Pros: The apartment is well furnished, very clean and comfortable. It is very good in all aspects. I would not hesitate to take it again in future.

Pros: We stayed here in room 3002 during the weekend. The place is quite comfortable. The kitchen works properly. All the appliances work. The television has all the latest movies. Air conditioner and ceiling fans was nice, cool and breezy. The bathrooms had working cold and warm shower. The first night we stayed the master bedroom had some weird scratching noises during the night, but it turns out there were some birds that built a nest behind the air conditioner inside the room. Management fixed it right away that evening.

Cons: But the last two days of our stay there were different strange noises from the floor above us. It sounded like someone keeps rolling some balls or marbles on the living room floor above us. Sometimes there was also sounds of people moving furniture such as chairs and alike. Overall it was a nice place to stay except for the weird noises.

Cons: Garbage bag not provided. Only one bar soap is provided. For a place that is not attended by cleaner daily, the above items need to be provided sufficiently in advance.

Pros: We had a family room and everything was fine. Very clean room, roomservice is offered every day, but you have to ask for it. The area is very quiet and you need to go by car or Scooter to go around, we always took a grab car or walked (nearest restaurant is about 15min away). The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even let us use their private washing maschine for free! We had a great stay!

Pros: The surrounding is clean, gated and secure. The room is acceptable. Can park infront of room. The fee is reasonable. The receptionist is very helpful, fast action and easy to communicate. Definitely satisfied.

Cons: Not easy to find the place at night. Owner should put bigger signage with spotlight and arrow. The road to motel too small and dark. Must rent a car.

Cons: The photos on the internet of the rooms don’t look like the actual room. Very old bedding and towels. Room was not clean. No fridge in the room as well. For the same price you can get something better.

Pros: The customer service is good. All staffs were smiling all the time and never failed to greet. They responded immediately we ask for something and they will come with a solution if there's any issues.

Cons: Staffs please visit the room and clean it before give the room to customers. Makesure all the facilities are working good. For instance, the TV at my room is not working properly and the signal is very poor. So improve your housekeeping and try to maintain the gadgets at the room. If you improve the cleanliness and facilities, more customers will come. Overall I'm Satisfy since I'm out of the room most of time .

Pros: The price was relatively cheap. The staff was easy to talk to at the counter and on the phone. Being close to town is a plus, but the candy shop next door was really convenient.

Cons: Breakfast: BREAKFAST DID NOT MATCH PHOTOS ON BOOKING.COM. the staples include bread/toast with cheap margarine or jam, cereal with milk, and coffee and tea; other than that, it was either packet Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai each cut into 4 slices, or another type of Malay rice I know not the name, all of which were probably bought from a food stand or restaurant elsewhere. Cannot really complain given the price, but I would rather have stayed at another hotel without breakfast and look for breakfast elsewhere. Access Card: Only 1 is given, the 2nd one is left behind by the cleaning staff if it makes sense. Bathroom: For a 6-person apartment, a single toilet/bathroom is simply not enough. Shower's temperature (hot) was not adjustable. The room was a little dark, but that's just my opinion. Beds: Generally clean and comfortable, but the blanket for the double bed was a little too small, but the staff was willing to give another. Cleanliness: Neutral. Generally clean, but the last customer left a rotting banana in the dustbin and the staff neglected to have it removed.

Cons: - No water dispenser - No water heater and spoon/fork utensils in room - Floor are dusty and do have rubbish even after house keeping - Internet Wi-Fi is not strong enough - TV channel is only channel 2 & 3 - Water pressure is not stable. - Water from water heater is not hot enough - Mattress & pillows are dirty (not bedsheet & pillow case) - During Wuhan COrona VIrus issue, management even cant provide a single mask for the guest before the guest able to buy it themselves. Simple gesture of hospitality.
