Cons: There was a continuous noise above the bed. It sounded like a pipe clanging. Thank goodness for the sound machine feature on the alarm clock. Also, the bed was very firm with starchy sheets. The terry cloth robe had a large rip in it as well.

Cons: would have enjoyed a fridge and coffee maker in room

Cons: It would be helpful for rooms to have a small fridge. The lighting in my room was not great for reading, but the huge windows let in a lot of natural light. The internet was painfully slow. I didn't understand the need for the valet parking, since the lot was just across the street, and I would have happily parked on my own and walked over. But it was inexpensive, $12, so this is not really a complaint, just an observation.

Cons: Our room was on the first floor and it sounded as though every toilet in the building was directly above us.

Cons: I work in the hospitality industry, so I know what great service is. When I got there, the TV wasn't even plugged in...then I went out with some friends, came back to a dark room, and when I tried to turn on the lamps on the side tables, I found that neither of them were plugged in. It was as if the room hadn't been used in months! When I called the front desk to complain, the woman at the front desk blew it off like it was no big deal! I ordered room service at 8:30 in the morning (which was great) and then put the do not disturb sign on the door. Well evidently it was irrelevant...I had fallen back asleep after I ate my breakfast, then at 10:30 I got a call from housekeeping seeing if I was still there...she didn't even apologize for waking me up, but at 11 I got a knock on my door from housekeeping! Check out was at 12, and I felt very rushed! For the money I spent, it was a horrible experience! I will never go back, and I will spread the word about my awful experience.

Cons: A bit pricy, but it's in line with other hotels in the area.

Cons: They over booked and was not able to give me the room even though I booked and had a confirmation number.... I am extremely flustered and disappointed with the services.

Cons: When we were attempting to check in, the front desk was having an issue with a rather unpleasant and annoying group of young women who were giving them quite a hard time. I felt badly that they had to deal with this issue. However, at one point they had all three of the front desk people dealing with this issue and nobody assisting the queue of people who were waiting for assistance. It would have been nice if one of those people were prioritizing the guests who were waiting in line. We were tired from a long drive and did not appreciate having to wait 20 minutes just to get our room assignment and key. Also, the price was incredibly high, and it seemed crazy to me that the parking was not included in the room cost.

Cons: Strong propane smell in 2nd floor hallway during our entire stay. The mattress was on the soft side.

Cons: Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, on our first night we left the room for dinner and when we arrived back at the room it smelt like pot. Not a faint smell but very strong and over powering and, frankly, incredibly off putting smell. I went to the front desk and the night desk man seemed aware of the issue and the solution was for someone to come up to my room with a bottle of febreeze. For a non-smoking floor/hotel I was underwhelmed by this fix. We only had this issue once but it was enough. Overall though i would stay here again simply due to the location and the ease of getting around.

Cons: Breakfast area was much too small to accommodate large amount of guests. Had to eat near the computer in the business center. Food took a long time to be refreshed in the catering trays.

Cons: Bed mattress was very firm to the point of uncomfortable. Was tough to get a good night sleep.

Cons: Over use of fabrreze in room, price, view, not a $200+ non refundable value. Forced to valet park in their lot.

Cons: Arrived at midnight to a blocked off parking lot, cranes and construction. Clearly closed yet someone still answered the phone and said there are a couple rooms available in the back. I felt bamboozled!! Cancelled and stayed at the Clarion around the corner.

Cons: The rooms are pretty dated. They have tried to dress them up with new bedding, but the rooms smell terribly of smoke, even though they are 100% non-smoking. The first room I got was so bad with a smoke smell, that I asked to be moved, which they accomodated. However, the second room was just as bad as the first, maybe even worse. My business colleague said the exact same thing about his room, so I am guessing that most rooms smell like smoke.

Cons: The rooms were not clean. There was rust all over the bathroom, and the shower was stained with mildew. Also, the hotel is in a weird part of town, and we didn't feel safe walking to and from the car to get our luggage at night.

Cons: Nothing major. Outside, hallways and lobby were a bit plain and drab.

Cons: The driveway entrance comes up quick and is kind of narrow.

Cons: For an overnight near the airport with our adult daughter before her morning flight out, we looked for a suite, since her parents both snore. The second bed was a fold-out couch two feet from the first. Since we'd booked through Kayak, no .negotiation with the hotel was possible.

Cons: When I got to the room there was no remote for the tv but they brought one up right away. The safe didn’t work. But it’s a big hotel but the staff was great. Happy I paid the discounted price.

Cons: Unfortunately we had a room facing Fore street right across the street from the bars. We visited on a weeknight and the noise was still pretty loud coming from the streets at 1 am. I was initially pretty frustrated after being woken up at 1 AM... But then I discovered that there is a fan in the room that can be turned on and it drowns out the noise from the streets. my only recommendation would be adding some sort of white noise option for the guests to drown out the noise from the bars

Cons: Didn't like the size of the pool, thought it was very small. even my 13 yr old didn't think it was appealing enough to use.
