Pros: The breakfast was great, beds were nice, common area very cozy with tea an coffee whenever you'd like. Personnel was helpful and friendly. Great showers and comfortable bed.
Cons: If you're a light sleeper, you might hear some street noises at night, depending on the room you're in. We didn't mind but we did hear it.
Pros: The bed is very cozy, warm. Very good the bathroom, soft shower, three towels. I had small refrigerator in room, the table with chairs. They have inside yard, good breakfast and tea, coffee all day.
Pros: It is a cozy and nice hostel/hotel with different rooms and a nice backyard. The breakfast was awesome and Rafael and his staff did everything do make our stay as comfy as possible in critical times. I would always come back!
Pros: Nice to be close to the action, but quiet at night. The breakfast was one of the best on our trip!
Cons: Could hear the neighbors next door, but they were pretty quiet after 11:00 pm.
Pros: Breakfast & location.
Pros: Everything but the costumer service and attention to details from the staff were outstanding
Pros: This was a hotel with character - a little quirky. We had a friendly welcome and the staff were all very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and breakfast was very good. It was easy to walk everywhere around town from the hotel; to the beach, yacht-harbour, shops and restaurants.
Cons: The street outside was very busy and noisy with a bar/night-club across the road that was open until around 4am, so we didn't get the best sleep. Also all of the streets in Pucon are grid-locked with traffic. This made it difficult to find the hotel and to unload our luggage.
Pros: The location, rooms and extra touches were great. Breakfast was delicious and filling, even for early departure days! The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Located in Pucon, Hotel Pucon Green Park is a 5-minute drive from Museo Mapuche Pucon and 5 minutes from La Poza. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, some English channels on TV, restaurant open late. Beautiful area with views of the volcano from the patio outside. WiFi was good most of the time.
Cons: The breakfast was not very appetizing. The scrambled eggs were watery, and the coffee low quality. Like many places in Chile, there was an abundance of bread and pastries, but no gluten free options. We expected the food to be on par with the restaurant, which we thought was very good. We ended up getting coffee and breakfast in Pucon everyday. This cut into our time to explore and enjoy the area, especially since most places don’t open until 9:30am.
Pros: The beds were really comfy and the hotel is in an ideal setting. Very quiet and tranquil garden and swimming pool. The staff were all friendly and helpful and we had an excellent dinner.
Cons: The breakfast area and the main lobby reception area are small and cramped for the amount of guests staying.
Cons: Lack of air conditioner within the room
Cons: the staff was very rude
Pros: Rooms very nice - spacious and clean. We were offered an upgrade to a suite, but declined it as it didn’t have a terrace. Our evening meal in the restaurant was really tasty and good value.
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing and there was an unforeseen charge to use the hot tub. Further, unfortunately while we were staying a large school trip occupied most of the hotel, putting on events such as a disco with children running around the hotel and grounds. As such it was very noisy and not relaxing. We felt that we should have been informed of the potential disruption on check-in and given a room that was as far away as possible. We subsequently moved hotels to a much better choice.
Pros: Room is cool
Cons: Bathroom with water problem (WC loses water...)

It is 13 km from Villarrica Lake and 22 km from Menetue Hot Springs. Maquehue Airport is 80 km away.
Pros: The shared spaces are amazing! The kitchen is very attractive and utilitarian and the yard is very welcoming. It was also nice that they stored our luggage the last day and even let us hang out and take showers before our night bus. We really did love the vibe...and it was so clean! There was someone constantly cleaning...like...24-7 sweeping.
Cons: This one is kind of on me...because I didn't realize what they meant by "Japanese Style" rooms. I thought of Fuji and flowers...and they said there would be a view of the mountain...and the price indicated that the room would be very nice. It's a capsule room (which it does say in the description...but I overlooked it...however, if they had included pictures of the rooms, I would have run for the hills). The room we stayed in on the second floor had a tiny slit window that if you were an acrobat you could see the mountain...and a sloped ceiling with the heat of the sun on the roof that turns the room into an oven! My husband couldn't stand up...there is no room to change or have your belongings in there (they have cages in the hallway for that). It was extremely uncomfortable - especially the quality of the linens, mattress, and only one pillow. Additionally, they charge you for towels.
Pros: Quiet, clean.
