Tower is cool
Took over an hour in line to check in, room smelled like someone had just annihilated the toilet before I got to the room.
My car got broken Into
Didn't Eat Breakfast But Dinner Was Ok
Room Service Housekeeping
The old owners.
The new ownership of the Strat have revised the pricing structure of the property. Ridiculously overpriced by any comparison (but particularly to the old regime). Grossly increased room rates, resort fees and tower prices now make this previously fun property totally unstayable. The "new" host staff leave much to be desired as do the accounting staff. I had $1500 unlawfully charged to my credit card eight weeks after my stay. Got it back via the bank. Best Western could do with a much better partner than the Strat. Never, never, never again.
The location was great
I stayed in on the 9th floor and went out and room service had not reached my room as of yet, when I asked a housekeeper who was cleaning the rooms across the hall for some clean towels and face towels. It was approximately 1pm and she told me it is not her room I can put my trash outside of the door and the person that was in charge of cleaning my room would help me, they never showed.
Overall it was a great place to stay had everything I wanted inside
The affordable price combined with the cleanliness & comfort of the room makes this place an ideal place to stay while in Vegas.
The casino area could use some improvement. Very limited slot machines and table games.
For the amount of money you spend to stay at hotel they could upgraded it some.
Terrible service, the hotel had a power outage that went on the whole night and most of the morning. We woke up to a hot room with no running water or electricity. Even worse had to wait in line for over an hour to get any help, just to be told that we had to get out the room in less than 30 minutes or else we would be charged for the whole day, very unprofessional.
Location was where we wanted to be
Hotel was being remodeled. Large section of Casino was blocked off for construction. The smell of cigarette smoke was in EVERYTHING!!
It was a nice place to stay outside of the arrival experience I had
Check in customer service could have been better and the 3rd party booking site agoda sucked I will never use the again
Bad breakfast. Food nit fresh
The hotel is under restoratiion Smell too much the fresh paint
Excellent attention, rooms well equipped and comfortables
The carpet was not cleanned and not enough security. The hotel is located not so close of the main attractions of the city
Very very cheap, tidy, plenty of parking, not far from the strip. View from the tower is awesome. Food in the "Top of the World" restaurant is superb. New premium tower rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Front desk staff are busy but polite and helpful.
Noise! Walls and doors transmit every noise from halls and adjacent rooms. Room service lax. Service at "Top of the World" is not so good. Compared to other properties on the strip, the casino and hotel main areas (including shopping areas) looks very dated, tired and boring.
Free access to the tower was amazing. House cleaners were great. Toilet was broken and was fixed within 2 hours.
Placed beside elevators made room noisy. Too far away from strip. Have to walk really far to get to my room. Tv system was hard to work even for technology savvy. Room service expensive.
Overall very good
No fridges and no coffee machines in rooms.
the room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable, on the principal street of Las Vegas.
very nice, clean, good food, good shows, nice views from the tower
very cheap, clean, big room; free entrance to the tower; all you need is there; all you can eat buffet for the whole day was very good and cheap;
at the end of the strip, far away from the "centre"; take enought cash with you, because those ATM Machines charge a lot extra; small casino compared to other hotels on the strip, and was not very full when we were there (mid november)
It's on the Strip. Kind and helpful staff.
No perks, whatsoever.
I was really happy the room looked as it did in the picture online because I have stayed at hotels that do not look like the booking company showed.
I was not extremely happy with the website. On our computer we couldn't get the booking to work, we had to use a friends cell phone. We also were unhappy with the fact that the tax and per night room charges active hotels does not charge, the hotel still will when you check in so we had to go deposit more money in bank when we got there.
The hotel room was nice
The running water had a putrid smell. Room had a window but not a nice view, only of the parking garage.I wondered if this was because we booked through your site. Our hotel neighbors were very loud. Did not change room bed linen, when clearly they were dirty.
