10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location very close to Petit Train du Nord trail. Beautiful property with inviting front and rear yards and large porch. Large room for 4. Amazing ovo vegetarian breakfast. Garage storage for bikes. Great proprietors.
Cons: Everything was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was lovely. Place was well kept and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Given a third floor room with steep stairs. Out of breath even tho owner carried my luggage. I had to carry it down. Also breakfast was a croque Mouseiur with maple syrup. Not good for a diabetic. When I refused it I was admonished that I should have let them know the day before. How was I to know it wasn’t a simple buffet. If they knew what they were cooking they could have asked me.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here after an extremely cold day on the P'tit Train due Nord bike route. The house is beautiful and so are the grounds. There is secure storage for bikes. The breakfast was fantastic and generously sized. The lattes were wonderful and the muffin they served was the best. The hosts, Carolyne and Pierre-Andre, were so very lovely, friendly and welcoming. The house felt a touch cold when we arrived as human popsicles so Pierre-Andre hooked us up with an extra heater in our room and he drove us to a restaurant for dinner.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was incredible.
Cons: The only issue we had was with the pillows. One of them was so high that I had to take it off the bed and sleep on the mattress in the middle of the night due to neck pain. Otherwise a flawless stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful home on the edge of a forest, one minute drive from the Laurentians cycle path. Large, modern and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast cooked by the host, a Swiss chef. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.
Cons: All was good.

6.0 Good
Pros: The building is beautiful and the view is stunning! breakfast was very nice too.
Cons: I booked this hotel for my hubby's 30th birthday thinking we would go skiing then enjoy a nice and relaxing moment in the hut tub! Unfortunately the hut tub was closed which was a BIG disappointment. I dont think its fair to advertise it with pictures and to mention it first thing in the description if the guests wont be able to use it. Also, the room had a very strange egg smell, probably coming form the water or pipes but gosh is was strong! Too expensive for what it was...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Richard was a really great host! Le petit Clocher was exactly the authentic old-school québec grand-mère style place and feel we were expecting. Really awesome place.
Cons: Due to the roof architecture however the bathroom has a slanted wall and is a little difficult to use.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing views, walking distance to town (although not the safest walk), close to a bike path, friendly and helpful staff, homemade breakfast, free parking
Cons: Bed could’ve been a little bigger, bedroom could use a little updating (especially TV)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was absolutely nothing missing from our experience here!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It felt like being home, the food was amazing and the hospitality was amazing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great hosts. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful surroundings, nature all around and facilities close by. Claude and Lise are charming and welcoming and the breakfast is delicious.
7.1 Good
Pros: By far, the hosts are the best part of this establishment. Friendly and sweet is the couple that runs this b&b.
Cons: The room layout was bizarre having to share the shower and a closet for a bathroom. I believe a T.V would have been appropriate in the room. I don’t have much experience with B&B, but the fact that you could hear the other visitors was off putting to me.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was a pleasure meeting the hosts at this B&B! Although the property was an uphill bike ride from "Le Petit train du Nord" that we were cycling, it was definitely worth it. (And we were happy to be cycling downhill to the path the next day!) The property has beautifully manicured lawns and gardens, with a comfortable gazebo for guests to relax in outside. The breakfast was delicious, and it was fun conversing with the hosts and other guests there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was our first time there and was just fanatastic, the couple that owns this place are so warm and caring and did everything to make our stay wonderful, the complimentary breakfast was just delicious , highly recommend this beautiful little get away .
Cons: Nothing it was perfect.

