Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's unique and vibrant atmosphere, convenient downtown location, and friendly, helpful staff. The pool was a standout feature, with many guests describing it as relaxing, fun, and beautifully designed. The on-site restaurants and bars also received positive remarks for their quality and variety. Some guests noted minor inconveniences such as shared bathrooms, occasional noise, or room size, but these were generally outweighed by the overall positive experience and amenities offered.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The hotel is so interesting, historically and artistically.
Pros (+) Artsy, cool
Cons (-) Bed was uncomfortable
Pros (+) I liked the staff, the location, the restaurant, the soaking pool, the decor, the room, the themes, the lyrics, the view, the charm...
Cons (-) Since the Crystal is a renovated but charming old building with charming old windows, street noise can be intrusive (trash day can be brutal). Now that I know what the earplugs in the nightstands are for, my stays are much more pleasant.
