I rented a car to return it by 10 PM. When I arrived to return it 30 minutes early, there were no employees available—only one staff member from the rental parking lot. He shouted at me, saying, "There's no one here anymore, so you can't return it here. Get out of here right now," and then gave me an address that was unrelated to the rental location. I asked him three times if he could assist with the return, and he finally agreed, but only after a lot of reluctance. This kind of attitude is unacceptable.Reviewed 5 Aug 2025
