Pros: Very friendly team, all very clean
5.4 Okay
Pros: This is one of those soul-less corporate hotels that really makes you sad to stay at a hotel. The place was clean and the bed was comfy, but I hope I never have to spend another night at a place like this again. And the pet fee is $50, and they don’t let you know the cost up front
10.0 Excellent
Pros: New, clean and nice rooms after we finally got an issue resolved
Cons: They put us in a room with a horrible sewer odor. After complaining for 3 days we finally got moved to another room but it was christmas day and then tooks weeks and weeks to get compensation for the dangerous sewer leakage smell in 1st room.

Pros: The room was great and I thought the price was excellent considering the awesome locations. Free breakfast in the morning was also a plus :)

Pros: King studio room was very nice. Spacious comfortable, and accommodating. Located centrally anything is within short driving distance.

6.0 Good
Pros: Best location you could ask for. Right on main street. close to restaurants and bars. Short drive/bus to skiing.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Great location, next door to great bar and restaurant Silver Heels, cheaper price.

Cons: The hotel is very old and in need of renovations. I wouldn't stay here again without significant updating to modern standards. The beds also are horribly uncomfortable.

Pros: The front desk clerk was very polite, and all was clean. We stopped in at the last minute because I-70 closed due to snow, and the location of the hotel was excellent, too!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was the only thing I liked.
Cons: Description of room on booking.com did not match the room and the staff said they did not have a room like that. Room was over priced for what it was. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is cozy, especially in the lobby with the large fireplace and comfy chairs. Perfect place to enjoy some wine or whisky while watching the snow fall outside. The hotel manager was lovely, friendly and helpful.
Cons: No, it was a good place to stay.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: Location was good. The lobby was comfortable and nicely appointed.
Cons: This hotel is really in need of some renovations. Our bathroom was very dated and the furniture was fairly beat up. It was only after someone was warming up their diesel truck in the alley behind the hotel that we realized there was a one inch gap in the window, not only allowing the noise in, but also letting our room fill with diesel exhaust. We would have liked to let the staff know when we checked out, but they were nowhere to be found. Perhaps they were directly outside the front door smoking, where they were several times when we came and went through a cloud of cigarette smoke. In addition to our other dislikes of this hotel, they also charge extra for parking. This isn’t Manhattan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. The two lounge areas were great. Coffee and tea available all the time in the lobby Great lication
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cozy ambiance. Loved the location.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Heart of Frisco! Right on the main drag. Can walk to everything!
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff were wonderful.. the complimentary wine and coffee and water was great. The bedding was soft and cozy
Cons: We were on the third floor with no elevator It an easy climb with a lot of luggage.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: In the middle of Frisco. Close to many sites. Comfortable and quiet.
Cons: No elevator so we had to take the stairs. Next time we would ask for a ground level room but then we would not have the same view of the mountains.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very good location on main st Frisco.
Cons: No hot tub, no breakfast. They pre-charge if you make your reservation on booking. I had canceled an earlier reservation and they had forgotten to refund me my money. It took several phone calls to straighten out. So if you book and cancel, keep an eye on your credit card statements, or better yet phone them right away to request your refund.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and fun. The room had a bonus jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable. The location was unbeatable.
Cons: Overall the style was quite simple. The room was a bit loud. We could hear the lobby and people above us.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly manager / host, free drink at the bar with a room purchase, nice welcoming lobby / living room with fire place, walkable to so many good bars and restraunts
Cons: Thin walls, room was next to the lobby, kind of noisy.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable and clean. Location was good.
Cons: Check in process left some to be desired as we were waiting and felt ignored. The room was right next to the lobby and we could hear conversations; a group was playing card games up to almost 11 pm and they got kinda loud, we had to ask them to keep it down. For the price it would have been nice to have had quiet especially after 10 pm
5.0 Okay
Pros: Really cute aesthetic! Large room. Location is unbeatable!
Cons: Everything was broken it seemed. I wish they would at least take the time to fix the minor things that became an inconvenience. -bathroom door handle was broken and literally pulled out of the door. -dead lock was broken on the hotel door -there was only a small knob lock and the door let in a large crack of light. -the window was broken and left open so it was super hard to close.

Pros: Close to a good local brewery!
Cons: Location is good. Staff is ok. Not real friendly. Room was in need of work. A heater on the wall kept the room 85 degrees, could not be shut off. Was told they were fully booked,so could not be moved. Had to leave window open in -1 degree weather to cool it down. Matress needed replaced in 1999! Horrible. Will not stay again. Wouldn't even give a discount for my trouble.

