Pros: The staff was the best part of the whole place. Overall a beautiful place definitely worth going back to and you were treated like you are the only one that matters. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are a nice slice of home.

Pros: Our say was great and the staff was amazing and helpful. It was nice that the hotel was connected to the convention center so we didn't have to worry about driving and parking.
Cons: The only i really have to complain about is even though the room was clean and nice the bathroom need to be clean just a bit more. The shower curtain was growing mold andi found hairs in the tub.

Pros: I had a delay and checked in late. The night manager was extremely accommodating asking if I wanted something to eat and went to the café to make me a sandwich and delivered contact free to my room when I settled in. He also let me keep my car in the from of the hotel overnight and accommodated me with a late check out. I had an over 3 hour standstill delay on I 70. This definitely helped me settle in and he made a difference in my stay. The gentlemen in the café the next morning was also great and he was happy to be returning to work and his customer service proved he is a valuable employee. Top notch staff!

Pros: The bed was extremely comfortable and there were many pillows. Very nice and responsive staff. Complimentary Yoga mat on request.
Cons: The room design was cold and dark (no overhead light, and the lamps had fluorescent bulbs), the bathtub creaks when you stand on it to shower, and the carpet had little white hairs on it, but they did clean it well when I complained. The pool room is dank, outdated, and uninviting, the picture online makes it look much better than it is. We did not want to use it at all and that feature was part of why I chose the hotel.

Pros: The bistro and courtyard outside were very good. The staff was super attentive. My room was spacious and clean.
Cons: The TV was not flexible. Couldn't watch it head on while lying in bed. Rather, I had to watch from a side view. It was tethered to the wall and could not change viewing angles.

Cons: Uncomfortable and small pillows made it a very bad night sleep. Bed wasn’t great either. Surprisingly expensive parking - $27 is just ridiculous when the hotel was already costly enough. I didn’t think the price of the hotel matched up to what it provided. Much better and nicer hotels are available in downtown for the same price or less, especially when you include the parking

Cons: Breakfast choices were limited with no option for eggs, breakfast meats or pancakes/waffles — just toast, cereal, fruits and yoghurt. There was trash under the bed and the room was a little dirty/dusty in the corners. There was also a random green towel draped over the luggage stand. It appeared as though it was left behind by the last guest. It didn’t appear to belong there and was not folded or draped nicely.

It seems the more one pays for a hotel room, the less one gets — that’s the sacrifice when you trade affordability for location. The Sheraton at Capitol Square is a convenient location, but doesn’t have a restaurant or bar. I didn’t expect a free hot breakfast in the morning but I did expect a hot shower, which no one in the hotel received. We were assured the chain would compensate for that, but haven’t received information regarding that yet.

There appeared to be four computers at the main desk, but we never witnessed more than three employees working at them, and mostly there were only two.
