The staff was awesome specially madame Comba front desk manager or supervisor. She made our anniversary great Thanks Comba
Wifi was not working
Seen better days
It was clean, staff friendly and helpful and food was very good.
The internet reception was abysmal, barely could view any graphics or photos, forget video. The carpet and furniture need replacing. Some of the lawns around the facility needed attention. My closet smelled musty, toilet ran constantly. The room doors need replacing too as they slam when closing them, very noisy. Back in it's day this must have been awesome.
Reasonable price when compared to the area...
Clea common area. Food and personal are good.
Rooms are old and not really fresh, the carpet was definitely a bad idea. I don't know what they did with the closet but it felt like they kept cats in there as it smells like cat piss. There is no real beach because it is small and quite dirty, and the ocean is not attractive.
Huge hotel. Very kind staff.
Old rooms. Smells bad
Stay was ok
Hotel location was ok, friendly staff.
Rooms are getting old and a little damp. Got a sea-view which only gave me a partial view. Booking through Kayak/Getaroom included breakfast but hotel charged me for it.
Great Service & Location, Old Facilities
The staff was exceptional from reception, to the concierge, to the people in the restaurant. I just happened to be there at the perfect time and got to go to a Youssou N'Dour concert on the property. Tickets were only $50USD for VIP seats. The pool area was lovely as well, but I didn't get to partake. The food at the restaurant was delicious.
The facilities and decorations in the room are old. There were rust stains in the toilet and sometimes I had to let the water run so that the brown water would pass first. The wifi was ok...sometimes it went out for patches of time.
