Pros (+) I booked this hotel for the amenities that the offer. Nothing in the apps nor their website or even the hotel lobby is telling me that the spa is closed nor where or what should I expect. Very upsetting and I was really hoping to relax before going back to my dogs funeral.
Cons (-) I don't like that I was uninformed and I felt the manager care
