Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean. Lovely spacious room. friendly staff. good breakfast.
Cons: n/a
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was working for 3 days at the NEC and rather than stay at one of the giant chains surrounding the centre, wanted a quieter location but still nearby. Springfield House fits the bill perfectly, just 10 minutes drive from the NEC and situated in a nice village of Coleshill. I've never stayed anywhere as clean, absolutely immaculate. Very friendly hosts and a nice homely feel to the place. Generous room, excellent wifi. Will stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location for Worlds Resort. Clean, tidy and staff welcoming. Made us feel very welcome. Nice bedroom and bathroom. Good facilities. Would highly recommend
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful old house, absolutely spotless everywhere. Quiet location, peaceful night sleep. Extremely comfy beds and everything you needed in the room. Great breakfast too. Thank you both so much for a fantastic stay. would definitely recommend and return. 😊
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room, breakfast, staff
Cons: Room was a bit cold- I was told to ask if I wanted the heating up so my fault not theirs!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A wonderful glimpse of the 18th century with 21st century conveniences 😊
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, easy to get to from the motorway and a short walk from the pubs and restaurants in Coleshill. Great communication and James was really helpful with recommendations.
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 10.0
Pros: good standard- very clean
Cons: nothing - enjoyed it all
Excellent 9.0
Pros: facilities were great. nice base for staff to stay in during show at NEC. would book again.
Cons: overall stay was very nice. it was a little disorganised to check in, and sorting breakfasts (which were included when booking, but not noted when arriving to the restaurant.)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location for Arena was perfect, the view was great, the spa relaxing. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were great even though they were run off their feet.
Cons: Only thing is soft closing toilet seat
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Welcoming and beautiful. Prime location to watch a show at the arena.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: room was layed out well and added value of the mini bar. also the dressing gown and slippers was nice. as this was for my partner a nice birthday massage was left.
Cons: areas of the spar were out of cation on the day of arrival and the morning of leaving which i was left disappointed. my spar dressing gown and slippers did not fit.
Excellent 9.2
Lovely clean and up to date hotel lovely breakfast overlooking the water. definitely book through Agoda much cheaper than booking direct even though the hotel send you offers like 30% off which is a con as it's still more expensive.
Excellent 9.2

Good 7.0
Pros: All staff pleasant and helpful. Comfortable bed and room. Issue with defective light in room toilet was dealt with promptly and effectively.
Cons: A reasonable stay overall but considering that I paid £340 for 2 nights, it felt too expensive and didn't feel like great value for money. Not a bad breakfast but could have more choice/range with hot breakfast; 4 items is very limited! Why not add mushrooms and hash browns? Would have liked an electrical socket next to the bed for my phone/alarm; all seemed to be on the opposite side of room. There were a few basic sachets of tea/coffee in the room but this could have been better considering the money I paid. Why not add decaff coffee, hot choc and a few biscuits as most other hotels do in that price range. I was under the impression when I booked through booking.com that there'd be a free shuttle bus to the NEC from the hotel but there wasn't. There is one once you get inside the NEC car parks but it was a 15 min walk from the hotel to the nearest shuttle stop and it's not a very pedestrian-friendly walk.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: clean and comfortable
Cons: walking to the nec not strait forward hoped for a shuttle bus
Excellent 10.0
Pros: clean and simple. great to not be limited to check in/out or breakfast times
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff
Cons: milk in rooms
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Reception lady and the lady on in the morning was very pleasant and friendly
Cons: It was cold and very icey, would have been good it areas had been gritted.
Excellent 9.2
Staff were very helpful a great location if you are going to Resorts world arena
Excellent 10.0
concert at NEC, good location. would uses again. breakfast was allright to.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very convenient location. Comfortable and nice and clean.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Second time we have used the hotel and would recommend if travelling from this airport
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Good 7.0
Pros: Location is good
Cons: Poor footpath to terminal Can't get food delivered Inadequate drop off pick up by car
Poor 1.0
Pros: nothing
Cons: shocking had 3 separate bookings that were concurrent. on day 3 of the third booking they removed my belongings and told me I did not have a booking for the final night shocking will never return to any Ibis hotel.