Cons: Pillows were very uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kitchen nicely stocked, appliances awesome, bed comfortable and the location was perfect. Easy walk into the town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful decor; easy to access; comfy unit in all aspects; great view of the ski hill; plenty of room for our two families - everyone had their own space without getting in each other’s way. Close to stores, restaurants and ski hills.
Cons: A little light on some kitchen utensils we would have considered basic - no strainer/colander to drain pasta; only a couple of pots available to cook so had to cook in batches; couple of light bulbs burnt out or switches that didn’t turn anything on. Otherwise was a great place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facility with superb view of ski hill
Cons: Everything was great no negatives

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Place was quiet, clean and fancy.
Cons: Internet was not high speed as said by host, there was too much bugs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The motel is in the perfect spot (if you have a car) it’s quite and close to the river, the rooms were so comfortable and the spa bath was just the cherry on top! Amazing motel and great value.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Wifi was good, free parking, hot tub was nice.
Cons: The large room that we wanted smelled like smoke so we had to downgrade to a smaller room in order to stay here. Thankfully they were more than happy to refund the difference for the price of the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean! All organized with care!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The Motel grounds were a pleasant surprise. As we were driving into the area, we passed a number of run down motels and businesses that gave us a bit of a concern. As we pulled into the motel parking, we saw a meticulously maintained grounds along with the owner out working. She greeted us and took care of the business end in the office. The Motel is older, but when Motels dotted the land no doubt, but this one is unbelievebly clean and maintained. Not a spec of dust to be found in the room. Nicely decorated with ample towels for the shower and the huge jacuzzi tub. My wife loved the little table set by the window.
Cons: The air conditioner wasn't powerful enough to cool the room down the day we arrived. It was very hot and humid (in the 90's) to be fair. After dark, it did finally catch up.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Good accommodation e.g. tv, fridge, microwave
Cons: Shower too small and without a regular bathtub. Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Pros: Gas fireplace was a really nice touch. View of the trees was gorgeous.Would definitely return.
6.0 Good
Pros: Big room, clean, fireplace. Helpful staff.
Cons: In the room, the cupboard door where the room fridge was kept was missing. The fridge made a lot of noise which could keep people up. It would turn on and off. Very annoying.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean hotel; nice staff, bright light.
Cons: If the pool jacuzzi was a real jacuzzi (off from the pool and warm) would be perfect....the heat in the room got very warm, like up to 78 F, almost too warm.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was simple could have had a little more variety Well organized & friendly staff Cozy room & very functional Easy access to parking Location to stores & restaurants was a breeze
Cons: Some maintenance & upkeep in the bathroom The fan wasn't too strong for taking out the steam or vapor from a shower or bubble bath The toilet plunger acted up several times

Pros: Fantastic - full breakfast where you can order eggs your own style. Excellent coffee.
Cons: no complaints
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything great except the surprise that you didn’t tell us the second night charge went from $155 to $200! They said it was due to the marathon being held there! Otherwise terrific place!
Cons: Price could have been as advertised instead of jump the second night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facility. A feeling of luxury. Super helpful and friendly staff. Very spacious room. Great location. Great value for the price!
Cons: We enjoyed the whole experience!
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was big. Staff were mostly friendly
Cons: There was no elevator to our room to 2nd floor - we had 2 kids and a lot of stuff to carry and could not bring stroller up with us. Also they had our reservation saved as 2 adults only (i double checked in my email it clearly said 2 adults and 2 kids and their ages), so they didnt have a crib available for us because "there is only 1 on each floor" and it was in use- it would have been courteous if they brought one from a different floor, doesn't seem too hard.

