The staff attention.
Very comfortable bed & spacious room. Pretty quiet & also a good value.
Bare minimum breakfast & bad coffee. Small bathroom area & no bath towel bar.
A bit old
Our hotel room was clean. Beds very comfortable and the location was in the heart of everything. The free breakfast in the morning was adequate and appreciated. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The counter space around the bathroom sink was inadequate especially for two female friends sharing a room......even for a couple sharing. The 10am required checkout time is to early. Hotels continue to shorten your stay when years ago it was a 24 hour stay you paid for. I know I am dating myself.....but 10am is just to early to require guests to leave. We did request a late checkout and we were given an extra hour....thank you very much.
OVERALL A DECENT EXPERIENCE
CONVENIENT, POOL AND HOT TUB, ADEQUATE BUT NOT EXACTLY LUXURY..
OUTDATED SHOWER HEAD AND TOILET PLEASE ADD MODERN HOTEL LAMPS AND 2 MORE PILLOWS TO THE BED 50.00 FINE FOR HAVING A DRINK IN THE HOT TUB????
No internet after midnight?
They turn the internet off at midnight. I have never heard of something so ridiculous. Not sure where the luxury in the name comes from. ESPN and ESPN2 both did not work on the TV, and the internet was too slow to stream any live sports.
Beds and pillows were very comfortable and I slept well.
Breakfast was cereal and cold/half frozen donuts. I thought it would be a bit more extensive than that, and at least the donuts could have been completely thawed. I chose this hotel over a competitor because it said the breakfast was included, but we ended up going somewhere else to eat. The front desk took a while to check in and they had their kid sitting on the floor in the office. No internet during certain times of night due to illegal piracy of movies? Really?
There wasn't much to like, other than it was a room (albeit an overpriced one) on a busy weekend.
The check-in person was very cold; room was not as clean as I would have liked; breakfast was awful. In the morning, there was no one at the desk to even ask if our stay was good (perhaps no surprise there) - just a basket to toss your key in on the way out.
Dirty rooms, stale breakfast, indifferent staff, dated hotel, etched. They have a lot of nerve including the word "luxury"in the name of their hotel
Ok for the money
Clean, room was decent looking and done up ok.
Bed a little lumpy, smell supper cooking in employees residence, air conditioning a bit under sized and the breakfast buffet was the worst I have seen. That said cleanliness and a fairly new remodel are important.
Definitely not what I was expecting
When you see Luxury in the title you expect a certain type of luxury. We rounded the corner to get our first glimpse of the place and our hearts dropped. It looked more like a run down motel than a luxury hotel. The first impression was a bad one. The landscaping was overrun by weeds, there were windows that were damaged and the sign looked like it was from the 1970s. The lobby was out of date and when trying to check in after ringing the bell, a young kid comes down the stairs wearing shorts and a t shirt... Not professional at all. We found no elevator yet our room was in the second floor. The stairs were norrow and steep. The room was clean but extremely outdated. Overall a very creepy experience... So much so that we cancelled our second night and decided to go somewhere else. We didn't even spend the night there. it was a $110 mistake that I learned from... Don't always trust reviews or the name of the hotel.
Room was clean and quiet and cold.
Good location. Room was ok but not what I'd call luxurious, although it was clean. It was quiet even tho right next to the highway.
The front desk lady was not very nice or informative. Continental breakfast was awful. Old donuts and fruit. The room was freezing when we got in. Had to crank the heater for a while before it warmed up.
We liked the fact that it was a quiet hotel and could get a good nights sleep.
proximity to shopping and the Town Pavilion
Location was quiet , close to food and other shopping. A good base for exploring after the snow season
Nothing appealing but good enough for a night stop...Was lucky enough to get a pretty large and quiet room. However, nothing luxury in that inn...
Probably one of the worst breakfast I've ever had in a US hotel...
sidewalk from rear parking lot was snow covered and slippery
the hotel is just a place to sleep and wash, during a snowboarding trip I could sleep anywhere.snow and mountains are all that matter.
Suitable for one night stay.
No elevator; too many steps for seniors.
it was ok
They don't have anything for diabetics....All sweets
The word "luxury" Inn & Suites is inappropriate for this hotel. Most USA hotels have at least a coffee maker in the room, and often a small fridge. This "luxury" Inn did not have either. "Breakfast" was provided, but was v.basic (coffee, donuts, juice), when compared with say Holiday Inn Express and other similar hotels, that provide a more substantial breakfast.
