Three out of four of the Service members were unfriendly, rude, short, clear disinterested in providing any type of service. The stage manager was trying hard, but the rest of the stuff is just incredibly unfriendly. I can’t wait for the time when robots will do the the this stuff

I was not told ahead of time they would be running a credit check and I was not allowed to rent a car because I do not have the best credit. This has never happened to me with the many other rental companies I’ve used. I will never use Avis again. I was embarrassed in front of a room full of people, and my trips plans weee ruined. Never ever again.

I received a damage report for damage that I was not responsible for. The customer service rep rushed off the phone and transferred me after I asked her not to. Horrendous experience and I won't be using Avis again.
Front desk unhelpful. We rented a Tesla. Asked where & how to charge it. They said "no idea." We spent hours in the boonies trying to figure it out. Front desk NEVER answered the phone Returned the car to an incredibly surly attendant who yelled at us "move the f-ing car over here!" Quite an experience at 8am.

The staff at this Hertz location were extremely unhelpful and plain rude. The person serving us took a call to book his holiday while serving us!!!!
Got duplicate charges that have not been fixed yet as they are not responding to phone calls or emails

Was able to pick up right in Manhattan. Upgraded to a 4 wheel drive when say conditions were bad. Was able to do a one way trip as needed all the way to Memphis. Other rental companies would not allow this. Good price and very friendly service.
