Pros (+) The price was good. The room was clean and it was nice that you get vouchers for breakfast at the restaurant.
Cons (-) Definitely no frills. The front desk was not overly welcoming, and the greeter/server at the restaurant made us feel like we were bothering her. We walked up and she looked at us, did not say ONE word about "hello" or "welcome". She saw that we had our luggage and her ONLY words to "greet" us were, "You probably want to be out of the way."
