I love the grandeur and the attention to detail by the staff. They all have a true passion for excellent service.
The hot tub wasn’t open, but totally understandable.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to paid parking. At your price point parking should not be an extra. Other than that we loved staying with you and would do it again. Room was really clean, staff was extra friendly (refreshing) and facility was very well taken care of.
Paid parking. Staff should've kept a closer eye on folks not wearing their face mask. Shower pressure could be better
The AC controls
Super pretty. Love the hotel. Room was super nice. Awesome place overall!
Unfortunately due to covid a lot wasn’t being offered and it wasn’t disclosed to me until I got there. Also $30 to park per night.
It's in a perfect location for our favorite beach (super close by) as well as a plethora of restaurants, shopping and groceries.
Nope. Everything was terrific.
