Pros: Loved the service and treatment... Upgrade to executive club privilege and enjoy complimentary breakfast (with made to order omelettes) lunch snacks and light dinner... Bottled water and other drinks are also available... Very helpful and very convenient to get to the subway...

Pros: Well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Location is probably the best part. Very convenient for getting around Busan.
Cons: Price! Terrible value. Having stayed at several other high-end hotels in Busan, I must say that this is the worst value. $40 for mediocre breakfast. $30 for mediocre cheeseburger. $9 for an 8oz can of cola. Absurd. The room was priced appropriately, but that was about it. There are better hotels at a better price point available throughout Busan.

Pros: The location of the hotel is very strategic. The exit for one of the metro station is just in front of the hotel.
Cons: Hotel staff can only communicate minimal english. Had a bit of issue with missing t money card in the room which was later resolved.

Pros: It's in a good location but a bit minimalist. The staff did try to accommodate us a bit when we complained the rooms smelled of smoke.
Cons: Would have been comfortable if the non-smoking room didn't smell. We asked to change rooms and the second one was better, but not oder free.

Pros: My sister and I came to Busan for a few days before she started her study abroad semester in Seoul. The guesthouse was super clean and the main staff guy was really nice. He knew that as Muslim women we couldn't eat pork so tried to find food alternatives for us. It also rained basically the whole time we were in Busan so he helped find other places we could go that weren't outdoors. There is a dog that kinda just hangs out at the guesthouse but he's (she?) super well behaved and never comes into the rooms. The neighborhood was busy enough that you had something to do without being obnoxiously loud at night. I would definitely suggest people check it out. Only thing is, don't take a cab there since it's kind of hard to find on a map. Use the Facebook page's map/instructions to get to the guesthouse via the train system since the exit for the Seomyon station isn't even 3 min away and we totally got scammed when we took a cab from the ktx station.

Pros: Close to subway station. Easy access to attractions & restaurants. A grand welcome on arrival, escorting & carrying luggage to the room.
Cons: Hard bed. Glass panel in the shower area needs to be bigger so that water would not splatter all over the bathroom.