Excellent 9.2
We booked this as we had an early flight the next day. It was perfect for what we needed - comfortable, quiet, clean, and only a 5 minute walk to departures. I'd accidentally booked the Ibis at the NEC rather than the airport, but it seems to all be joined up so he just transferred it, no probs. There's a restaurant on-site, or you can get sandwiches/snacks at the M&S or cafe at the airport, but the other restaurants were shut when we were there in the evening.
Excellent 10.0
Ideal for my needs, one night stay before flying out in morning, very near terminal 2 minute walk. All I needed was clean room and comfy bed which I was provided with, value for money and will use again. Very happy.
Okay 5.6
awful chlorine smell, transferred to two different rooms and still can smell the odor from the cleaner
Excellent 8.8
Birmingham havalimanına 200 adım mesafede, gecelik konaklamalar için ideal. Havalimanı kenarında olmasına rağmen oldukça sessiz. Tren istasyonu çok yakın. Şehre 12 dk da inebilirsiniz. Tavsiye ederim.
Excellent 9.2
Great location, 5 minutes walking from the airport. And if you need to go to NEC can take monorail for free from the 2nd floor of the airport 4 star breakfast. The menu is very similar to the other 5 star hotels where I used to stay. The downstairs restaurant is also great especially when you are too tired to go out. Perfect after a long day at the show while you are still fighting jet-lag

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, hotel where lovely. Nice restaurant and bar Very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say.
Okay 5.0
Pros: All staff encountered were welcoming and good.
Cons: Breakfast very poor. Area very unwelcoming. Lighting in room bad, shower difficult to use.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: The Evening meal menus was limited and Low average quality. Divided to eat elsewhere. Sea base to salty, burger leathery curry watery
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Bar area and food was good
Cons: Reception very slow - 20 mins to check in is ridiculous
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was unbeatable, 2 mins from Departures. Evening meal was first class at a fair price
Cons: Nothing
Okay 4.8
Booked this for the gym , gym has about 3 pieces of equipment, had to go to reception for card for entry but was told it doesn’t open until 8am which was very disappointing as my flight was at 10 and I couldn’t use it
Excellent 10.0
Really helpful staff. I left something behind and with 20 minutes of my e-mail it was found and out aside for me.
Mediocre 2.0
I have booked the Executive Room with Queen Bed Under the photos both at Agoda and Novotel website Photos under the room type Executive room with Queen Bed all showing there is a 2 seater sofa But staff telling me that information are not correct and on the description no saying there is a 2 seater sofa I cannot accept it Can you accept it ? Misleading and cheating happening in United Kingdom Look is United Kingdom I will not stay Novotel again in my life Fairness and justice very important Photos and description of the room type for people to choose has to be 100 % accuracy If not that is a cheating
Excellent 10.0
great Airporthotel
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We had an early morning flight, so being just across from the departure area was hugely convenient. Check in and check out were both quick and convenient.
Cons: The rooms were reasonable, however couldn't be described as spacious. For the price and convenience this wasn't unexpected though.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious room for organizing repacking to travel. Sufficient places to sit at dinner for a single person. Excellent personnel response in replacing burnt out light bulb. Location wrt airport and railroad. Value based on my particular reservation was good. I was paying out of personal pocket. But I would return for the same price. No bright LEDs to disturb my sleep Nice breakfast.