Cons: Breakfast option would be nice
Pros: The room is very small but there was lots of storage. The condition of both bedroom and bathroom was good. The bedding was very nice, which is important to me. The location was excellent....easy walking distance to restaurants, beach, shops, etc. Well equipped communal kitchen, roomy sitting room and very lovely yard with lots of plants and fruit trees. The smouldering volcano was clearly visible and entertaining to watch!
Pros: The room was very comfortable and the location close to the beach and city center
Cons: The staff is not very friendly and barely speaks spanish. I was five days and they didn't clean up the room, not even the toilet.
Pros: very kind staff and garden at the back
Cons: bathroom was bit untidy in the morning
Pros: It was an amazing spot to just rest and have enough space to move and relax if you want to stay inside. I will def come again if I am around.
Cons: That the neighbour next door was using the fan the whole night and couldn't easily sleep cause of the noise.
Pros: Friendly staff, nice room
Pros: there’s a nice kitchen and dining room is big enough to spend time there
Cons: room are very small (i was in 4 beds dorm), there were 2 bathrooms but one was broken, they take 3% commission on credit card payment
Located in Pucon, Complejo Turistico Pucon is within a 5-minute drive of Santa Clara Monastery and Museo Mapuche Pucon. Featured amenities include a business center and laundry facilities. This resort has 2 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
When you stay at Los Gualles de la Candelaria Apart Hotel in Pucon, you'll be on a lake, within a 5-minute drive of Museo Mapuche Pucon and Santa Clara Monastery. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: It was quite a long drive that day, coming from Argentina. On arrival we were welcomed by a member of staff who showed us the studio #1, on the side on the reception. But it was small, dark and with no view or outdoor space. She must have noticed our reaction because when the owner came to greet us, we were straightaway offered the cabana #7, on the top of the hill (quite a hike with groceries and luggage’s) but with an amazing view of the lake, a lovely terrace and close to the pool which was a refreshing (literally) plus after our drive on dusty roads... This cabaña was really gorgeous with a sofa curled on the side of big windows, a small wooden stove (probably very useful in the winter), a big double bedroom and a smaller one with bunks, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, a small bathroom. Of course it’s a bit old fashioned but it was very cosy and you could really spend a few days here.
Cons: It’s quite far from the town centre. It’s a place to relax and self cater. Not if you want to experience the hustle and bustle of Pucón. It was thus all right for us but we might stay more in town for another stay in the region.
Pros: Very nice cabin, small but clean and comfortable and appointed with everything necessary. Solange is a very kind and helpful host, always reachable and she gave us very good tips around.
Cons: Being located on the main road between Villarica and Pucon it is quite noisy even during the night. Tip: bring ear plugs
Pros: The owner was extremely hospitable and friendly. Accommodation dimensions are tight, and very compact shower/toilet unit, but cooking facilities are modern and cleaning was excellent. Good wi-fi connectivity.
Cons: The photo used on the website is somewhat misleading - the view of the lake is only possible from the higher level units, and the site has very limited parking (if more than a couple of pick-up trucks - which are ubiquitous - park, it can be extremely difficult to park a sedan car... Acess/egress is tricky, as the hotel site entrance is straight onto the very busy (only) road between Villarrica and Pucon. Proximity to the road also leads to significant traffic noise day and night. Be aware that the rooms are self-catering, so you will have to drive into Pucon to eat if not prepared to cook in the room.
Pros: They were very friendly

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice lobby, and dining areas. Breakfast was very nice. Plenty of parking, at least in late March.
Cons: Ground floor rooms noisy, particularly night kitchen cleanup(10:30-11:00pm). Wi-fi in room spotty at best. Needed to go to lobby for adequate reception. If we were to return, we would book a room other than ground floor.
Pros: A most enjoyable breakfast in a nice environment. Enjoyed the design and decor of the hotel. Wooden features of hotel very appealing. Jose at front desk was exceptionally helpful during our stay.
Pros: Very comfortable bed and very clean everywhere. Good set evening meal which also represented excellent value.
Cons: Location a little too far out of the town to be able to walk.
Pros: Very reasonably priced for what was offered. Friendly staff.
