The staff was really nice
The staff at the front desk and rooftop bar were very friendly. The lobby felt like we were at WeWork or another Millenial workspace mixed in with entertainment. Generally, it was a good and cool vibe. It was a bit crowded at times but overall it felt like a comfortable and cozy place to hang out. The rooftop bar is pretty nice but some of the pictures on the website do not correctly represent what it really looks like. It is not as fancy and spacious as it looks on the photos.
The rooms did not really have place to hang our clothes comfortably. The coffee shop employees looked miserable and they worked very very slow. They made it a miserable experience to get a cup of coffee. Although the coffee and other offerings were generally good.
Aesthetic, comfort, attention to detail, food, coffee, atmosphere.
Great modern hotel, hidden away on 29th street. Nice bar, and breakfast/coffee bar. Amazing location. Ten minutes to time square, Bryant park, grand central, the vessel, the high line, west village. 20-30 mins walk to little Italy, Brooklyn bridge. Subway 3 mins away. In between 5th and 6th ave.
The hotel is modern but very warm and cosy. Can be noisy at times but every hotel in New York is like that. Best think about the hotel is the STAFF. So helpful and friendly . Thank you to precilla and all the staff.
Excellent staff especially Priscilla and EJ
nothing -- can be busy in the lobby int he day
