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty Italian style. Home made pastries r delicious and just melding in your mouth, a fresh home made yogurt -a must even for those who don't eat milk products!, Scrambled eggs, fruits and vegetables, coffee of course...all is prepared, served and operated with charm by 2 young ladies. And if the above is not enough-find Alessandro. Even a short conversation with him will make u smile for the rest of the day... boost your energy...and probably stay with u long after u return back home.
Cons: Unfortunately the shower cabin was a bit small of a size , though the whole restroom was spacy enough.
