Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and convenient location, making it easy to access local attractions, shops, and restaurants. However, many reviews highlight major issues with noise, especially from nearby bars and street activity, making restful sleep difficult. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff unhelpful or inattentive. Cleanliness is another concern, with reports of unclean rooms, maintenance issues, and unpleasant odors. Literally worst expensive of my whole life. Didn’t let us in and cancelled our reservation after we already got there because the rate we paid months ago was “too low” for holiday season, also fully booked and wouldn’t let us pay the difference. Basically said to go on the streets we don’t care :)
