Cons: There is honestly not to much to critique. I guess if I had to nit-pick I would say the pool had some dirt in it from the surrounding trees. However, it was not enough to keep us from swimming and we weren't there because of the pool anyways.

Pros: Beautiful, clean facilities in a quiet neighborhood that is close to - just a short walk, or even shorter cab ride- the nightlife of downtown. While our room was small, it had lovely, tall windows and an amazing Jacuzzi-style bathtub (complete with jets!). We were only there for one night and didn't get to take advantage of the pool or hot tub, but those looked great. The staff was personable, and not intrusive at all. We were greeted on arrival, and there were complimentary beverages and hors d'oeuvres waiting in the dining room.

Cons: Like everything in Napa, it's fairly expensive for comparable quality in other locales. But I prefer to stay in hotels with personality rather than do the resort thing, and the White House definitely has that.

Pros: Great location within walking distance of downtown Napa, the Wine Train, etc.

It is a superb value for the money!! Perfect for a couple who've spent the day outdoors and who don't need a view to enjoy the evening together.

Cons: moving the oustside clutter such as tools or caulking gun sitting atop appliances laying around outside on the side and when you look through the window or open the side door towards the small deck area, from room #9.....you see these items, it just shows that maintenance is not or does not follow through with clean up after a project or work order is done, also inside the room....it could've of used a little bit of vaccuming on the floor.

Pros: It's a charming B&B, in a good location except for the traffic noise from the street - which went all night long, but there was a "white noise" machine in the bedroom that I thought was a really nice touch. Very comfortable beds, and the breakfast was wonderful. The Harvest King Suite is perfect for two couples traveling together. It has a shared kitchen with coffee, tea, water and a fridge that was very handy.

Pros: The Innkeeper was so sweet and welcoming. She went through everything thoroughly regarding the facilities and the room. The place is so quaint and warming! We stayed in the crush pad and the beds were so comfortable! The house keeper and cleaning was wonderful! Complementary breakfast was really good the first morning - eggs Benedict, potatoes, asparagus, and fruit. The juice... so good! Coffee and tea also available. The innkeeper serves the breakfast to you in the main dining room. You can eat with other guests or take it up to your room to enjoy. The second morning was French toast and fruit. Every evening around 4:30-5:30pm, they provide complementary wine, cheese, and crackers. We honestly loved the girls getaway to Napa at this Bed & Breakfast for my birthday. This stay was a hit and one of my favorite stays ever!!! Thank you for a wonderful birthday in Napa!!!

Pros: Nothing that I can think of. The property was in a quite area, walking distance to downtown. All around the property there was construction.
Cons: The person who greeted us, Cris, was extremely rude and essentially kicked us out when my partner made a comment about not being shown around the property or the room. cris kept insisting that he was offended about the comment, every BnB worked differently and he never had shown people around. He also felt the need to mention that he had gone to school for two years in hospitality and he knew how to interact with customers. After he kept insisting he was offended, I asked him to stop, he proceeded to mutter that he was not going to get a bad review for this and he rather cancel our reservation. I asked him who the manager or his boss was to which he proceeded to say he managed the property. Honestly, I’m not sure how this property stays in business. All the pictures of the property are completely over staged and do not look anything like the pictures.
Beware of staying at this property.

Pros: location and cleanliness of the hotel. Valet staff was very helpful.
Cons: Took a very long time for us to get our bags once room was ready. When we requested bedding for the pull out (which was not in the room) it took over an hour to get delivered.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location and valet services.
Cons: The one accommodating us for check in could have been a bit more sympathetic and not scaring us too much that it will be pitch black in the guest rooms in the event that pg&e will shut off power. Also, there was no in-house first aid station for injured guests as my father was.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging a winery visit.
Cons: Several of the "amenities" were closed or inaccessible during our stay. We were also placed in a room adjacent to the massive ac system which of course droned on during the whole of our stay, making it difficult to enjoy the balcony much less get a good night's sleep.

Cons: We were assigned a handicap room (not requested). The bathroom was poorly designed: the shower tub very difficult to get in and out, no where to put a toilet bag or clean towels - but on the floor.

Pros: Standard Westin property. Good location for Napa Valley visit.
Cons: Property seemed to be trying just a little too hard to be a super-luxury resort, but then came up short in delivery. Had to ask multiple times for items promised earlier. Front desk lost a package we left for another guest.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. It was too basic.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The customer service was so friendly and the property was very clean and inviting. We appreciated the convenience to downtown Napa, while also being just a little bit removed from the downtown scene.
Cons: The building was kept a bit too warm. I am not a warm bodied person. I am often the coldest in a group of people, but our room settings would always set back to above 75 and the hallways were kept very toasty. Not a bad thing but was the only negative I could come up with.

Pros: Condition/decor was very nice. Newer location. Liked that breakfast was included....very nice selection.
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good waffles very attentive staff
Cons: Happy hour wine was poor quality for wine country. Just don't offer it if that's the best you can do.