Pros: to be set in the WC, in the second story, with windows opened, looking at vehicles to pass thru the main street and people to walk. It was a new and nice experience
Cons: it include breakfast in buffet format. Superior room. count with a good space and a frigobar. Clean and well decorated, bed comfortable and personnel pretty serviciable. I had only and issue but not with the hotel actually was my fault. I reserved it on Sun Feb 16th 2020 and cancelled reservation an hour after and there was no way to refund as I couldn't travel on planned date due to exceptions on my work that forced me to stay longer than expected. I wrote Hotel consergie explaining the situation and finally we agreed reschedule it but for a date that didn't fit my possibilities so I lost the money and management of the hotel didn't refund neither. I consider it unfair as I didn't cause any monetary prejudice to them as I canceled only 1 hour and I know they resaled the room for the weekend, so gain the doubt to my cost. But I understand, policies are policies however I see there should be a way to except these policies on cases where is impossible to use the reservation and where has not passed a long time since reservation upto cancelation Anyway, be careful with cancelation policies if you have some chance to have to move your holiday.
Pros: Very friendly staff, great dinner daily special menu, excellent cooking, happy to provide an early breakfast is you have to get out early.
Pros: The restaurant was good with an extensive menu Although not many staff spoke English they all did their best to assist and were very accommodating Would happily stay again
Cons: It was all good. No complaints

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We were greeted upon arrival by Juan who was excellent in the way he spoke very good English and helped us with a local tour, map and information etc.. He ensured our stay was excellent throughout. Great location and quiet at nighttime
Cons: Breakfast to have more choice Heater in bedroom did not work
Pros: Very friendly staff Old but nice room
Cons: Soft bed Coffee
Pros: Nothing. Never again
Cons: Servicio Mal !!!!! Awful Service!!!! If I could give a rating of zero I would have done so. A lot of noise from outside the street(although we asked for a quiet room) All the furnitures and the room design is cheap and doesnt seem at all like a hotel. But Mostly,Mostly terrible service- the manager of the hotel(Hefa Johana Viollargan) treats customers with such a rudeness and disrespect , in a way I have never encountered from hotel staff so far- We sent a couple of clothes to laundry at the hotel with mentioning specifically to make our laundry seperately and not mix it together ,as well as asking not to put our clothes in the dryer machine in any case(among the clothes new expensive clothes)- we were told that we have nothing to worry about and the cleaning would be done only with gentl cold water cleaning, But it wasnt what aventually to haeppen- the next morning we got our clothes , all the clothes were mixed together and many clothes obviously shrinked and were no more useful (sign of using the dryer machine),New 200 USD Arcteryx jacket ,worn just one time ,completely shrinked. When we asked for a compensation the response from the manager was to ask us to send the clothes back to laundry with mentioning that she would try to strech the clothes and try to make the clothes bigger. Obviously we refused and asked for a compensation and not only that the manager refused to do so but also she yelled at us and told us to leave the hotel immidiately- and all done while we still had 1 hour left to CheckOut.
Pros: The stafff
Cons: Breakfast could be upgraded somewhat
Pros: Cozy, very good location, very good value.
Cons: Some heat fluctuations in shower water.
With a stay at Gecko Hostel in Pucon, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Museo Mapuche Pucon and Santa Clara Monastery. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The garden is nice, but it needs a bit of maintenance. Staff is all excellent, and everything is clean.
Pros: I can really recommend the hostel! There‘s a super nice outside area to have a barbecue or just relax in a hammock. The kitchen is fully equipped and the location is really close to the center. I‘ve been there three nights and met a lot of nice people. The staff is cleaning everyday so even if it‘s getting dirty during the day in the morning it‘s goong to be cleaned up.
Pros: The staff is nice and helpfull. The let me park my bike inside the patio. The excursion office is good and not so expensive. They made an Asado and it was an amazing evening. Good hot shower and good wifi.
Cons: I had to take back something which has gone on the floor under the bed...could be good to clean there once. One of the toilet is really tiny for tall guy like me.
Pros: It was good to meet other people and do hikes. The kitchen was really well equipped and with lots of herbs and spices. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice to have curtains.
Cons: The bathroom was always clean but it did have a bad odour most of the time (the one with the fan). When I went to check out to pay the 3 days I had extended, I was charged more than I had paid for the first 3 days. They told me because I had booked my first 3 days on booking it was cheaper on there. They didn't tell me this when I extended, otherwise I would have booked again on booking. They also wouldn't put the price to booking's prices. Left a bit of a sour taste at the end of the stay which was a bit of a shame.
