Overall it was good but i had requested one hour of extra time. With four days of rental one hour extra would have been better but they said they will charge one whole day if it’s even 10 mins late. So hd to sit on airport for long. Otherwise it was good .Reviewed 20 Dec 2021

I like the busibess hours that allow for late pick up and drop offs. I did not like that there was no staff at the front payless counter and a few of us payless customers waited to be attended. I did not like that there is no one that goes ovee the car inspection with you before you take it. I had to drive it back, park,and return to the front desk to ask for a different vehicle because a check engine light was on, on the one I was given. Both vehicles were not that clean. It appears that they do not wash not disinfect them.Reviewed 16 Aug 2021
