the staff were all super friendly and helpful, had a very social atmosphere, easy walk to the metro/pharmacy/groceries. overall a really good place to stay in Santiago!
the kitchen could’ve been a bit bigger, and it was very cold all the time

I love the high security system in this hostel, it has keyless card that you get your deposit back in the check out plus they check in a person at a time while the others are at the waiting area.(Foyer) The hostel is very large, it has a big fridge and a self contained kitchen for self catering. A buffet for breakfast, bar and a separate kitchen to buy meals. It has lots of nice areas to seat and plenty of bathrooms.The internet is very good too.

It is probably the hardest review in my life... Let's start: The best thing about the hostel is it's staff. Guys at the reception, bartenders, Dali, cleaning staff, I just love you all, you are the best. You know that each of you has become a very important person and a friend. Atmosphere : if you travel alone, you will find your friends in Providencia. Rooms(stayed at both private and shared) are convenient, big lockers, comfy beds. Bathrooms:there are many, cleaning staff seems to work 24 hours, hot water, toilet paper, soap. Location-just perfect, walkimg distance from the 2 metro stations, bar neighbourhood, main street.
There is just one thing I didn't like... It became my home and it's incredibly hard to leave this hostel

The breakfast service was wonderful. I'm always a hard critic when it comes to cleanliness and this Hostel did not disappoint. The staff went above and beyond, with information and storage. I ended up staying with these guys twice. This is definitely a great hostel to stay at and I would recommend it for any stay in Santiago :)
The rooms were a little small, but we wanted a place that was clean and central so it really didn't matter. The WIFI password is so not secure. I literally can't think of anything else I disliked.
