Pros: Everything!!! From staff, to facilities, to food to entertainment. It was an axcellent place to visit. In just one day and night we had so much fun and enjoyed every single thing about the place. The pool is heated ya'll!! We'll done Cocomo!!

Cons: Ventilation could improve. But we used the aricon for humidity.

Pros: The place was amazing, relaxing and had the most delicious food. The staff was exceptional and very welcoming. Best pool and beach area. The dinner set up was beautiful.

Cons: The room we stayed in had an aircon problem as it was leaking and we had to turn it off a lot of times. We struggled with the heat due to this aircon problem, although it was not fixed, we were moved to another room and it was even better than our initial room.

Pros: Stunning place. Felt like we were on an island. Beautiful setting and beach decor. Clean, spacious and private balcony.

Pros: Your staff members are so helpful and friendly

Cons: It's not that I don't like, it's more of a suggestion that you upgrade your menu to more varieties. The WI fi was not working at all in our rooms

Pros: I liked that it's close to tourist attractions, didn't have to drive far to do things. I also like that it had a micro oven and the air con was great. I would like to thank Joseph again for being so kind and ready to help.

Cons: I didn't like that it's on the main street and didn't have a pool. Breakfast was not that great.

Cons: The towel that I used on Friday I expected to be changed on Saturday and I put it down as it was written but it was hanged again without being changed or cleaned.

Pros: Everything else was awesome for us.

Cons: All was well we really enjoyed the piece we were looking for. My hubby and I occupied the one room on the way to reception and didn't always get a good tv signal. The room itself just need a bit of face lift compared to other rooms. Of course parking space is limited indeed, had to be on a constant watch for who's going out. Joseph in the morning needs assistance in serving breakfast. It can take a while if he is the only one. Thank you.

Pros: Everything! The room was amazing with a fabulous view of the dam. The staff were attentive and eager to please. The manager Hylie went above and beyond the call of duty. When she heard we were going to walk to the cable car she insisted on giving us a lift. She also picked us up and gave us a sight seeing tour of the area. So very much appreciated.

Cons: The only problem was the location if you didn't have a car. A shuttle car would be great to drop off and pick guests up from various tourist spots.

Pros: Staff was helpful, WiFi connection was good and the pool was clean

Cons: A lot, the place was too cramped, no peace and quite, could hear neighbors from the other room, wooden floor made it unbearable as I could hear every movements, furniture old and worn out, limited choices to breakfast menu, no dinner served, menu had stuff that was not available at all, loadshedding and they had no generator. I made a booking based on what I saw on booking.com when I got there I was very disappointed.

Cons: The resort is rated 5 star, I didn't see it as 5 star at all. The couches in the room are sold and pilling. There was nothing wow about it at all.

Pros: Absolutely amazing staff, Blessings and the ladies are awesome people, thank you to them for making sure we were fed right on time! Ms Lungu, the manager, is reliable and was responsive to everything we asked or needed whenever we needed it. Comfortable, homey and quiet location. Exactly what I needed for my vacation!

Cons: I didn't like the way they save breakfast ,they got only 2 food in their manue and the food was not even Nice,no baffet breakfast and the space for breakfast is too small

Cons: 1. The entrance at the gate you don’t see the name is hidden by the trees 2. What you see on the website is not what you get at the venue 3. Breakfast facilities is a no no.

Pros: Cool and very clean, no noise and the staff always was good and helpful

Cons: The parking area doesn't have a shelter

Pros: The staff members went out of their way to see to our needs. The pool has a wonderful view and there is a scenic hiking trail on the property.

Cons: The Giraffe Chalet is very small and the kitchen isn't well equipped.

Pros: The staff is friendly and accommodative (enjoyed their hospitality), I like almost everything about the place. There is room for improvement. I don’t mind going back there, hopeful those small things would have been sorted.

Cons: They need to improve on the overall property (the facilities, the shower head and tap need to be looked at.) But overall a very good place it has a lot of potential.

Pros: The place was tidy and quiet which we loved

Pros: I liked the peace and quiet on the premises. The staff was friendly as well. The outside was clean and lawn well kept. I loved the shower as well

Cons: The bedding was not the cleanest, unfortunately. Had to kill a few bugs and insects as well before I could fully relax.

Pros: The Splash Pool

Cons: The venue was very dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable (when I booked I communicated with the manager and requested a double or queen size bed). I was assured a king size bed is available only to find 2 single size beds put together. In the morning when taking a bath the water from our bathtub leaked into the bathroom and bedroom downstairs which meant we had to clean up as no one was on duty. When I reported this to the manager to be moved to others rooms nothing was available and requested for a refund which they refused at first and later deposited R1000.00 instead of R1900. 00 and checked out after spending just one night.

Pros: Open outside space, green and lush.

Cons: Apartment and furniture are (decades) old and not well maintained. Kitchen and bathroom were delivered dirty. Kettle and toaster were not working, we only got the kettle replaced. Power went out on the second night and we only had hot water for showering on the first morning. The stairs were a safety hazard and doors and windows were poorly constructed, with draught gaps everywhere. The splash pool advertised was empty. The kitchen smelled of urine.

Pros: The staff was very awesome and friendly. It was nice experience

Cons: The hotel is very expensive for no reason,. You need to renovate, change the carpet, tiles and put a new Aircon.

Pros: Good views and positioned location to Hartebeespoort dam with easy access. Anniversary prep of room was excellent. Well done to staff on outlay and attention to detail.

Cons: Room 6: Aircon unit did not function properly, poor maintenance on functionality, hot air recycle in room. Bed was very uncomfortable, problem with mattress not supporting. REPLACE MATTRESS RECOMMENDED. ( Try and sleep in if for a night ). Poor TV Program selection for a 4 star? 1x Tap in bathroom loose and difficult to use. Kettle not operational unless you press on it continuously and wait to boil. Sliding door to balcony is not functioning, cannot open normally. Very difficult to open and does not slide. Overall very poor maintenance and functionality of basic items for an enjoyable stay. Would not recommend room 6 to anyone!

Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly we felt at home. Our view was amazing the honeymoon suite was perfect.

Pros: A lot of attention to detail, great value for money, very nice rooms, exceptional food and friendly staff.

Cons: I'd say they could invest in a coffee machine to make Cappuccino etc. The filter coffee was a bit cold, very bitter.
