The people were great! The place was not very clean and the breakfast was terrible! The sausages tasted like they were steamed and the eggs were grainy!

Cons (-) We traveled with a group of people. There are 2 quality inns with vestal NY on them. So we were booked at a different hotel then our group. We booked through kayak and couldn’t transfer to the other quality inn where our friends were. We ended up staying at the other hotel and not this room but still had to pay for it. Pros (+) The room was clean and well dressed. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) All the doors closed loudly. My neighbors opening there door sounded like they were opening mine. I was also near the door for the stairs so between my neighbors who kept coming and going from their room throughout the night and people using the stairs I had trouble sleeping.
Pros (+) Front desk staff was helpful, and all the staff I encountered were friendly. The wifi connection was a bit more stable than other hotels I've stayed at in the same area. The room was clean and spacious.
Cons (-) The pillows were small. The bathroom was cramped and the fixtures were quite worn.
Pros (+) I stayed her because I was bringing my daughter to college, my husband and I were very please with our room:) it was nice and big and we loved that it had down comforters on the bed:) we brought our baby chi's so it was great that it was per friendly:)

I relieved a note on my door that if someone complains about my dog I will have to find other accommodations for my dog.