Pros: Mary at reception was fantastic - really friendly and helpful.
Cons: For some reason there is not a very social vibe created in the common room kithchen. Everybody kind of quietly sits in different corners of the room. I think one common breakfast table would enable people to socialise more.
Cons: It was the worst approach in the world. I had the smell of urine in the room and the hostel didn't want to move me to another room he wanted me to pay more money.
Pros: Great hostel, nice staff. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, had pretty much everything you need for cooking. They had an asado evening while we were there which was really cool, and the food was great.
Pros: Good kitchen Hot water Clean
Cons: I don’t know why but one of the staff show her monitor, and asked me to pay reservation commission. NEVER PAY COMMISSION AND VAT(if you’re from Chile you have to pay VAT). I talked about it for 5 minutes, and I didn’t pay the commission. It’s the thing that the hostel must pay. Not customers.
Pros: Comfortable bed. Good location.
Cons: The atmosphere in the hostel was depressing. The stuff wasn't nice. There wasn't hot water most of the time. Can't use the kitchen after check-out. The room was tiny and there was no place for the begs. The ventilation of the room was really bad.
Cons: Looks replace blanket cover sheet only. Blanket has smell.

Pros: Location is seriously perfect. Right on the main street, next to the tourist center where the free buses stop; walk distance to simply everything: top restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets, tour agencies, rental cars, etc. Nice, clean and well mantained rooms. But the main star goes to the Staff. Amazingly loving and friendly, really available and proactive to help you in any and everything.. can’t thank them enough!
Cons: If your room faces the main street, you will definitely hear some noise from the street, but it was bearable and didn’t disturbed our sleep. Depending on the room you get, you might get some parts of the ceiling that you should watch to not hit your head, due to the structure of the building.
Pros: This hotel, in an excellent location in Pucón near the bus terminals and several restaurants and shops, is fabulous: very clean and quiet, with wonderful views of the volcano, beautifully decorated rooms and common areas, lots of warm water in the bathroom at any time, and a good breakfast with many options, also for vegetarians. Last but not least, all the staff members are professional, helpful and kind.
Cons: The should be more space for toiletteries in the bathroom, but my main complain is that I did not stay longer.
Pros: Great location, friendly helpful staff. Basic room but clean. Lovely view.
Cons: Breakfast was nothing much.
Pros: Location is pretty good and staff is amazing. Breakfast is very good.
Cons: My room was next to the street and it was really noisy at night. There was a bar right in front of the property and music played until dawn.
Pros: Excellent location and very good accommodation, spacious, clean and confortable. We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom apartments which is nicely fitted for a family of 4. Staff were great, extremely helpful in all our needs.
Cons: The internet never worked in our apartment. Fortunately I had a local sim card and used mobile network, but the hotel should upgrade its wifi system to meet the high standard it offers.
Pros: Very clean and good value for money.
When you stay at Cabañas Monte Verde Pucon in Pucon, you'll be near ski lifts and 7 minutes by car from Museo Mapuche Pucon. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice view and nice cabins.
Cons: Bad wifi reception in our cabin.
Pros: We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa with beautiful view over the lake, with terrace, fire, geat view from bedroom and living room. Room service was excellent. One of our best accomodation over our 3 week long Chile travel and all at unbeatable price! Environment, birds, flowers!
Cons: Wifi non existent, it made planning difficult.
Pros: The perfect view
Cons: Wifi not working at all
Pros: Amazing views. Great cabaña
Pros: We had 3 bedroom cottage with beautiful lake and mountain views. Nice private patio with BBQ. Loved the wood burning stove for chilly nights. Very comfortable bed. Well stocked kitchen with everything spotlessly clean. Large unheated pool People were swimming. Hot tub too. Close to Pucon village but nice and quiet away from rush. There is hotel section too if you dont want self catering. Staff could not have been nicer. So helpful
Cons: That we had to cut short our stay to try to get a flight out of Chile with borders closing
Pros: Beautiful views especially from upper cabanas.
Cons: Internet was weak. No cafe available.
Pros: Everything was fabulous! We loved the wood stove and the view from the large porch.
Cons: We liked everything!

Pros: Great stay - the rooms were lovely, with huge beds and shower, breakfast was great and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again
Pros: The friendly helpful owners. The view.
