5.0 Okay
Pros: Gluten free and vegan very well catered for at breakfast; Lovely welcome with hot drinks and cake on arrival; Location is superb.
Cons: Rooms and bathrooms weren't immaculately clean; Bedroom door hadn't been locked one day after bed being made; Would be great for owners to have a greater understanding of intolerances - I am gluten free and was catered for well, but then also offered dairy free options...; Shower became a dribble if water was being used elsewhere in the property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I had a lovely stay at Garth Dderwen. Chris and Julie kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost (I booked the single room). The breakfast was great, and they were very accommodating for me needing a gluten free meal. They were very knowledgeable regarding walking trails, local transport, and restaurant suggestions.
Cons: Room was a bit chilly at night, but otherwise, very comfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here as it was easy to explore and walk in Snowdonia from the accommodation and it represented excellent value for money for a BnB. Also there were plenty of places to go in the evening. Provided everything we needed, a good breakfast, comfortable room and very accommodating, informative and friendly owners. A good stock of maps, books if needed and a comfortable lounge. We could also bring back a take away and eat in the dining area and this saved cost. Yes, we would return.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very warm and cosy throughout the day. Very clean and the bathroom spotless. Location amazing with nice views. The village in only 10min walk and maybe less. It is interesting to mention here that a beautiful walk of 10km starts from the hotel-ask reception The food at the hotel is very good both at the pub and the restaurant. The breakfast exceeded my expectations offering a variety of sweet and savoury tastes. In town there are plenty of small places to have a quick and enjoyable bite like the Hunging Pizza.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a lodge which was lovely and warm with everything you need. Fabulous breakfast. We really enjoyed the use of the pool/sauna/steam room and jacuzzi. The hotel is a short walk into town. The only downside was a very hard uncomfortable bed. I would recommend staying here.
Cons: The hard bed.

Pros: Loved my stay here and will be back when I next go up snowden
Cons: Staff spoke in welsh whilst I was present I don’t speak Welsh but I am welsh and know this to be rude
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room/lodge. Perfect location for exploring. Breakfast was fantastic.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, beautiful interiors and amazing dinner
Cons: No Bathrobes.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The central location of the hotel to everywhere else in Snowdonia means that all of the attractions are within an hours drive. You have complimentary use of the leisure facilities which include a swimming pool and a gym amongst other things. The breakfasts are also included in the price of your stay. The staf are always super helpful. We didn't need any particular assistance with anything but seeing what they did with other guests was enough for me to say this.
Cons: It wasn't wholly clear whether you could just enter the dining room for your evening meal, which had to be paid for in addition to the cost of the room. The cleaners arrive about the same time everyday which is good in itself, but we were in the process of being showered and dressed for the day after breakfast. Good job we had the chain on or it could have been a tad embarrassing for everything! The restaurant in-house food we thought was a tad pricey for food that in some cases was a little basic.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: WiFi was very poor in the rooms.

Free on-street parking is available in the nearby area. Each room at The Eagles Bunkhouse comes with tea/coffee making facilities, duvets, pillows and bedsheets. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner of the hostel was extremely nice - he called in advance to check whether we would like to cancel due to the hostile weather conditions and didn't charge us until we arrived (even though the reservation specified that cancellation would result in a full fee charge). The place had a huge kitchen with all the facilities, even included coffee, milk, bread and jam. Very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend.
Cons: If you go to sleep early, bring earplugs, because there is a bar downstairs (I think it closes around 11pm or later) and might get quite loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice clean and friendly property. Gary and his team did an excellent job of greeting me and my group. The beds were comfortable, the toilets, bathroom and showers were clean with hot running water. The communal kitchen/dining room was well equipped and clean. Parking was good for our Motorcycles they also had a drying room, not that we needed it as it was beautiful weather. Off the beaten track you would expect plenty of space in the restaurant. But if you don’t book a table in advance you will be disappointed as the restaurant was full. The food was good, as was the drink choice.
Cons: Nowt. I was happy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable bunkhouse above a lovely little bar with very friendly atmosphere . Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Carpet looked like it’s been down a long time(could do with changing) Walls are paper thin and could hear every movement and conversation from next rooms( not good with two young kids trying to sleep)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent. The huge bonus is the incredible waterfall just 60 seconds away! The town is just down the hill & the cooked breakfats are a great bonus!
Cons: If I was to say anything negative it is just that it could benefit from an upgrade in decor, but no doubt this would increase the price so depends really what you are looking for. For us it was a cheap and cheerful base.
