The lady behind the desk at the pick up location was VERY rude and she intentionally didn’t want to help me with my reservation. When I finally got the car (after so much delay and struggle) the inside was filthy! The inside of the car had not been cleaned.Reviewed 9 Sept 2024

Wait time was extremely long, the car was not clean when we picked it up. Also the gas tank was not full when they gave me the car. so it caused a whole lot of confusion when dropping of the carReviewed 3 Sept 2024

Staffs were friendly; however, the lines at the pick-up location were very confusing. I wasn't sure which line was for people who had reservation. I figured it out in the end by asking people who were in lines. So, better signs for directing the customers to the right place would be a plus. Again, all the staffs were very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate it (I was with 3 kids waiting for the car at around 1 am). Drop off was easy. Again, staff were very helpful. I arrived in time at 2 AM to pick up my car to be told by the staff that they no longer have any cars and there is that there is nothing that they can do for us!!!!!!!! I was not told ahead of time they would be running a credit check and I was not allowed to rent a car because I do not have the best credit. This has never happened to me with the many other rental companies I’ve used. I will never use Avis again. I was embarrassed in front of a room full of people, and my trips plans weee ruined.