Cons: Nothing bad No sign if water in fridge is free (many hotels charge for this) I would like decaf earl grey for room to help sleep Burger at dinner. Glad that this was well-done. But the bun was very dry. Needed a nice sauce to make it all more moist and flavorful. Restaurant did not seem to know if a British beer: ale was available. Yes I liked the ale provided but the server did not know about it. It would be good if there are real British ales on tap instead of the usual corporate beers. Is it possible to get United miles for staying at Novotel? This Would influence my decisions. John Taylot
Excellent 8.0
Pros: staff was very helpful and friendly
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Convenient to Birmingham Airport! Great for early morning flight. They even gave us our b'fast in a bag the night before since our plane left before the breakfast opened. We have traveled a bit, but never in a place where we needed to insert our card into a slot to turn on the lights. Guess that is well known, however was not by us. Helpful housekeeper showed us. Very convenient to have USB charger for electronics.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location and very convenient for Resorts World Arena. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, soft towels, tea & coffee facilities in room with a fridge and microwave. Nice garden area too. Breakfast was not provided so went for brunch at the nearby Boat pub - lovely!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: This is a great location close to the NEC .. the chalets are comfortable and have everything you need ... The owner and his wife are lovely people and take time to make you feel really welcome
Cons: I would have preferred a single bed to give the room more space and a small desk or somewhere to put clothes would be better for the single traveller. The breakfast room will be opening again soon .. which will be great.. apart from that nothing else
Good 7.0
Pros: Very close to NEC and Birmingham Airport. Good location away from the busy roads and noise.
Cons: We were unlucky as the new boiler didn't work properly. At first we didn't have hot water and around midnight the heating stopped. The hot water was sorted in the end. The toilet seat was broken.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: It was very small. There was no where to hang clothes. I could hear everything the couple next door where saying! There was a long hair in one of the mugs. The toilet didn’t flush properly and when you turned on the taps the water came up through the shower. The toiletries where cheap, Palmolive and Radox. The tea & coffee were cheap rubbish too. No fridge to keep food in. I only booked this accommodation because they offered breakfast but when we arrived I was told it was room only. They should have emailed me to let me know that they didn’t offer breakfast anymore. Why was I charged for B&B if it was room only?
Good 7.5
Pros: The seclusion of location and friendly staff.
Cons: Breakfast was cooked well. Its was served on time and presented nicely.

Okay 5.0
Pros: Location although there could have been better signage
Cons: Pillows felt like sleeping on rocks and there were black marks on one of the cases.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Met expectations. Excellent choice for someone attending to a trade show @ NEC
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The breakfast was fine.
Cons: For the price paid, the property itself (on the inside) was disappointing. It looked tired and in need redecoration. After paying £194 for one night I expected better. £120 would have been a reasonable price but not more.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: staff lovely
Cons: facilities shocking - food horrendous worst evening meal I have ever had
Good 7.0
Cons: should not have to pay extra to park the car. Ridiculous.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was adequate, not much of a selection for a continental style breakfast but could fill up on hot selection. Some coffee mugs not clean. No problem with the room, although at night it took a while to get used to the planes taking off an landing. The bed was a bit harder than we are used to but didn't stop us sleeping.
Excellent 9.6
First class, will use again. Very flexible check out times, but were not able to commit in advance to early check in. Pity, but very helpful when we did arrive early. Good value, very clean and helpful staff
Excellent 9.2
I only stay for around 6 hours to sleep due to my early flight, but the room is nice and it comes with a small bottle of water, I loved it. It does take a little while to walk there from the train station, but signs are along the way which is not hard. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Easy access no fuss

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ideal location for the airport and the complimentary shuttle was an added bonus. The restaurant and bar was ideal and the night we were there we had a fabulous meal and attentive staff. The only disadvantage was we had to book a slot for the pool and none suited us, but it wasn't a problem for us, if it would be for you I would recommend calling ahead in case you need to still book.
Okay 5.0
Cons: it was extremely cold in the rooms and it couldn’t be warmer so I got a cold at the end of the trip
Excellent 9.0
Pros: room was nice and large and had a really comfy bed
Cons: on site parking should be free imo
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room great. Pool lovely (though the water too hot - but this would make it perfect for babies). Staff were very friendly and receptive including having an excellent response to issue below. They were also very helpful in finding us adjoining rooms. The food was very very good - good variety and excellent quality. We ended up eating in the hotel more than we would normally / had planned.
