4.0 Okay
Cons: Toilet flushes very loud. When the restroom in the next room flushed it also was very loud it sounded like the one in our room.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: location was good ,quiet and it was not to crowded
Cons: front desk staff was rude and not very helpful
1.0 Poor
Pros: Downstairs room crawling with large black "stink" bugs. Found in bathroom, crawling in the bed, all over the floor. Picked up 8 bugs in 30 minutes,4 more squashed.Found in shoes. Mentioned to front desk clerk,no results or compassion, no money refunded!
Cons: Room overran with bugs. No help from hotel. Told to come back next month for the cricket invasion. Door weather strip missing. Excellent route for big invasion. Visit very disappointing. Probable not returning. Cost and location not everything!!!!!!
5.0 Okay
Cons: Hasn’t had landscaping/yard work done for awhile. Litter everywhere. Tiny bathroom. Three lamps not working. Front door with large enough space around so that sunlight and neighbors cigarette smoke entered the unit. Minimal. breakfast selection.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was conveniently located for my circumstances, and was very clean.
Cons: The room itself was pretty basic.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: If you're heading East from northern CA, and have been driving for many hours, the hotel is located such that it acts as an oasis. Kind of like Needless or bust: if you don't stay there for a night, your next viable night's stay is another 6
Cons: Very old property that needs renovating; a large black desert bug crawled through the space between the door and the door frame and over my bare foot while I was brushing my teeth, followed by a few of his friends
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was very clean.
Cons: The exterior of the building was run down and sorely in need of maintenance. The landscaping, if you can call it that, was non-existent. The pool area was very dirty. The pool itself was empty (which you would expect in Feb) but the bottom of the empty pool was full of dirt and palm fronds. It’s amazing the room was so clean, because the outside of the facility looked like a dump!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was professional and friendly. Previous reviews talking about black bugs, but I didn't see any.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The person who checked us in was very helpful and provided us with recommendations about where to find dinner at such a late hour.
Cons: I would like to share the photos I took of this hotel. It is in serious need of repairs. The whole room needs repairs but the bathrooms aand sink were the worst I have ever seen. This is a one star hotel at best.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Sam, the host was the most welcoming and lovely person I have met on this stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Although the property fixtures and fittings are a little dated - not enough to be cute - the hotel is immaculately presented and clean. Attention to detail is obvious at the Needles Days Inn. There isn’t a lot in Needles, but choosing this hotel for a stop over is highly recommended.
Cons: Older fixtures and fittings - no USB ports etc.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Anytime anyone used the water it could be heard in the pipes.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: There was nothing liked at this property
Cons: I disliked everything...Manager is very rude. The room very cluttered, I'm handicap in a wheelchair and couldn't move around. The rails in the bathtub are low. It stated ♿Accessible but not for an amputee.

4.6 Okay
Pros: Good location, lots of parking. Friendly staff.
Cons: We didn’t have water for our stay, and ended up leaving a day early because of it. The wifi was very bad too.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I didn't check In.I arrived in the afternoon and was told that I couldn't check in until 3 o'clock. We came back at 3 o'clock and there was nobody in the office. I waited 10 minutes still nobody. I came back a half an hour later and there was a sign on the door to go around to the window and ring the bell. I rang the bell. Someone inside Pulled back the raggedy towel covering the window and said nothing. I said I have a reservation. The response was a grunt. And the towel went back over the window. After waiting a few minutes at the window someone came out the front door and in a surly manner beckoned me in the front. Never looking me in the eye never saying hello never saying thank you for coming may I help you,He gave the impression that he was annoyed that I was there. Then he started filling out a receipt still without asking me for anything and All the while stuffing potato chips in his mouth. Then he asked me for my confirmation number. I told him I didn't have it and asked if it was necessary. He said: "Yeah how else can I know whether you actually paid or not?". I told him I could probably get it and I went to my car and got my computer out and brought it back to the office. When he gave me the password, for some reason he had a hard time telling it to me in one complete sentence. He would say half of it, Pause, and then start talking again. I tried my best it didn't work and asked him for the password again, once again in a surly insulting rude tone, this time his voice raised, he again gave me the password in fits and starts. When I repeated what I thought I had heard, once again, in a surly rude tone he once again gave me the password in little bits and pieces. I finally logged on. As usual in a new location my computer kept trying to get security information from me which made it next to impossible for me to actually retrieve The confirmation number.
Cons: insolent tone,"Is there any particular reason why it's taking so long?". I told him it was taking so long because he didn't have a computer or any other way of checking whether I had paid. After another 30 seconds of being annoyed I told him forget it, skip it. I left. He knows damn well I never checked in. I know there was it was a non-refundable reservation but I Will not put up with extreme rudeness! I want my money back. I will take all legal steps to get my money back. I will be contacting booking.com. I've never encountered such rude service. I have plenty of time.

