Beautiful hotel and nice view Staff was super friendly
The location was very bad a lot of homeless and parking was too expensive but had to pay it or get your car broken into.

The location can´t be beat, at the heart of San Francisco, so close to Union Square but also close to a main street like market. We managed to move around just by walking everywhere which was really nice because it allowed us to get to know more of the city. Also there´s a bike rental "baby wheels" on the same street very convinient.
The place did not offer breakfast incluyed with the room charge, and I would say for people coming to San Francisco for the first time there is a lot of homeless people but it´s just the way it is. I would say be respectful and also aware that most of these people have mental issues so keep your distance but no need to feel insecure.

Fitness center, friendly staff, proximity to shops and transportation.
My room was at the end of a hallway with a sound of a radiator and a lot of street noise (room 672). I would have preferred a different room. Aside from that it was fine.