Cons: We had not realised that disabled drivers would still be expected to pay for parking (£10 per night). We were staying for 6 nights so this would have been a real problem. I spoke to the manager who was very helpful and did sort this out for us. He reported that the car park is owned by a private company. However, my opinion as a disabled customer is that the hotel need to look at how this can be managed in the longer term. Nonetheless, the staff in the hotel were excellent in managing this for us. The pool was too hot.
Excellent 9.6
Great hotel staff and facilities
Excellent 10.0
Modern, well maintained, good service from the staff
Good 7.2
We arrived at our room, they were going to decorate it for my daughters 16th, they put 2 banners up..I thought that's pants but at least it's something. Making the sofa bed, blood stains on the duvet and the duvet cover was ripped. House keeping come eventually and changed it. Great. Then I open the cupboard and find rainbow drops all in there and all under the unit, gross. Put things in the fridge, woke up and found the fridge don't even work as nothing was cold in it. Lastly, you could hear the traffic as if a window was open. Positive note. The Queen size bed was comfy.
Excellent 10.0
I stay in holiday inns frequently. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the reception staff both when booking in and out. Clearly a well run hotel with happy staff.
Okay 5.4
Pros: We had to pay for parking when the was not even located in an area where parking is an issue such as the coty centre. The room were very cold. I had 2 extra radiator as the heating was blowing cold air. And there were people with pets there such as dogs. When we asked the hotel they said those rooms did not get special cleaning. Considering how dirty pets are I think such room need special sort of cleaning. We were stayong rhere with children as young under 1 .
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A few booking in issues, which the Manager sorted out, and a gesture free drink. . Ordered a simple bar snack one eveing which took a while to arrive, however the head waiter coped well with the situation. It is chargeable parking at the hotel. The NEC shuttle bus works well.

Okay 4.0
Pros: Clean room, convenient for the NEC via monorail link
Cons: Chaotic check in although book in lady was very pleasant and helpful Eating area way to small for size of hotel. Kitchen closed 5 minutes before 9:30 pm cut off. Restaurant generally poorly organised and understaffed No tea/coffee making facilities in room Breakfast adequate minimal vegetarian options other than plant milks Pillows were rock hard!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Simple but good hotel very close to departure hall of Birmingham Airpoprt - perfect for 1 night to get the flight in the next morning. Hotel has also a simple restaurant/ bar - perfect for a quick dinner or drink in the evening.
Cons: Everything fine!
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing room double booked so had no room even though paid £145
Cons: Everything rude staff no apologies
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was very good and the location is excellent.
Cons: Nothing negative to say
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: The hotel was overpriced for the level of accommodation. I’ve stayed in ibis hotels in France and even the basic ones there are better value for money. More concerning, there was a bunk bed over the double bed and my husband banged his head twice, causing bruising and a contusion.
Excellent 8.8
Literally 5mins walk from departures. But missed the tea and coffee in the room
Excellent 8.0
It’s literally a bed in a room! I booked the classic double room which was very basic - shower and basin are in the bedroom and toilet in the tinest cubicle possible (like a box). No tea or coffee service in room. The hotel is very close to the airport (2 minute walk) making it very convenient for a pre-departure overnight stay. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t want to pay a lot for it as it’s very basic.
Excellent 8.8
Good value. Just missed tea and coffee in the room. Great breakfast for £10
Good 7.2
I have stayed twice this year the first time had a very pleasant room. This last time it was a dingy horrible room very dissapointed. If I use this hotel again I will be forearmed and insist on a decent room. The good thing is it is minutes walk to the terminal.
