PROS: Location central to most parts of cityCONS: I had sheets changed 3rd day of 11 day stay. Left tip for Katia, she changed sheets while I was out all day, I returned to find my door bolt out holding door open and no one around except the neighbors.... I went directly to management and was put off for 5 days. I was told by a mnanager his manager would contact me the following morning at 8:30am and never heard from them. My fiancé went down finally on the 7th day and complained in Portugues and they moved me to bigger room. I only left other room because I didn't want someone cleaning my room that was so irresponsible. I have stayed at Radisson Blu and other Radisson red all over the world and never had such a disregard for my personal belongings. Luckily I use the safe. However if anyone wanted to, they could have went in and walked off with the safe as they aren't bolted to concrete. They are put on top of a wood shelf. Although I appreciate the room change 5 days later, if I had Radisson name on my hotel, and this happened to a guest, I would credit their stay for free and move them to another floor where someone that is responsible works. As well I paid the room cleaning person for something that is free. Just out of respect. Which the respect wasn't returned. I wouldn't stay at the hotel again unless they refunded this trips money for the stay. As stated the management didn't seem to care at all, until my fiancé went an spoke to them and explained I was told I would be contacted and was never contacted.
