Pros (+) Front desk and all the staff was excellent. We asked for a first floor and quiet room and they attended our request properly and on time. Delicious breakfast.

Cons (-) The receptionist named Adriana was rude in any posssible way not only to me and my spouse but to serveral other guests as well. I can tell that she is not happy at her work. About the place, it is too run down and it need improvement in also the place is right next to the train truck and cargo trains go by offend during the day and night