Okay 4.4
The room is not comfortable with no stationary like coffee or mugs in the room, there is no phone
Excellent 9.2
This hotel has everything you need before or after your flight, hot shower, comfy bed, and very good breakfast, the hotel is 2 mins walk from departure, arrival gates
Okay 4.8
Booked to stay here before catching flight early the following morning. Check in at 2 and we arrived about 7. No rooms ready as only one house keeper. Reception staff had to go and help out. By 8pm we gave up. No updates given and it was left to security to inform us in the first place. Over 10 families still waiting for a room, some with young children. Went to Novotel next door. Staff were fantastic and we got a room. It’s worth paying that but extra. Will never book Ibis again
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great location within walking distance from airport - silent though Fast check-in and check-out procedure Clean, functional comfortable room Reasonable good continental breakfast
Cons: Some rooms need some repairs - my room had the window opening restrainer broken by a previous customer. But was not disturbing at all.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were as helpful as they could be and friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
Cons: Via kayak I had changed my booking from Birmingham Central to Birmingham airport. The hotel did not have ne booked in. They checked with central and I was still booked there. I was told they could give me a room but I would have to pay for both rooms in each hotel!
Good 7.7
Pros: Very clean and comfortable bed
Cons: There was a big muddle up with my booking which is unresolved at the moment

Excellent 8.0
Pros: convenient location
Cons: too hot in the rooms
Poor 1.0
Pros: 20 minutes walk from NEC
Cons: extremely scruffy eg ripped leather chairs and sofa in bar flooring damaged on stairs. One of 2 lifts not working. Pool is the usual tiny thing with mouldy grouting- told to book but when I arrived to swim there were no staff to give me a towel etc. Restaurant was closed & the bar meal I ordered on first night was so bad I got a refund. No air conditioning . Too hot in early May without bedroom window open which given proximity to airport isn’t ideal! The whole hotel had a stuffy smell- some windows were open on the corridors but this didn’t seem to help . I stayed here 5 years ago and would say owners have spent almost nothing on maintenance since. They impose a parking charge at 11 am onwards on departure day
Good 6.0
Pros: breakfast and location were good.
Cons: nothing
Okay 4.0
Pros: Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, staff were fondly and helpful.
Cons: Rooms are tired, the shower in my 1st room was a drip, the manager seemed to think it was ok but what else could he say?? The room door couldn't be closed unless it was left to bang shut on its own fortunately I didn't go out late so didn't wake the whole floor. I asked to be moved this couldn't happen on the 1st night because the hotel was full. Moved the 2nd night, shower better room still tired. Won't stay next year. Room 244 get the door fixed.
Okay 5.0
Pros: breakfast
Cons: room service food and no resturant
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean bathroom, clean linen, clean towels. The staff were nice and friendly.
Cons: The Hotel is dated and rather drab, worn carpets, drab decor, musty smell.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was lovely all hot good choice of food
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.6
Definately value for money, the staff were very helpful and the food was nice too. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Very happy with our staff and would visit stay here again
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: Not much really, the breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: Our room was double booked, an irritation but these things happen. We came back from our evening out and were promised a room had been sorted, we went upstairs and walked in on another guest sleeping! Fortunately they extremely calm but this is completely unacceptable. We then tried another room and the same thing happened! Finally on the third attempt and after an hour of waiting we were provided a room. This has completely ruined my hotel experience and simply cannot recommend this hotel.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: This hotel is in a great location for the NEC and the airport with free parking and within walking distance. The rooms are nice spacious and clean. I've stayed here 5 times now
Cons: I have to say that this time we found the hotel cold. From arriving the room was cold turned the heating up but took several hours to get just warm. Went down to the bar which was also cold. I said to the barman how cold it was and he agreed it was and turned the heating up but with the doors continually opening and one remaining constantly open with the temerature outside -2C it wasn't comfortable most people had their coats on. The same the next morning in the breakfast room I could feel the cold air on my feet and legs!
Excellent 9.5
Hotel is a lovely place to stay. Has all you need and the room service is exceptional. Yes, the decor is a little dated in the rooms but that does not change everything else that is good about this hotel. The free parking is amazing as I have yet to find that elsewhere.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Blocked toilet & broken kettle & no shower gel
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Excellent evening meal in restaurant. Good service quick check in
Cons: Very hot in room opened windows which helped us get to sleep. Room was clean and beds comfortable.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: The staff are great and the food in the resturant was billiant. Easy 10 minute walk to Birmingham International rail station and NEC. Plenty of parking for the rooms available. Common areas have been updated and are bright, clean and plesant.