Cons: The heat did not work well in the room. The bed was really soft, but not in a supportive way.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Cons: Things are falling apart everywhere. The hotel has so much potential but our bathroom, the fridge, the floors, the cleanliness and the pool area were all very noticeable. I blame the ownership not caring or wanting to spend money to fix and not the staff.

Cons: Beds were a mattress on top of a platform ? Very uncomfortable. Hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Breakfast or lack there of. One poor lady trying to keep up with a full breakfast room of people? No coffee? At 7:30 AM This place is very old and it shows. Time for an upgrade.

7.0 Good
Pros: The location. The room was spacious. Great to have a refrigerator and microwave.
Cons: The bathroom was small and not updated--seemed old and dingy. The breakfast was fair. Only one juice selection was working. The hot tub did not have enough water in it to experience the jets accurately and it wasn't that hot.
1.0 Poor
Cons: We did not stay due to a sick son and hotel not being clean plus when we called the hotel they were not helpful AT ALL.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The free breakfast items.
Cons: All the words floors were filthy and the carpets in the back stairwell as well as the walls all the way up to the third floor were gross and nasty. The lights in most of the walls were filled with bugs and or crooked or broken.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. This was not even a neutral experience. This hotel was awful.
Cons: Unfortunately our room wasn't good by any standard. There was an enormous hole in the wall that almost went through to the room next to us. We immediately notified the front desk - her reaction was "omg' - did not offer to move us. Additionally, the tv didn't work. Nor did the coffee maker. There was a very gross layer of sticky dust on the hair dryer. I was promised a follow up to address these issues but never received one.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed, heat, and lovely ladies providing warm customer service.
Cons: The wooden bathroom door had a hole where a hook may have previously located. The shower curtain and part of the wall where the tub and wall meet had mold. The floor had a section that had been replaced and felt wobbly when you walked on it. I should have taken pictures!!!! Very disappointing!!! Days In - NEVER AGAIN!!!

1.0 Poor
Pros: We booked our hotel at the last minute so this was the only place that was still available and not outrageously expensive.
Cons: The building REEKED of weed and the room was not very clean. The floor in the entry/bathroom area hadn't even been swept and there were stains on the walls and ceiling. Gross.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing! A $300 stay, my fiance and I were looking forward to a decent breakfast since the room was so outrageously priced. Yet once again, the food was hardly edible
Cons: With a reservation already established, it took over an hour to get checked in due to ignorant staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upon arriving we really enjoyed the slightly loose floor boards that made walking around really exciting. After examining the room there were multiple tissues stuck to the ceiling with a mysterious liquid; awfully intriguing! Ice machine was only on ground floor so after a day of skiing I really enjoyed the extra exercise.
Cons: Three pillows instead of 4. We just cut one in half to make it even.

Cons: When we arrived and were checking in she took our ID's and noticed we were under 21. Her response to our young age was "you better not mess up my room or else! I'm from NY you don't want to mess with me". She was very rude to both of us and if we hadn't already paid for the room we would have left. When we did get to the room the walls and door were dirty and the carpet ripped up and also the blanket on the bed was a bit ripped. The shower would not stay the same temperature it kept fluctuating between very hot and very cold.
5.4 Okay
Cons: You don't rent a room that has no door handles on the bathroom door.... You get what you pay for in a rich ski resort area. I slept fine

Cons: We liked nothing......disgusting conditions finding pubic hair everywhere, blood on the ceiling and a hypodermic needle on the floor under the bed. We heard people checking doors too while we were there for just two hours. We even went to Target to buy cleaner then realized we needed to get out completely. We couldn't believe that when we called for help, someone came but gave us a hard time about how they have older amenities. NEVER stay here. It is the most disgusting motel I have ever seen.
7.4 Good
Pros: Good for the price, needs some work to the old place but happy there were no bugs. If I had to stay there again, I would like a top level, you can hear the people above you pretty clear. Good thing everyone was quiet after 11:00pm. The staff gal was very nice to us and kept her humor even though she seemed to work from opening to close. Water can get hot.

Pros: This is one of those soul-less corporate hotels that really makes you sad to stay at a hotel. The place was clean and the bed was comfy, but I hope I never have to spend another night at a place like this again. And the pet fee is $50, and they don’t let you know the cost up front
