An abundance of amenities
Check out time is too early and they did not seem flexible at all about checking out later. There was also an issue with my room key which caused me to have to go to the front desk multiple times to get it reactivated in which I was told that this issue happens often with guests due to “Bluetooth devices”? Ive stayed in numerous hotels with the same type of key card and this has never been an issue before. This really needs to be resolved because it is a huge inconvenience to get up to your room on the 20+ floor just to be locked out due to your malfunctioning key, especially after a long day. Also housekeeping needs training on how to respect guest and “do not disturb” signs when placed on the door. I leave one on my door when I stay in any hotel because I do not like anyone in the room with my personal things when I am not there. The sign was ignored and placed on the counter in the kitchen. Not only did they ignore the sign and come into the room ,but they did not properly clean the room at all, so the reason they came into the room after being prohibited and with out me being there still baffles me .
The pool was very nice, the food aswell.
Large spacious very comfortable accommodation, staff very friendly and polite. Great pool! We were a couple of miles from the main strip which suited us as it was quitter but getting about by uber was brilliant and so we had the best of both.
Dining facilities on the complex were limited and the spa was very expensive
King studio was very clean and comfortable. Leni from Housekeeping was excellent.
All info stated Waves Bar and Grill had breakfast from 8-11am. At 8:05 when they got there a woman told us it didn’t open until 9am! You could have at least had a sign somewhere!! Prices in the Market were ridiculous. Over $12 for a few under done waffle sticks and 2 barely cooked sausages?!
Clean, nice property
No great place to eat, marketplace is way overpriced for most items.
The two-tower structure of Hilton Grand Vacations on the Las Vegas Strip is off the typical tourist radar because it's well-known for being a timeshare property that regular travelers fail to consider. This hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a quieter Las Vegas experience.
This Hilton hotel is located on its own 10-acre property at the northern end of the Strip. The only action within a short walk from the hotel is the Circus Circus, a hotel-casino combo homes to several eateries. The hotel is within a five-minute walk from the SLS Las Vegas and right next to the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. A 20-minute walk, or five-minute ride, leads guests to Treasure Island and the Fashion Show Mall. Caesar’s Palace, the Mirage, the Palazzo, and the Venetian are farther away but still very accessible.
The hotel offers spacious and tasteful studios and one, two, and three-bedroom suites. Studios will give guest extra sleeping and dining room, as well as a kitchenette with cooking necessities, a mini fridge, and washer and dryer. Standard amenities in all rooms include flat-screen TVs, DVD players, iPod docks, and free Wi-Fi.
With an outdoor focus, the hotel features two attractive outdoor pools, three hot tubs, one of being adult-only, a seasonal poolside bar and grill, lobby bar, the Marketplace, and a spa with a variety of treatments. Other wellness features include a fitness room, basketball court, and tennis court.
A large part of guests are timeshare-owning families who are part of the Hilton Grand Vacations network, or business travelers or conventioneers who want to be near the Las Vegas Convention Center.