Cons: Internet slow (but reliable) , room was a bit dated and bathroom needed a little TLC but clean and functional. some rooms are very close to busy A45 but more than adaque sound proofing as long as you don't expect to have your windows open, there is no Air Conditining so this can make regulating the room tempreach a balancing act.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Reception did try to help with the problems I encountered.
Cons: I had to move rooms twice because there was so much noise coming from other rooms. The first night I was woken three times - a crying baby downstairs first, then drunk people next door, then an argument on the other side early in the morning. Not the hotel's fault exactly and reception did try to help but at the end of the day the one thing you need in a hotel is to be able to sleep at night. The gym and leisure bit compensates a bit but otherwise there isn't much to recommend it. Avoid.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast is great Location great.
Cons: Bathroom needed some tlc and a refresh. Lack of full air-conditioning. Did have a built in fan of sorts.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All facilities
Cons: None
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very nice hotel. The position was perfect for the LG arena. Only a few minutes walk. Would definately recommend it

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Lovely staff, nice spacious room and good breakfast.
Cons: Wet patch on the floor still wet next day. Also room really hot.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The location was perfect as it is right next to the NEC.
Cons: The cleaner rudely asked one of us to leave our room on the last day. Well before our 11am check out, also the shower head sprayed water in every direction but at youm
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very COMFORTABLE Bed , pillows and duvet were perfect. I didn't have Breakfast.
Cons: nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Really nice stay. Clean property and everything went smoothly. Near the NEC and they kindly accomodated early check in too. I would definitely stay here again.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location just off the motorway. Retail outlet right next door with plenty of place to eat. Room was clean and comfortable, although a little noisy from the restaurants when the window was open. Reception staff very helpful. Lots of parking. Shower powerful, loved the little pillow spray left in the room. Disappointed that the coffee and tea was not refilled for my second night stay, had to go to reception to ask for more.
Cons: I was there for a works training day, and was catered for accordingly being vegan with separate buffet and coffee station for my dietary requirements on that day. The staff member also came and found me to explain where everything was and what I could and couldn't eat. Thought this was amazing. However I wish received the same service for the rest of my stay. Really not great being vegan. Only 3 dishes to choose from on the bar menu. I stayed for 2 nights so had to go out the second night to eat. Breakfast was a disaster! As I entered a sign on the front desk said to inform of any dietary requirements. I spoke with the lady and explained I was vegan and got handed a poly pocket with a list of breakfast items with tick boxes of whether they contained milk, wheat, nuts etc. I am sure this was something for the staff to use themselves and not to hand out to the guests. If it was for guests use they need to present something a little more in keeping and professional. She took me to my table and said she would leave me to read it and would return to take my order. She never did! I was left to work out myself what I could eat or couldn't eat, and ended up just having fruit, on its own as there were not even any soya yogurt, and a slice of toast. A very expensive breakfast! On leaving the dinning room I bumped into the same staff member whom I asked why she never returned. Her reply was the manager had called her into the office. If staff are not available to advise guest, maybe some signs on there breakfast bar could point people in the right direction.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff really nice and friendly, ice machine on landing. Evening meal very nice.
Cons: Room poor, wallpaper peeling off wall, TV wasn't working properly, toilet seat wasn't fixed properly, skirting conduit was repaired with sticky tape. Slow check in and check out. Disappointed with price paid.
