Pros: My wife and I (we live in Buffalo) stayed here for a weekend "staycation" to do things in the city that we wouldn't typically do, despite living about 3-4 miles away. The hotel was very nice, the room was well appointed, staff were friendly.
Cons: Not a huge criticism, but it was somewhat "remarkably unremarkable." Had a drink at the 7th floor bar that was pretty good but pretty sure it cost like $16, I'm not sure it was quite that good.

Pros: This was our second stay at the Mansion. The first was for our wedding night a few years ago. From what I can see, nothing has suffered in these last few years. The staff at the Mansion are wonderful and available to take care of you, whatever you need. Not sure what you need? Ask the staff and they'll help you out. If you like being pampered, this is the place. The place is stunning; take time to wander the Mansion and look at the woodworking and other details.
Cons: The only reason I didn't give the facilities a top rating is because some of the cabinets or other fixtures in the room could use replacement. Just some basic wear and tear that is easily remedied.

Pros: This Hampton Inn is right in the center of Downtown Buffalo with great bars, restaurants and sights within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plus, the rates were generally affordable.
Cons: No big deal, but there was no mini fridge in the room, so we could not preserve leftover food or keep drinks cold.

Cons: upon arrival the toilet seat was noticeably dirty and parking was not available due to hotel capacity. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned including floors, toilet, sink and counter. I found items under bed and side table from previous guests. There was a broken piece on the closet door that made a loud noise every time opened. Rotten fruit and stale bread put out at breakfast. I posted Do Not Disturb sign two days and both days an employee woke me knocking on the door. End.

Cons: front desk staff was rude and treated us like second class citizens. after seeing this listing, we asked the first agent if there was a room and she immediately, without looking, said they were sold out. as soon as my girlfriend started to mention seeing rooms online the manager gave us a line about having to buy online. we had to sit in the lobby and bought the room on the app.. we asked if these rooms were held by kayak and similar companies and the mgr said no. which means they were lying about their availability. my girlfriend and i are both front desk managers at much busier and nicer hotels in Yellowstone, and our staff would be in serious trouble if they treated our guests like we were treated. the bell/valet and housekeeping staff was very nice and helpful!

Cons: Parking is by valet at extra cost. I called in the morning, as instructed, to ask for my car. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we came down to the lobby, they had forgotten to get the car and apologized. Then next morning, I called down again for the car and it still seemed that they hadn't retrieved it when we arrived the lobby. On another note, I told them that the shower light bulb needed replacement and requested firm pillows since the down pillows flatten into a pancake. The bulb was not changed and firm pillows never delivered.

Pros: Extremely comfortable king bed and a great(6) pillow selection. Very clean with 2 tv's in 2 diff. areas. Comp. breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous. A TGIFridays is in the same building and a Dunkin Donuts is 1/2 block down.

Pros: Great getaway my husband and I are from Canada and headed to buffalo for a conert.. We stayed here and everything was great from the minute we arrived..They took our car to valet parking an we headed to our room, and was very clean and had a view of the streets like we requested..we also liked being right next to the train.. It took us right to the Niagara centre, where the concert was. If I'm ever in buffalo again for anything I will definitely go back there..

Cons: When the heating system in our room cycled on, it made a noise that sounded like an alarm going off. Not loud, but loud enough to wake us up repeatedly. On a more inor note, there was no clock in the pool/ spa room, which is problematic, since you can't keep your ohone handy in the pool or hot tub.

Cons: I didn't appreciate that during the middle my check-in the front desk woman took a random phone call about "potential cancellation" . The call took awhile and she didn't even apologize for the wait. Plus she said my card would be "on file" IN CASE of incidentals...she didn't inform me that she was swiping my card for $75 !!!!! plus another charge for 15. When I called they said it will take at least 3 days to credit my account. I like transparency when I lodge.

We shower her the confirming email and a printout of the rxomfirmation of our room with 2 queen birds and a out couch. .when we got there the reservation was not to be found and they didn't even have a room with the 2 beds available We ended up. Having to pay for a second room and waisted all of our time that we missed our event . It was a waisted trip and also very frustrating

Valet staff hung up on me on the phone when I asked for my car to kindly be retrieved, I questioned if they had heard me, or if I lost connection, yet when I went to the atrium, I could see they had retrieved my car. Pool open inconvenient hours on the weekend. We left just after 9:00am on a Sunday morning, and the pool was not open yet.

