Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access key attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning positive experiences at reception and during breakfast. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was frequently described as tasty and varied, often enjoyed in a pleasant courtyard setting. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable, mentioning they were either too hard or too soft, and a few noted noise issues or small room sizes. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location, service, and breakfast quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
