Pros:Floors were dirty. Given a "non-smoking" room but room and hallways smelled like smoke and stale beer. Phone did now work. Outside door did not luck.
Cons:Overall rooms not clean. Facilities in disrepair.

Cons:The motel should have advertised that they were in the middle of full renovations! The place smelled awful and there was dust EVERYWHERE the outside doors to get inside kept getting stuck even though the light turned green showing it accepted my room key! Anytime my boyfriend or I want outside it woukdntake at least 4 tries to get the outside door (C) opened. The place was just so dirty. I really wished they had advertised that they were undergoing renovations because I would have booked a different hotel!

Pros:Cheap and convenient, but the saying goes that you get what you pay for. Well, we didn't even get that. I have paid the same or less at other hotels, and gotten more out of it then here. Flat pillows, no shampoo or conditioner, a single bath towel, even despite the booking showing two adults. The pros, as few as they are, is the room rate was cheap, compared to others in the area, and location was convenient, right off the highway, and as a bonus, across from a Dunkins, for breakfast and coffee.

Cons:The bathroom need fixing. They are not property maintained. The rooms look dirty and smell. The bed was supposed to be a Queen size but it looked like a Full size. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets didnt look clean. The room didnt have extra pillows or an iron. The only good thing about the room was the big flat screen TV and the AC. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and TLC. The hallways smelled. There is a pool but it was closed. In speaking to one of the housekeepers, we were told the pool is closed because its too much money to maintain it. I feel that it was too expensive for the quality of the place. I will not be staying here again. I rather pay an extra $20 and stay in a better place.

Cons:Apparently there are some long term residents who live at the motel and there were some kids hanging out unsupervised making noise and messes in lobby area.

Cons:A few hours into my sleep around 11 pm very loud noises were heard. This was apparently a family going in and out of the room opposite to me with a small kid. This continues for a good 5 to 10 min.

Pros:Tia at the front desk was very nice. Other than that nothing came close to being acceptable.
Cons:The room was filthy with pieces of paper bags and dirt on the floor. The room was not cleaned the first night and we had to go get towels for the morning from the front desk. We came back to the room about midnight. The second night the room was supposedly cleaned however the paper garbage was still on the floor and the sheets were not changed. I know this because there was a very obvious stain on the bedsheet right below where you put your pillow. The room had no box of tissues and the only amenities were two travel soaps. When I asked the desk about the room cleaning the man said it was done and all the towels and bath matts were there. He lied straight out. While I was in the office another man came in and said he was disgusted and wanted to leave despite his reservation for 4 nights. Then another couple came in complaining. It was almost a comedy. The hotel refused to give anyone back any money and the owner/manager was outright nasty. The place was out of date, the towels we did see were threadbare, the mattress springs squeaked and poked, and the shower head was sticking out of a hole in the wall. The pool still had the cover on and it was mid June. This site is not owned by Motel 6 but does use its name. It is making a very bad name for Motel 6.