Pros: Rooms are confortable and clean. Really like their new restaurant/bar decor in the lobby which they have renovated. It is really very confortable and relax. People can read, eat drink. Very casual and fun
Cons: They put us in a room at the complete end of the hotel were we had to walk through the hotel parking to get to the lobby, pool, restaurant. Really not convenient. We had to ask for another room and pay extra.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was superbe. Homemade jams and preserves were a nice touch. Right off the highway and 5 mins from St. Sauveur was perfect. The hosts were very nice and parking was ample
Cons: No television in the room and the shower was small for a bigger fellow like myself. The pool and hot tub were off limits after 9pm which was a bit disappointing. These were not deal breakers but would have been nice to know before booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent loved it
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were extremely nice people ,really down to earth and very sociable. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, great variety of offerings all home made from the quiche to the jams, and organic greens and herbs from their garden. It was like staying at my granny's. Loved it!
Cons: We enjoyed the whole experience!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The entire experience was an extremely positive one, but the breakfasts were just so delicious. The plates were works of art, visually and to the palate! Sylvie is truly an artist in the kitchen! Filling but not heavy, healthy, with lots of fresh fruit as well as a hot portion which was a surprise each morning, and a small healthy dessert. The pool was lovely and refreshing, and towels for the pool were supplied. The whole property felt very private. We enjoyed good conversations at the table with the other guests and Sylvie. We would highly recommend this B and B!
Cons: Nothing! :)
1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing
Cons: owner`s hospitality. in side the house bad smell. they ask us to remove the shoes. look like insecurity place. after couple of mints we leave the place. after we found the room in Hotel Excelsior we paid $337.96.
7.1 Good
Pros: Amazing breakfast, in fact, 3 courses, all freshly made in the kitchen. Croissants exceptional and salad picked from the garden. Breakfast served in the solarium with a view onto the lovely garden.
Cons: For $125 one would expect a bathroom inside the room. We had a “private” bathroom opposite the room but the rate should be lowered to reflect this. Our friends had the same rate, bigger room, with a toilet and a bath in their room. Since most guests would be biking the petit train du nord, I would suggest a bike rack or shed behind the house that guests could use to lock up their bikes.

Pros: The outdoor spa was absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and well kept. The fireplace in the room is such a nice addition to the coziness of the whole place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the room which is very convenient (like the kitchenette). The staff was very sweet and helpful!

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: It was clean, but that's the only good thing, this hotel has the worst quality of bed I've ever slept on!
Cons: Beds are way to hard, extremely hard. The staff was treating me and my wife with a very condescending tone. We tried several beds and they were all hard as plywood. I choose this hotel because of the brand comfort inn, but they do not meet we the standard I was used to. I will not recommended and will not go there ever.

Cons: This was a horrible experience. I was supposed to go to a hockey tournament in the area. After the hockey tournament was cancelled I tried to cancel my room to witch I was told I couldn't. I contacted the hotel and the travel site I used and both were little help. I have nothing good to say about either. I even tried just to get them to adjust the date or anything. Needless to say room sat vacant all weekend. Will not use or tell anyone I know to use either of these things.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was nice.
Cons: If we'd known how far this place was from a restaurant for dinner I wouldn't have picked it. We hadn't ordered the table d'hote beforehand and so had to take a taxi into town at a cost of $28 there and back for dinner. The roads are hilly and dangersous for bikers and walkers. The table d'hote should be offered to everyone at check in.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the owner accommodated our request for an early breakfast. The location was the only disappointment. We hadn't ordered the dinner because we thought we could go into town for dinner - but the town was not close enough to walk and we didn't want to bike in the dark.
Cons: The location was the only disappointment.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location
9.0 Excellent
Pros: history of the buildling and site alongside the Petit Train du Nord bike path

8.0 Excellent

Cons: No coffee pot in my room😳 But everything els to make some😫
7.0 Good
Pros: Helpful staff conversant in English for US guests. Recommended w/some reservations.
Cons: Continental breakfast somewhat sparse when we entered. Appeared out of town work crew had "grazed" through earlier. No yogurt and breakfast area rather messy. Exterior could be much more presentable with some basic landscape maintenance.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Food offered is very good but the choice a bit limited. The place to eat is good but lacks free space at the moment we went there (probably the most busiest time of the day) .
7.5 Good
Pros: Location for our charter flight
Cons: First room had toilet issues. Second room was ok.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, had a fridge, coffee maker, breakfast and laundry facilities. Good location with places to go at in walking distance.
Cons: Would have liked pool towels placed in pool area. The hot tub is as on the cooler side our first night. Would also be appreciated if we could check in early if room was ready.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: This was a horrible experience. I was supposed to go to a hockey tournament in the area. After the hockey tournament was cancelled I tried to cancel my room to witch I was told I couldn't. I contacted the hotel and the travel site I used and both were little help. I have nothing good to say about either. I even tried just to get them to adjust the date or anything. Needless to say room sat vacant all weekend. Will not use or tell anyone I know to use either of these things.
7.9 Good
Pros: It was a very comfortable stay. No complaints.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Faucet was broken.