Cons: Smell
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The only thing that I liked was the first night how nice the room was but after seeing the rest of the property it looks like that's the only nice room and that's why they put first-time guest in it it seems like it's the only one without cockroaches and with a working air conditioner
Cons: I was happy with my stay the first night I was in a nice room it was very clean the beds were very comfortable the air conditioner and heater works great but then I booked another night and they moved me to different room there is cockroaches there was gummies on the table when we walked in the air conditioner didn't work the beds were very uncomfortable the bathroom curtain to the window was see-through the staff was very rude when we first got to the window he tells us to go around and all we can hear him say is f****** c********* m*********** excuse my language then we pay and he proceeded to throw the remote and the key out us on the counter then tells us I don't have change what do you want me to do about it so I kindly reply it's okay go ahead and keep the rest for a tip when he continues to be very rude then when we try to but the room again the next morning you make up a price trying to tell us it'll be $65 when we paid 37 the night before and we tell him that's what the price deal is on booking.com and he tells us no 65 so instead I go on booking.com and I get the room once again for 37 with tax and once again they don't have change I would never stay there again

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff (Susan) was extremely helpful and kind, but the room was infested with water bugs. The motel is in a slummy part of town and most of the residents are long term or permanent. This is not to criticize the staff at all. They're doing the best they can under some tough circumstances. The price should have been a clue to us. You get what you pay for. I wish them luck; they're nice people.

Pros: Nothing - it was disgusting.
Cons: Front office locked and no one answering the phone. Finally got in after 15 minutes. The room had dead and live roaches everywhere. The bed was not made, and the sheets were dirty - and I mean dirt and gravel all over them. It was like someone took a nap with construction boots on. I had to go back to the office and get the girl to change the sheets. I’d driven 11 hours and there weren’t a lot of other options and I was too tired to move on. I’ve never left a bad review for a motel, and I’ve stayed in some pretty rough ones. But this place was on a different level. It needs to be condemned. And the health department should really make an inspection.

Cons: Our bathroom fan didn't work, but otherwise we had a good night sleep.

5.0 Okay
Pros: It was cheap.
Cons: Housekeeping never cleaned out room or changed towels after the first nights stay. I was taken care of but cleaning is what is expected with lodging.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Good location if you are going or coming back from the Grand Canyon
Cons: Awful place. The man at the reception was rude as he was doing us a favor to stay at this miserable place. When we got the room key and entered in the room, the bed sheet was with blood stains which we obviously complained about and we were moved to other room. The man didn't even apologize and was got upset with us for complaining. The room we got moved to, wasn't prepared at all to receive any guests, no towels, no toilet paper, no shower gel, no hair dryer. It was a awful experience and I don't recommend this place to anyone. Rude people and dirty place!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: That they allowed my service dog and didn’t question it.
Cons: The pool didn’t work and the sheets has stains and didn’t feel very clean.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly remodeled rooms. Very nice and roomy. Very clean room.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Motel is very old and in need of repairs. We had a "recently remodeled room"... the carpet was covered in stains and the furniture was old and well used. I'm afraid to think what the rooms that haven't been remodeled look like. Overall not a very nice place to stay and would not return.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything but as noted below.
Cons: Pool c;losed for renovation. No ice machine
1.0 Poor
Pros: Price
Cons: Roaches in room
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was recently remodeled obviously. It looked like they actually cared about it. We both loved the tub/shower. The sink and toilet were brand new looking. I took pictures to show other hotels how a room should look when you rent it to a guest. The lady who checked us in took the time to show me 2 rooms and give me a choice. (Customer service)
Cons: There wasn't much to not like. We stayed in room 117, it was exceptionally nice fo the price. I love the tv enclosure, it keeps the sound pointed at you and keeps the neighboring room from having to hear it.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Pool empty Burns in carpets and chairs. Owner increased price that was on the Internet then taken down. Asked for clean towels and he was very rude. Ice machine broken...
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: King bed, fridg; updated bathroom
Cons: Floors filthy, hair on shower wall, had 1 towel and 2 bath mats, nearly gagged from smoke in office/check-in; very old and beat up
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Someone was spraying the sidewalk, when we got home we had white spots that would not come off with a car wash, you might want to tell the worker not to do that, I had to scrub it off, it took a long time.
1.0 Poor
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
