I didnt eat in restaurant in hotel but it all smelt good.. the breakfast in particular looked lovely. My room was gorgeous.. I stayed in the Chocolate room.. bed was super comfy. Dressing gown and slippers provided. Every thing spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with exceptional attention to detail... Nespresso machine. Great selection of tea. Water in room..lovely bath products and dont get me started on the bath.. pure luxury.. back rest was just fab.. I could have stayed there forever.. Piping hot water. The shower was lovely too!... Pros: Spacious room (especially for Europe) with nice furnishings and linens.
Cons: Hotel has a very business feel to it (which is good) with lots of 220v outlets, but lacked direct USB outlets for a traveler from the US - fortunately, I had a travel transformer for my phone, but an alarm clock or outlet bank with USB connection would be helpful.

7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast and location were very good. The bathroom was very clean and staff were very friendly.
Cons: The chairs in the room were not very comfortable if you need still to work for a few hours. In the room there is carpet which is not very convenient if you wrestle with dust allergy. I asked to split the bill (separation of breakfast and accommodation costs). This was not possible as it was advertised as a lump sum. I find this a bit awkward for a hotel that claims to be a 5 star hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: The duvet and pillows were amazing! Loved the whole luxury feel of the hotel when I entered as well.
Cons: The receptionist told us the wrong time for breakfast, so we missed it. The check out time was far to early - the room was booked for a day (24 hours) should be able to check out 24 hours later.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked superior double room with patio view and this hotel upgraded our room to junior suite. It has two separated bathroom with huge bathtub, little kitchen, nice table, closet and etc. Staff were super friendly. I definitely want to stay here again in the future.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is in an attractive turn of the century building, recently and very well updated. It's location is a little bit off the beaten track, but you know that when you book. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and pleasantly warm for our January visit. Bathroom looked like new. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt it gave us good value for money
Cons: It was a little hard to spot - but the unobtrusive sign is in keeping with the architecture, with GPS it was easily resolved!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: nice area, close to the center (walking distance). rooms are also very nice and clean, they have coffee and tea available all the time and the rooms are quite new and look nice
Cons: bed was a little uncomfortable, we didn’t sleep very good. also the bathroom with the toilet was so tiny, my boyfriend had to sit sidewards
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were super friendly and professional. I felt very taken care of. They leave fresh linen for you if you have the "don't disturb" sign up, and I was greeted happily by every staff member that I passed. It's close to the tram line 9, and about a 10 minute walk into the busier part of the city. There is an Albert grocery store 2 minutes walk behind the hotel. It's located in a safe neighborhood amongst all of the embassies. The room was beautiful and large. I didn't have a hair dryer in my room, however there was an ironing board and a selection of pillows to choose from if needed. There is a modest sized parking lot in the back too.
Cons: There was construction taking place that i wasn't given any prior warning about. I was in the last room at the end of the hall, and I couldn't tell if it was taking place immediately next door or above, but it was startlingly loud. From very early in the morning like around 8 am. I would have just loved to be told in advance instead of waking up to someone smashing the wall directly behind my head.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice modern and spacious room Original concept Good location
7.5 Good
Pros: Central location.
Cons: Parking very difficult. Waiting time at check in.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, spatious room, easy to check in and out.
Cons: Breakfast needs to improve. Bread knives were not sharp enough, scrambled eggs were just overdone and should really be scrambled eggs without adding cream/milk into it! The salami/cheese selection was limited, more preserved meat. Missed fruit selection, option of fried eggs, sausages would be great. Bacon was overcooked and just too greasy and way too thin cut. An additional towel in the shower would be great in a double bedroom room. Internet was not always working, dropping out, not responsong.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room set up is great for a small family. The breakfast area has a kids corner which was a great distraction for our little one.
Cons: No view. Unfortunately our room looked at a wall. Little bit depressing...
