Terrible. The kayak automated reply sent me to a different pick up point. The service at the original pick up point was terrible. We had to transfer to another site to get a car. Dirty parking lot, 35 minutes waiting time to pick up a reserved car with one person ahead in line and 3 people behind me who showed up after me. Have fastbreak registration which didn’t do me any good, less of what budget promises. Was told no car available for me because I showed up 75 minutes before reservation time (10:00), yet there were about 40 cars on the lot. Fazit: one too many of more recent entitled budget disappointments, will not consider this agency again no matter what their price offer is. The car was good. When I booked on the app my total was 210 along with insurance. When I returned the key they made a bill of 348. I had a quarrel and debate with them..
