Pros: Nothing as staff was friendly and Manager in charge practice batho pele principle. Food was excellent accommodation everything. Be good as you and never change there are few like you out there.
Cons: I would lie if I say there’s something. Maybe increase the number of your rooms as we have friends who are interested to come but we are a big group. Maybe consider upper layer
Pros: Breakfast was good and the property clean and beautiful, but mostly the staff were professional and very friendly :)
Pros: The place is quite nice and fancy, I booked Suite 1 but when I got there the Suite 2 that got a Jacuzzi which was just perfect
Cons: The wifi was a bit slow
Pros: The view, bedroom was clean, staff were super friendly and the place is very classy
Cons: Only problem is im a light sleeper and could hear squeeky floor boards above us and the wooden steps going up to the units. Very distrubtive if you're trying to have a good nights sleep. We could here our neighbours above us walking on the wooden floors :(
Pros: the service from the staff at large, the suite was perfect and the view was beautiful and the breakfast was nice too including the pool side area
Pros: The breakfast was adequate. The fresh fruit was not replenished and there was very little left when we sat down.
Cons: The coffee could have been better. I believe that for a 5* establishment there should be more than filter coffee served. The room was very noisy, the wind blowing on the corrugated roof outside was disturbing.
Pros: Fantastic service from all staff members who went out of their way to make my wifes birthday a wonderful experience! Scrumptious breakfast in a spotless environment. Thanks to Robbin,Robson and Weekly for making this a special break away.We will be back for sure.
Pros: Breakfast was good and location also perfect
Cons: There isnt a lot of variety of tv channels especially for kids younger than 10. No board games or other kids entertainment for the evenings in house... we brought DVD’s but there was no DVD player as you would expect with most family rooms.
Pros: Excellent , even excellent for vegetarians! Breakfast was great, room was warm when we arrived
Cons: All good, minor things like one light over basin not working and water splashed onto floor while bathing!

Cons: The towels were not great. The location was not great at all.
Pros: The swimming pool was lovely. Their food is delicious. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff very friendly
Pros: Very very friendly staff. Always willing to go the extra mile. They greet you with a smile
Cons: Had to ask for soap and foot towel wasn’t replaced. But when asked they did bring
Cons: The shower in the room we booked was blocked and we were moved to a different room only to get there and the Dstv isn’t working, asked for help from one of the ladies that were there overnight and she was rude and irritated by that we asked her to come fix the Dstv.We were then moved to a 3rd room whose fridge was empty .We were called 10-15mins after they allowed us to check out to come pay R100 for some lemonade something they should have checked before we left which was now made to seem as our fault.
Pros: Place and staff was amazing!
Pros: Beautiful setup and wish I could remember the lady who assisted us with the setup of our dinner, shortest and tiniest of them all. She was a star throughout our stay who always had a great smile on her face when approached.
Cons: Some of the staff members were not welcoming. When I asked why the pool was cold, the lady with the shaved sides advised that she was not aware of that and to keep checking, however another person asked straight after me, and was advised that the heating system has not been working for weeks. The handling of our spa treatment waiting was also not addressed respectfully by the same lady. Found her to be extremely rude. Our session was booked for 19h00 and were told by the manager to get to the spa by 18h55 to get ready. When we got there at 7pm, we were told that there are other people in session and we should go up to our room so we don't wait in the cold. 20min later, the lady came up to call us and was agitated saying that we were supposed to wait outside the spa even after we were advised by the other staff to go wait in our room. No apology was ever offered. And they even had the nerve to leave a tip book lol hai
Pros: The friendly and kind staff
Pros: The bed was not comfortable
Cons: The bed
Pros: It was perfect from start to end, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, the set up was out of this world, made you feel like you were on a tropical island, it was peaceful and very relaxing... We will definitely be back, and definitely will recommend to our friends and family.

Pros: breakfast was a lovely variety fresh and delicious
Cons: advertised 4 kilometres from the venue we had to advertised and in reality it was 14km
Pros: They cater for everyone when it comes to food, for people not eating pork. I will miss their breakfast and it's good they not serving lunch and supper as this encourages touring the place. People can also order food and its delivered asap.
Cons: The parking space is a little squeezed but that's not bad if you comfortable with driving.
Pros: It was clean and we were warmly greeted when we arrived. The staff made a plan to accommodate breakfast for us for a very early departure.
Cons: We were given a key and left to open the room ourselves. It was dark and we struggled to find the light switch. The room was very cold. The room looked big in the pictures but it was tiny in reality.
Cons: The breakfast was too small for two. Only one slice of bread
Pros: Bed comfy
Cons: The wardrobe was too small and the fact that it was allocated in the same area as with the bath tub, basin and shower
Pros: Beautuful room and friendly staff
Cons: We had a fantastic stay.

With a stay at Vulture Creek in Hartbeespoort, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Hartebeespoort Dam and Hartbeespoortdam Elephant Sanctuary. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The atmosphere
Cons: The beds were not comfy
Pros: The comfort and location of the venue was perfect for the nature of our trip (to attend a wedding) and I would recommend it for an inexpensive weekend to attend an event.
Cons: We stayed in room number 3, there is a hornets nest right outside the door, please ensure this gets removed. Our first night there we had no hot water, please ensure the geyser is turned on for your guests in advance of their arrival or let them know that the geyser needs to be turned on as we had a cold shower a few times until this was resolved. The communication with the owner was unpleasant and seemed as though speaking to her guests was an inconvenience from day one.
Pros: No facilities like tv
Cons: To many insects crawling around
Pros: We enjoyed our self the room is so clean enough space for two people
Cons: The dogs were moving around so my partner did not swim beacuse of the dogs she was so scared
Pros: Beds were warm enough and comfy however the place is not set up for winter. We went with our daughter and managed to luckily keep her warm.
Cons: The place is not sealed well against the elements and no heater or air con doesn’t make it a win for winter
Pros: The place is in a pristine environment. Will go back again with my family.
Cons: The thatch messes up the upper room and lounge. We go there and it had not been dusted off the bed and couches in lounge.
Pros: The atmosphere and friendly staff
Cons: The bed
Pros: Stunning decor. Loved the dogs. Lovely bed and bathroom. Beautiful garden. Very quiet and tranquil surroundings. Close to wedding venues and fun activities.
Cons: The only incovenience is that there wasn't a bar fridge in our room.
Cons: Bad location with snake, no pool , no tv, rats in the ceiling, bad furniture...for 1400 zar avoid this establissemnt.
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: The kitchen was not properly equipped for self catering. It was tiny, there was no oven/stove (only a 2 plate cooker in the cupboard that took up all the counter space when plugged in). All the utensils one would need to prepare food (chopping board and sharp knives) were not available. And some of the pots still had burnt food in them.