Okay 5.0
Pros: location excellent for NEC, clean, comfortable & good food
Cons: I tried to book a second night on arrival. The price quotes was inflated from £145 to £411. That is ridiculous hence the rating. That is no way to treat a guest that has a room already booked & the room was free the next night at the time of check in which was late afternoon. It was a week night not a weekend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I have got to say, I was seriously impressed This was the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean. Lovely room, kack view, but I wasn't there to look out of the window. I have to give your staff a special mention. Impeccably polite, but in a natural way. And immaculately turned out, plus they were superbly efficient. What else can I say 100% I loved my stay, if I ever do the lottery and win I'm moving in full time. Well done Norman Bristow 😊
Cons: Nothing apart from the view from my window 😊
Good 6.4
£250 for a night in a Crowne Plaza! Room was nice and comfortable but the breakfast was horrible, deep fried food, powdered eggs, why can't UK hotels provide a decent freshly cooked breakfast.
Good 6.8
Pros: Had issues checking in which took a while to resolve, no apologies and very blasé
Cons: Service

Okay 5.0
Pros: I was switched from Arden House to Redcliffe Lodge, Solihull at less than 24 hrs notice by original vendor, the booking switch was succesful .
Cons: Due to switch i was 10 miles away from where i wanted to stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Themed rooms and decor. Friendly welcome with helpful information.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Host extremely friendly, accommodating & helpful
Cons: Minor damage in bathroom requires attention
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owners were great and took care of me. They let me use facilities early and made me more than welcome.
Cons: The taxi driver charged me over the odds and took me wrong way. It was put as 1 mile from airport but it is a bit longer. I think saying to take train to Marsden Green and walk from there would be better explained. 🤔
Okay 5.0
Cons: Very tired decorative inside property. Toilet seat would not stay up. old stain onsheet. Just very poor.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Our bedroom and bathroom were a little tired and in need of some repairs; some facilities were lacking eg no shelf in shower for soap etc; bizarre electrics in shower room (mirror switch controlled all the electrics in shower room); bedroom cleaning minimal with just the bed made, nothing else replenished; bedside light faulty; fridge dirty.
Good 6.0
Pros: room was clean
Cons: Breakfast was poor, food was aired at best mainly cold
Excellent 10.0
Pros: very warm and homely
Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: our room - 3, shabby, tv didn’t work, poor tea/coffee making facilities. bed really hard, duvet was thin and lumpy as were the pillows and very uncomfortable. En suite- bin lid fell off, tape edging on the threshold between it and the bedroom. A brochure in the bedroom confirmed that there was a bar, no there was not, or a mini bar in the bedroom! Breakfast only between 7.30am - 8, only extended to 8.30 as we ordered a simple cooked mushrooms on toast! Nothing else like toast offered, no serviettes. Not worth the money and definitely NOT a boutique hotel. A very dangerous slope in floor levels just at the bottom of the stairs into the waiting area.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The owners went out of their way to wlecome us and very freindly and acoomodating. Breakfast was served in a lovely sunny breakfast room and was very good. The ensuite to our bedroom was a great size and the shower powerful and strong. WE arrived ate and reallt apppreciated being able to make a cuppa before going to sleep. Lots of lovely little touches in our room.

Mediocre 3.0
Cons: We had massive issues with the hotel not accepting my emails as staff were attending the FIT show at NEC and obviously had changing of dates with regards to room. The first day we had to pay for breakfast when it should have been included in the price. the rooms were not cleaned in between stays. And thankfully booking.com staff were able to change names but had to be on day of check in so that probably didn't help the situation.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: location pool gym
Cons: the bed was rock hard and caused pain in my hips and back. Possibly might have been ok if I was 20-30 stone in weight! as standard they have feather pillows which end up compressed like contretemps and cause pressure ans pain. i asked for some synthetic pillows but they were poor quality and I specifically had to ask for 2 or they would have only give me one for a super king size bed! the service in the bar area for food was non-existent. I went up to the bar for a drink. there was no table service yet they add a service charge to the bill! dreadful we’ve been through lockdowns and the building trade kept going yet the refurb of the restaurant is not complete…poor! nowhere to dine properly.
Okay 5.0
Pros: not much
Cons: bathroom old fashioned, room service menu very limited so I didn’t bother ! charging to park ! very basic even the heating wasn’t working, a horrible smelly portable heater in room .