Cons: we stayed in 2 rooms. Both had constant rattling inside the walls. Originally I thought is was small animal but found out later, on windy days, the wind finds its way in the side walls. The sound must be the wires. It was so bad we all bought earplugs for the 2nd (last) night. I informed the front desk when I checked out. They are well aware of the problem. Pros: We were very impressed during our stay. Right from our check in with Jimmy at the front desk to our departure, we were treated very well and were very comfortable during our stay. The restaurant was excellent as well and it was a nice treat to see the streetcar drive by every few minutes as we were enjoying our breakfast. The pool was also nice. Terrific value. Thank you very much.
Cons: I would suggest the addition of a color printer in the business area instead of just the black and white. I would also suggest having the pool area change room saunas repaired.

Pros: The bed was soooo comfortable. Was in town for a concert and after walking back to the hotel it was so awesome to just be able to crash in that bed, turn the tv on and fall right to sleep. Lotta great bars in the area for food. Wanna watch the bills game go to Bada Bing. Good food, cute waitresses, 1 block away, get there early it gets crazy. Anchor bar is very close also, worth the trip.
Cons: Pay $20 per night for self parking across the street.

Cons: the staff is not kind enough. some even did talk about our question. we got completely ignored even there are only us at the counter. after final pay (for check-out) not even say good-bye. I do not know why.-maybe race?? if i can find better price place, I won't stay again.

Pros: It was nice having a restaurant and bar right in the hotel, very convenient. There was a long line for check in, probably because there was a hockey game & 2 weddings that day but we appreciated the free parking & 15% off restaurant coupon they gave out due to the wait.
Cons: There is no parking lot to park your car while you check in so it was a bit hectic checking in & bringing our bags in, but we were grateful for the complimentary parking which is normally $10/day

Pros: Got in late and staff was great, explained everything. The room was very nice and warm. Next time I would ask for a room on the other side of the building because of noise from the highway.
Cons: Noise from the highway kept me from sleeping soundly. I suggest upgrading your windows to Sound Proof Windows.

Cons: Out-dated small room. Paid for two queen beds and our room had two full beds. No refrigerator in the room. Coffee maker was missing the filter/ground coffee holder compartment. Overall, I wouldnt stay there again nor would I recommend anyone.

Pros: Location to Key Abanado Center - shuttle to the concert we were attending. Great price!
Cons: Lounge/ bar/ food area in front did not have enough help to get orders efficiently taken and out for people attending the concert. Our room needs major updates! There was also a hole on the side of the window allowing for cold air to come in and I heard the cars on the expressway all night. The room was also dusty. They have been renovating this hotel for years. I was here last year and it doesn’t seem to have changed very much as far as updates...especially the hotel rooms.

Pros: The location is great. We went for an event at the Niagara arena. We could easily walk there.
Cons: We were charged 10.00 to park our car...why that is a charge for guests is beyond me. The key card to the garage didn't work that was extremely annoying. The fan in the bathroom doesn't turn off so you had to listen to it run all night. We got very little sleep because of it. The hotel needs 5o be seriously updated ...it's way over priced

Pros: It was very close to the highway and close to downtown Buffalo. For a night's stay it was someplace that I would spend the night in if I traveled to Buffalo again.
Cons: The toilet kept making noise all night and you could hear the traffic going by all night. The breakfast buffet could be a bit bigger and have much more selection. The elevators were hard to find so signs leading to them would be helpful. It would also be nice if on the website the visitor was told that they would have to pay $10 a night for parking.

Pros: We liked the size of the rooms and the price for location purposes. If attending a Sabres game or concert, I always suggest a stay at the Adam's Mark to my friends or book it myself. It is in the most convenient location in relation to the First Niagara Center, and the .7 mile walk seems like nothing. Plus, the Adam's Mark staff was more than willing to call us a cab to make sure we got where we were going, which we did.
Cons: I've never had this happen at the Adam's Mark, but my body was all scratched up from the sheets. Whether it was due to the fact that they were of low thread count or overly starched, my back and elbows were red and raw the next day. The same thing happened to my partner. It was our only complaint.