Pros: Their Pool and spa area well equipped; welcome wine tasting a nice touch
Cons: Experienced issue with monitor remote; Employee made helpful change to repair but expected standard devices to work

Pros: The rooms are gorgeous. It’s close to downtown.
Cons: It has to be the noisiest facility I’ve ever been in. The floors and walls are very thin. If you have a noisy neighbor to complain about, the front desk doesn’t really do anything about it. I was near tears because our upstairs neighbors were being so loud very early and they said they’d try to get me into another room but never called me back. I get that they can’t really do anything about the noise of others but it would have helped if they would have acknowledged it.

Cons: The internet did not work properly. It was consistently inconsistent in that you had to keep signing on and it would lose connection.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, convenient to wineries, restaurants, downtown.
Cons: Re-connecting to your wifi every 5 minutes! The bathroom light has only 2 settings light w/ fan and light w/ heat. Just a light would be GREAT! We did not like bathroom sink w/ spray nozzle. Instead, we used the facet at the kitchenette.

Pros: Like it what it is.
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and nice rooms - clean and pleasant stay
Cons:
9.0 Excellent
Pros: REALLY LOVED how comfortable the bed and the bedding were. The housekeeping crew keep everything clean and even came in on the 2nd day and cleaned up again. Great front desk staff also. Also the location to where we were going (vineyards) was very good.
Cons: If you are looking for an upscale hotel you probably would not pick this hotel. We were looking for a clean, comfortable and a price point right around ---- to ---- a night. This hit all of these points. We would happily recommend this to our fri
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Its strategic location, satisfying breakfast and clean room.
Cons: The noise from the upper floor can be heard. It awakes me.
6.0 Good
Pros: The clerk was very helpful with events in the area and food was good.
Cons: There were noises throughout the night that awoke us. It sounded like a pipe issue. It was a chattering noise that did not happen all the time. Between 12AM to 1AM was a constant noise. I reported it to the clerk at check out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff were terrific from the housekeepers to the lobby staff!
Cons: I would've preferred extending my stay each with the hotel staff versus having to book it myself online.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Wonderful breakfast all three mornings! Best part of our stay!
Cons: The beds were AWFUL!!! Will probably not stay here again because of them. Totally sacked mattresses. Thermostat was hard to get consistent. It was either too hot or too cold and the fan made such a loud clicking noise that we finally had to turn it off
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the size of the rooms and over all comfort. Pool and Jacuzzi were wonderful to use after a long day of sightseeing. Mini fridge, coffeemaker & microwave a big plus. Breakfast was great. Perfect location for us. We saw a show at the Uptown Theater and enjoyed dinner at CIA. Loved Oxbow Market and the Bloody Mary at Broadway Joes. Really enjoyed Safari West. Allow about 1 hr drive.
Cons:
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place to stay - clean and comfortable. Next to a market and some restaurants like Dennis, Black Bear and Ihop. The room is just like the booking.com pictures and the breakfast is great - already included. It's not in Napa downtown but very near.
Cons: Nothing.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: location price
Cons: Noise level unacceptable, rattling pipes random all night (hammer level) and AC unit that was whined like a small jet at take off. Wear and tear notable felt old and dated overall did not meet expectations.

Cons: We had 2 rooms books on our reservation, one was lovely with fireplace. The other one was lack luster with white walls and dark taupe shades and drapes which seemed boring, but did have a very pretty antique headboard. I'm an interior designer so would love to changed it abit.

Cons:
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Clean room
Cons: LOUD. No bedside lamps, no place to put luggage, loud external AC, maids at window at 8 am on a Sunday, cheap bedding, loud because it's a motel with cars parking in the courtyard.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location!
Cons: We could hear every word from our neighbors next door. Our TV didn’t work either.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Super staff. Free parking.
Cons: This is a motel. No frills, but clean. It certainly gets the job done as a place to sleep, but it's not fine lodging. Few, if any, on-site amenities.
6.7 Good
Pros: Staff was nice, location was good, relatively clean
Cons: One room, small bed (a double), right on the street. Didn’t feel secure. No place to meet other than the room. No light by the bed—just the overhead room light. Could hear everyone who walked by.

Cons: Bad management Staff made up one bed but not the other & never vacuumed Weird staff Creepy Manager knocked on my door at night and kept telling me to open while I kept yelling that I was in bed. Once he left he never called or texted (he had my #) so obviously up to no good
5.1 Okay
Pros: I booked a room with two beds and it turned out that there were two rooms which was a pleasant surprise.
Cons: The gentleman at the desk was rude during check in. The room was very expensive for what was a glorified motel. I booked a room for 4 people and there were only 2 towels. Breakfast was listed as being included but it was basically just a cereal dispenser and a coffee pot in the corner of the tiny office.
