Cons: There was a continuous noise above the bed. It sounded like a pipe clanging. Thank goodness for the sound machine feature on the alarm clock. Also, the bed was very firm with starchy sheets. The terry cloth robe had a large rip in it as well.

Cons: would have enjoyed a fridge and coffee maker in room

Cons: It would be helpful for rooms to have a small fridge. The lighting in my room was not great for reading, but the huge windows let in a lot of natural light. The internet was painfully slow. I didn't understand the need for the valet parking, since the lot was just across the street, and I would have happily parked on my own and walked over. But it was inexpensive, $12, so this is not really a complaint, just an observation.

Cons: Our room was on the first floor and it sounded as though every toilet in the building was directly above us.

Cons: I work in the hospitality industry, so I know what great service is. When I got there, the TV wasn't even plugged in...then I went out with some friends, came back to a dark room, and when I tried to turn on the lamps on the side tables, I found that neither of them were plugged in. It was as if the room hadn't been used in months! When I called the front desk to complain, the woman at the front desk blew it off like it was no big deal! I ordered room service at 8:30 in the morning (which was great) and then put the do not disturb sign on the door. Well evidently it was irrelevant...I had fallen back asleep after I ate my breakfast, then at 10:30 I got a call from housekeeping seeing if I was still there...she didn't even apologize for waking me up, but at 11 I got a knock on my door from housekeeping! Check out was at 12, and I felt very rushed! For the money I spent, it was a horrible experience! I will never go back, and I will spread the word about my awful experience.

Cons: A bit pricy, but it's in line with other hotels in the area.

Cons: They over booked and was not able to give me the room even though I booked and had a confirmation number.... I am extremely flustered and disappointed with the services.

Cons: When we were attempting to check in, the front desk was having an issue with a rather unpleasant and annoying group of young women who were giving them quite a hard time. I felt badly that they had to deal with this issue. However, at one point they had all three of the front desk people dealing with this issue and nobody assisting the queue of people who were waiting for assistance. It would have been nice if one of those people were prioritizing the guests who were waiting in line. We were tired from a long drive and did not appreciate having to wait 20 minutes just to get our room assignment and key. Also, the price was incredibly high, and it seemed crazy to me that the parking was not included in the room cost.

Cons: Strong propane smell in 2nd floor hallway during our entire stay. The mattress was on the soft side.

Cons: Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, on our first night we left the room for dinner and when we arrived back at the room it smelt like pot. Not a faint smell but very strong and over powering and, frankly, incredibly off putting smell. I went to the front desk and the night desk man seemed aware of the issue and the solution was for someone to come up to my room with a bottle of febreeze. For a non-smoking floor/hotel I was underwhelmed by this fix. We only had this issue once but it was enough. Overall though i would stay here again simply due to the location and the ease of getting around.

Cons: Breakfast area was much too small to accommodate large amount of guests. Had to eat near the computer in the business center. Food took a long time to be refreshed in the catering trays.

Cons: Bed mattress was very firm to the point of uncomfortable. Was tough to get a good night sleep.

Cons: Over use of fabrreze in room, price, view, not a $200+ non refundable value. Forced to valet park in their lot.

Cons: There was some construction going on on the floor, rooms being redone, the halls were dusty and smelled from this work, also the wireless connection was very iffy.

Cons: I paid extra for the "seaside" suite - this does not mean it is a view of the ocean. It means it's on the seaside but that your view will be of a fish manufacturing plant. I was a little disappointed that I spent an extra $30 to stare are a fishery.

Cons: Poor value. Super expensive for what you get. I was stuck in a smoking room because Kayak's system (or the booking one - whatever) doesn't make it obvious that the room is smoking. There shod be a huge notice that the room being booked is a smoking room. Weird smells throughout... Room "mostly" clean. Internet didn't work and when I reported it I was given a support number to call. Sitting on the phone for an hour (which didn't solve the problem) was a big waste of my time. I stayed at the Westin after this place and it was night and day. They obviously train there staff at the Westin because from checkin to cleaning people they were helpful, courteous, and friendly. Everything about the Holiday Inn lacked, the Westin excelled at . Stay there instead.

Cons: For the price would have expected bigger, nicer rooms. It was just "ok", not a great value for the price paid.

Cons: The restaurant wasn't very good and their wait staff was horrible.

Cons: It was a big disappointment. The hotel was very dated, and the front desk staff was cold/unfriendly. This hotel should have cost below $100. Instead, we paid approx $375.

Cons: Was not happy at how much the room price was for the weekend we were there. Looked like a great deal until I put in my date of arrival. We went after Columbus day to avoid the crowds and high prices. No crowds but hotel price was high.