Okay 5.0
Cons: tiny, tiny room and facilities
Okay 4.0
Pros: Staff were great. Vey helpful and friendly.
Cons: Massively overpriced. £260+ per room per night is ridiculous. Had full English breakfast each morning - was just warm at best.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Evening meal option - buffett, awful for £32.00 per head. Parking £12.00 per night is shocking, hardly a city centre hotel. Rooms rates are really high, just because of the exhibitions at the NEC.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: No heating, freezing cold room
Excellent 8.8
Great hotel, Friendly staff, clean room. Unfortunately the pool wasn't ready due to still doing refurbishment. If you plan on using the pool ask if its ready before you book. Highly recommended stay if your going to the NEC or Resorts World
Okay 5.6
The breakfast staff were extremely good & helpful. I have a mobility problem and had previously phoned the hotel requesting a room close to the elevators and club lounge, they were also advised I would like a wheelchair. On arrival no wheelchair was available. They offered to move us closer to the lounge / elevator, but would downgrade the room from a club suite to a double room. The bar tenders had different rules concerning payment, some allowing an bill to run, others say it’s a company rule you pay for every drink when it is poured. Never again. The housekeepers were friendly and very efficient.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great hotel very close to nec
Good 7.2
The staff were great, the room badly needed refurbishing with peeling paint on the wall, black mould and damaged door in the bathroom. Not good value, perfect location for the NEC.
Good 6.0
This was for a convention so naturally it was even more expensive that usual. However, if you are going to charge that much for two nights the least you can do is provide a bed that is not HARD and LUMPY. The carpet was stained with what looked like red lipstick. The only good part was the breakfast which to be fair was lovely. Never will I waste money on a Hilton again. Travelodge have much better beds!!!!
Good 6.0
Pros location good staff friendly and willing to help Cons over priced not able to cope at breakfast with all the guests. Waiting at the bar for 30minutes for a drink when there are 9 bar staff and not very busy . We have stayed at a few Hilton hotels and this must be the worst.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I liked the staff and the clean and comfortable rooms
Cons: The food was cold and disappointing
Good 7.4
Pros: Great location, staff very helpful
Cons: The hot breakfast was below the standard I expect for the Hilton.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The price was excellent and included breakfast and free cancellation.
Cons: The room was basically fine but I feel that all the bedrooms could be given an update.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Room service was excellent!

I had to clean bath room as was hairs in sink and shower
Good 6.4
I stoped one night and the room was good value. There was some road noise but I did get a good nights sleep which was needed. I would recommend the hotel at £38 a night.
Good 6.8
Room was clean, a little on the small side with paper thin walls. Our room was located next to a very busy road and traffic noise could be heard, which also meant we couldn’t open the windows. The bed was also a little to firm for us.
Excellent 8.0
Hotel was clean and had great cleaning staff same as for Toby staff very good and helpful. However our room had huge crack through the ceiling and constantly was in my mind of worry 😟overall I would recommend staying there.
Excellent 9.2
Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Definitely will stay again in the future.

Willing to please went the extra mile to accommodate
Okay 5.2
We were unable to sleep. As soon as entering the room, our next door neighbors were blasting music and shouting, followed by them tapping on our window (as we were bottom floor). I have already directly complained to travel lodge directly but they said in order for it to be processed it has to go to agoda
Excellent 10.0
Vary good say.
Mediocre 3.6
Carpet was very dirty and disgusting. Furniture was also dated.
Excellent 8.0
A reasonable hotel for a night before flying although you will have to add around £25 if travelling by taxi. The road outside is noisy though when I mentioned this I was told I could ask for a quieter one in future. Staff were excellent: friendly and helpful. Plus options nearby like M&S for food.
Excellent 10.0
Hi can’t praise the two members of staff on duty enough, both Amy and Joseph couldn’t do enough to help and made sure that they would rectify and help with any issue that I had albeit vey simple one Will defiantly stay here again on my next visit