Cons: The road up to the hotel
Pros: Breakfast good. Location a little out of the way
Pros: Loved the hospitality of Francisco and his Staff, plus the gorgeous setting outside Pucon. You wake up every morning looking at the Lake and hearing the birds. The location is 6-8km outside of downtown Pucon so not dealing with the loud noises and traffic. They prepare a very nice breakfast, and even made us cappuccinos every morning. Once Francisco learned we were going rafting he insisted he give us some fresh towels to bring with us -- which were invaluable after getting out of the cold river. Can't say enough nice things about our stay -- so much that we extended from 2 nights to 3 nights.
Pros: Good buffet breakfast. Owners speak English. Beautiful and tranquil location.
Cons: The pool was a little small and quite cool, although we went swam.
Pros: Breakfast was abundant and the view from the room was nice.
Cons: The driveway was a challenge and with that and the distance to town - we would have not stayed if we realised how bad it was. To use the hot tubs was quite expensive.
Pros: Lake view
Cons: WiFi was not working in the room Mattress was too soft The road to reach hotel is stip and in bad condition
Pros: Atmosphere View Service
Cons: Road signage is poor. Access driveway is very steep
Pros: breakfast was great, fresh homemade bread, muffins, and jams made by the couple who runs the hostel. Very clean, very friendly staff gave personal recommendations to restaurants and tour groups and top activities in the area.
Pros: The staff is really friendly, they really listen to your interests and recommend activities accordingly. The breakfast is exceptionally great (fresh homemade bread and cakes every day, jummie) and the hostel is clean, the beds are comfortable.
Pros: So nice hostel, the owners were so friendly and helpfull. They make you feel at home from the beginning. The kitchen and living rome were really cosy and because it was not too big it was really easy to meet other travellers here. So the hostel had a really social vibe what was nice. The kitchen had a lot of herbs and everything you needed. I didn't had the breakfast but it looked amazing. There is a small garden with a ping pong table and they have 2 dogs who are really cute and friendly. Gives the stay an extra homy feeling
Cons: The only reason I don't give a 10 is because the bathrooms were not really clean. A lot of times there was no toilet paper and there were problems with getting hot water in the showers. Besides of that everything was perfect and I would 100% recommened them!
Pros: Nice and cozy hostel with very friendly and helpful staff. I felt very comfortable there and would definitively go back.
Pros: We had a great stay at Lucky's. The beds were very good - we especially enjoyed the comfortable quilts (no annoying blankets and sheets that you will end up fighting during the night ;-)). The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We can highly recommend this place.
Pros: The breakfast is amazing with self made bread and muffins
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean hostel, good environment to meet and interact with the other guests, if you want to cook the kitchen is good, and they receive you very well
Pros: Lovely hostel, friendly staff and guests. Very comfortable. Well designed so it's very quiet, very little disruption from other guests or things happening outside. Good sized room, comfortable bed and bedding.
Cons: Nothing significant. Could have done with more hanging space, a few more pegs.

Pros: Hosts, Pedro and Camilla, are really inviting, helpful and friendly. They provide a map with local information and recommendations, which turned out to be worth noting too! The location is great - by the lake so I could stroll out to enjoy the sunset. It is about 15 mins to the opposite side of town, so not far from anything. Insanely clean too! Thank you~
Cons: The walls are not all that soundproof... Luckily, I only had people in the room next door for one night though.
Pros: Great, small and exceptionally clean little place very close (5 mins walk) to town. Our host, Pedro, was a really nice, welcoming guy. He did everything to make us feel comfortable.
Pros: The view, the balcony, friendly hosts.
Pros: Very safe area of torn, the view is stunning, overall just gorgeous
Cons: The breakfast is served pretty late, from 9am (though you can get in at 830) which is pretty far into the day when you want to sightsee.
Pros: Everything. The owners and the staff were super nice with us and helped us with everything. We felt at home!! It was very well located, the house facilities are wonderful. We would come back!
Cons: Nothing at all

Cons: Breakfast is only from 9-11am.

The breakfast spread is abundant and varied at a very reasonable cost. The common living area is a great place for socializing with other guests. The staff are very friendly. The owner of the property Sr. Rodrigo is a gentleman. He is always available for any help or information you may need. He was kind enough to drop me to Bus Terminal, when it was raining. I would definitely stay at El Nougal, whenever I visit Pucon next.
