Pros: Located in excellent location with beautiful view. Brakffest is outstanding, I never sow so many options I didn’t have a chance to use the Spa health club and Pools but I’ve heard that it’s one of the best, I definitely recommend to try this hotel

Pros: This is a beautiful hotel in an elegant old building that was completely redone to creat the hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. Concierge services were excellent. Rooms are large and well furnished. Ten minute walk to the Jaffa Gate of the old city. Breakfast was included and was excellent.
Cons: I-PAD provided in the room for hotel services never worked, even with repeated calls and IT requests.

Pros: An excellent staff made our stay particularly nice. We made a couple unusual requests and the professional staff at the American Colony stepped up without hesitation to provide for our needs. We hesitated before booking in this location but found it to be very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast provided was also fantastic and diverse even by Israeli big breakfast standards. Our only less than stellar comment is that the selection of books and literature in the gift/book shop is very one sided and partisan. This shouldn't have been totally surprising but given the excellence and absence of political statements everywhere else it became noticeable. A great hotel.
Excellent10.0
Pros: The rooms and architecture. Felt like old Jerusalem vs. modern hotels.
Good7.0
Pros: Location is prime (near old city), good picturesque restaurant (Arabesque) and summer bar, nice pool, good choice of TV channels. Good staff albeit sometimes appearing a bit inexperienced.
Cons: Tapware difficult to moderate (hot/cold, quantity/flow of water), towels not so plush, amenities in the bathroom subpar (smell [like disinfectant], wrapping soulless), business center not open 24/7 as indicated without explicitely having to ask, pool opening hours (only until 18.00).

Pros: Hila at the front desk was exceptionally helpful getting us a hotel reservation at our next stop in Israel going so far as to find details on line and then call the hotel directly to ask questions and verify the details. Neal the bellman was very friendly and helpful. Outstanding view of the Old City out of both the bedroom and bathroom windows! Great breakfast. Shabbat key. Less than 20 minute walk to the Kotel.

Cons: Was wonderful
Good7.3
Pros: Location was great. It was fairly clean. Rooms were decent size.
Cons: They were doing construction so there was always lots of construction noise and dirt all over from construction. The elevators were in construction as well so never more then 1 elevator was in use for the whole two weeks I was there and that was a pain. They advertise 4 star but it was more like a 3 star American standards. The staff were not as friendly as they could have been.

Pros: Great location, newly renovated, rooms attractive and comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is stylish and has some nice facilities.
Cons: The beds (two twins pushed together, European budget hotel style) were hard, with a thin mattress on a wooden deck. Not even a box spring. I expect this from youth hostels, not luxury hotels.
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great pool area, every common/public area was clean and constantly being kept-up . Staff were super super friendly (especially for Israeli service standards). Great!
Cons: Dining room on saturday morning - didn't have coffee or hot food
Excellent10.0
Pros: Great hotel, best breakfast, nice staff
Cons: Kayak didn't let me know I needed to pay VAT which is 17%.

Pros: We were there over passover. Very Friendly staff. Food was Excellent. Comfortable room.
Cons: We were put into a family room, without extra charge, which is a plus, but the family room that we were in shares a balcony with another family room, and people were staying there. It was a bit uncomfortable.
Located in Jerusalem City Centre, this luxury hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Jerusalem Great Synagogue and Ben Yehuda Street. Mamilla Mall and Machane Yehuda Market are also within 15 minutes.

Pros: Food was very good
Cons: The room and bathroom were not clean
Excellent8.2
Pros: Overall it was very great,
Cons: For an environment that is very comfortable it would've been nice to have had amenities like water and fruit, or at least water extended in the room each day of the stay
Pros: We love the Leonardo because of the great service, the homey yet luxurious feel, and the magnificent views of Jerusalem. The breakfast is unmatched and the location is great too.
Cons: The only downside is that you have to park your own car. Overall it's a great hotel with great prices.
Located in Mamilla, this hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Montefiore Windmill and Jerusalem Great Synagogue. Jaffa Gate and Mamilla Mall are also within 15 minutes.

Pros: Great staff. Mediocre food. Good value for the money. Nice to have a hotel at this price in this location , so close to many luxury hotels.
Excellent8.8
Pros: Beds, bathroom, breakfast, lobby. Overall a well worthwhile stay, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel
Cons: Parking lot is a bit difficult to enter and exit, common areas are dated, some staff are not helpful.
