Pros (+) For me the make or break it is 1. the bed & 2. the shower. Both were excellent. The gentleman that checked us in at close to midnight had a great attitude and was super helpful.
Cons (-) Still some remodeling going on that really stuck out given how nice most of the facility was

Cons (-) Was not advised of extensive construction throughout. Was required to transit dusty dirty hallways. Wife refused to enter. I did not sleep there or use bed. $80 wasted.

Pros (+) Hotel was very affordable and room was very big. As Far as I could tell everything was clean. We did not need much but the staff was helpful.
Cons (-) Hotel looks like it is closed. Looks like it was at one time a very nice conference center but it needs a bit of work to get back to 4star. No bar or restaurant.

Pros (+) The place is in tatters.
Cons (-) I left a wireless headphone and a charging block in the room. One hour down the road I realized it was missing and I called the hotel And they cannot located in the room that I was just in. I am 175% sure the items were exactly where I left them so I find it hard to believe they could not find. Items that are no value to someone else, but inconvenience for me to replace
