9.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved absolutely everything! The staff, the food was amazing, staff was incredibly friendly!
Cons: Probably better off sleeping on the floor. Very uncomfortable beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved this hotel the staff was so friendly and must have given my girls 100 cookies! Only compliant I have is, they offer “free parking” if you give your ticket to the front desk at check in, no one told me this so I was forced to pay. I went in and tried to have the fees removed and they were not willing to work with me after I spent 2 days there in 2 rooms. So be aware you are magically supposed to know to hand your parking lot ticket in AT CHECK IN! Other than that I loved everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so professional and extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really good too! The room was so clean and had everything I needed.
Cons: Honestly, I have ZERO complaints!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was spacious and very nicely furnished. The hotel lobby was very elegant and comfortable. We enjoyed our dinner in the pub part of the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was excellent with many hot and cold options including made-to-order omelettes. Parking in the garage was included in the room rate. All staff were very friendly. Overall we felt quite pampered.
Cons: The hotel was almost perfect. We could have used more lighting in our room at night, especially for reading. I personally prefer traditional bedding to duvets, but I know duvets are popular now.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked this hotel because we were attending a concert across the street at the Santander Arena. It was a great location for before and after the show.

Pros: very clean
Cons: we booked this hotel based on the awesome looking hot tub, we checked in, went right to it with a sign saying out of order, this wasn't told to us at check in. when checking out I wasn't ask about my stay, I had to offer the complaint about the hot tub, they did atleast offer a free breakfast and coffee to try to make up the disappointment, which did help and was nice of them, just after driving 3 hours and looking forward to the hot tub and no one was even there trying to fix it knowing its a weekend and a lot of guest would be present.

Pros: Great location for us. Staff was really good.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Breakfast was okay. I was not up in time to partake.
Cons: My adult granddaughter found bugs in her bed. She collected them and took them to the front desk. They gave us a different room. My granddaughter moved to the other room and I stayed in booked room because I was half asleep and did not want to repack and move. At 330 am a lady came to my room very upset and mad. She made me get out of that room and move to the other room where my granddaughter moved. She claimed she had to inspect the room and bed with the bugs. She said I had paid for one room and not two. The next we were both worn out from lack of sleep and had to go to a funeral. Not sure I will ever stay in another Comfort Inn.

Pros: The location is good. The breakfast was good.
Cons: I stayed four nights - two nights my room was not serviced at all, and the other two nights when it was none of the toiletries were replaced - no soap or shampoo, no fresh coffee or water cups. Also, no clean towels left when the used ones were removed.

Cons: Filthy, smells bad, uncomfortable mattress. Stay away!
4.0 Okay
Pros: it’s an old hotel in need of some serious updates. my bathroom, especially was pretty bad- peeling paint, poor water pressure, extremely old shower head, cracked tiles. the blanket on the bed was seriously very old and thin. there were no extras. I went to a store and bought another blanket of my own. the mattress was sooo squishy and old as well. Breakfast was ok—standard continental fare— yogurt should be cold. It wasn’t. I had a lamp in my room that wasn't working. Carpeting was picking up at the seams. Overall, it appeared clean but run down. Staff at night desk appeared largely indifferent. Not welcoming but not unkind either. The whole place just seems tired, itself. I will say being a half mile from my work site was awesome. I saved on gas.

Pros: Breakfast was hilarious! The round egg "patty" looked EXACTLY like what a child's drawing of a fried egg would look like! Impressive job, "boys!" Better than the fast food egg patties, even. I didn't poop my f'ing bowels out the following day, hence the bonus star!
Cons: Never before has a front desk employee stopped me from going to my room. I was dressed appropriately, it was after 4am, I then showed her my room cards, and told her my son is in the room sleeping! She NEEDS TO BE spoken with, don't you think? If you give a hoot, you can easily check to see which eyeglasses-wearing, middle-aged, bottle blonde was there the night we stayed (she's short and could stand to lose a few pounds too ... just sayin').

Overall we felt quite pampered.
