Gloomy and dim lighting in the corridors and rooms makes everything feel sad and gloomy. And, despite seemingly new interiors, there were stains on the wallpaper, couch, and sheets. Evening staff at the front desk were terrible at attending to customers or communicating clearly. Really an ok hotel, but I could have stayed somewhere less expensive for a more pleasant experience.
