Pros: Huge room Really accommodating staff - they opened the gym early so that I could use it before breakfast Good value Brilliant restaurant at the back of the hotel

3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The bedsheets didnt fit and kept coming loose. It was overpriced for what you get.
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, lots of parking, heated pool. Big rooms.
Cons: Air conditioner was broken
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: It was not clean. Leaves from the fall under the bed. Heat was off in room when I got there.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly. Room had everything we needed
Cons: Lots of weird clunking or banging noises throughout the night. Couldn't figure out what it was.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location was ok for our purposes.
Cons: We arrived around 6pm (check-in started at 3pm) and they did not have the heat on so the room was very cold and the heater took quite a while to warm up the room. The shower was good the first night but the second day it would suddenly get very hot for a few seconds every minute or so. Very unsatisfying and potentially dangerous. When I mentioned it at check out that they should get it checked out the response did not leave me with any confidence that the plumbing would be looked at.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was nice that our room was accessed by outside, so we could park right in front of our room. It makes moving luggage easier and was helpful on a very cold Saturday morning checking out.
Cons: The room was in poor condition. The smoke detector was beeping loudly when we entered, indicating it had a low battery. The issue was resolved, after a second request to fix it. It was also difficult to control the temperature in the room, so we were either too hot or very cold throughout our stay. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not and of very poor quality.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was very mediocre, overpriced for what it was, but it was what I expected.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: Very loud. You could hear other guests very easily so it was hard to sleep. The rooms smelled musky as well.

6.0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly . The room was clean . I enjoyed the yard. We sat on the Muskoka chairs and just watched the sky. Peaceful
Cons: was a little disappointed in the breakfast. When I stayed in Knights Inn in Nashville the breakfast included meat eggs and potato as well as fruit and a selection of baked goods and cereals this Knights Inn didn't have that
5.0 Okay
Cons: they advertised continental breakfast but had very little....only cereal and toast and tiny muffins.....this is not a continental breakfast.....nothing we could eat therefore had to go out for breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room we were given was recently renovated. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was modern with a "touch" mirror that illuminated the room. Breakfast was basic, with cerial, coffee, orange juice and toast.
Cons: The hallways had material that indicated that renovations were taking place.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location and hot shower and price
Cons: No ice machine !!!!!! For a long time !!! Poor breakfast !!coffee sucks !!!
4.0 Okay
Pros: Friendly front desk clerk.
Cons: Continental Breakfast had only Kelloggs Cornflakes and bread for tost. No fruit or any other options. Nothing for Gluten-free items.
1.0 Poor
Cons: there was no hot water and I am pretty sure dirty towels
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: No hot water for a shower -- bed linens were very old and dirty feeling -- towels stained and I really believe not even clean upon arrival - ice machine out of order - did not eat the breakfast -- stayed three nights and almost considered going elsewhere -- I suggest to spend more and choose somewhere else
6.0 Good
Pros: Was quiet and centrally located. Star rating is a little harsh but for the money I had pretty low expectations.
Cons: Definitely needs some TLC. New linen and comforters would go a long way and replacing the screen doors would give the outside some much needed love.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a lot better than expected.
Cons: Hot water color was rusty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience was very relaxing and enjoyable, if we are back in the area we would definetly stay there again
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and a nice room for our visit :) Quiet and we were near the main exit :)
Cons: No remote for the TV but that really didn't matter for our stay :)
7.0 Good
Pros: close to amenities in Bracebridge
Cons: had noisy people in next room, loud, slamming doors etc. not the staff fault, but made for sleepless night

Cons: The room was cold. Beds uncomfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, the room was clean, warm and excellent value.
Cons: Noise from other guests was a problem but not the fault of the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great value for the money. Within walking distance to where we wanted to go. Clean, had a plug very handy to our car so we could plug in for the extreme cold weather temperatures. Quiet neighbourhood just off the Main Street in Bracebridge. Comfortable beds, not fancy but had the basics for a comfortable overnight stay.
6.7 Good
Pros: The owner was very polite and friendly. Good location.
Cons: The water in the shower was only warm not hot, but in the sink the water was hot. Seemed odd. The carpet really needed a good shampoo.

Pros: Great location close to everything in the town, classic motel style spacious room. Very helpful staff.

Pros: right next to the wedding venue I was going to
Cons: nice manager clean and good value
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to our online communications. The room was great for a short stay. Minor hiccup at check-in, but he was super quick to resolve. We’d stay again next time.
1.0 Poor
Pros: shady stay away
Cons: shady
4.0 Okay
Pros: Before I start, I had no problems with the resrervation process and I readily agreed to the asking price. However, we didn't see or hear of any breakfast. We preplanned, brought our own, and enjoyed that. The beds were clean and comfortable. The small cups of coffee were very good.
Cons: Entire facility is old and worn-out, certainly not nearly as bright and comfortable and attractive as pictured in the ads. How about painted concrete block walls in the rooms? How about exposed black PVC drain lines and copper supply lines in the kitchen area. How about an air circulation system that makes enough noise to keep one awake? Time to knock it all down and rebuild.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed there with friends visiting Muskoka regiona in October. Staff there was super nice, friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Rooms are super clean and have comfortable beds. Rooms has fridges, microwaves and coffee machines. It was great experience and we would defiantly consider coming back here
Cons: Some of the moments could be a little better: heater was very loud especially when it starts from time to time so if your sleep is very sensitive it can cause a problem. Bathroom sink is inside kitchen/ common area so if you want to use it you can disturb other people in the room especially if you are the first to rise and other people are still asleep

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Don’t let it begin a motel fool you - you’re getting a proper, updated hotel room. Total bang for your buck. Beds were clean and comfortable, good bathroom amenities (standard towels and face cloths, soap/shampoo/shower gel provided), big TV and couch...I was very pleased. Location is central in the town, so you’re near to Tim Horton’s, Rexall, etc. It’s very fairly priced for its updates and amenities. I’ll definitely stay here when I’m next in Muskoka.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room had 2 double beds and a pull out sofa bed which would be good for a small family. The place was clean and the full kitchen was great. The location was fairly good and central to necessities and venues we wanted to see / visit.
Cons: The mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable. Not enough towels. It did not meet my expectations for the price we paid. It felt very basic. The outside seemed a bit tired and needs some work (storm door broken) I expected more. I don't think we would stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was extremely nice and when I had to leave earlier than planned it was no issue. I thought I was getting a room and what a pleasant surprise it had a kitchenette with decent size fridge
