Pros: The staff was excellent and accommodating and extremely nice and they kept the place very clean. Breakfast was great for being free. They had warm food and lots to choose from and the hours were great. It had a nice workout room and a place to buy food and bringing at a vending machine. It had a washer and dryer you could pay to use.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable for us and too hard for us. Both of our backs were hurting bad after the first night. We have an excellent nice cushioned bed at home so we are very used to that. I didn’t like that the rooms inside the building were not secured by a locked door. I would have felt safer if the door had a lock on it so only guests with hotel keys could get in the building. That being said the area and location did seem safe and their was absolutely no noise disturbance or parties or shady activities happening while we stayed 3 nights there. These 2 comments are not to say this is a bad place to stay at all it’s just to share and advise future stayers of 2 things that they might want to be aware of. So if you need a softer mattress this place might not be for you. And if you get concerned about secure places this might be something to be aware of. Other wise the place is great and we enjoyed our stay.

Cons: When we checked into the property the front desk told us that most of the resort amenities were closed down but we could not cancel our booking without paying. For it was too late to do so.Our heater fan was clicking loudly the whole night. Maintenance tried fixing it by wrapping painters tape around the whole unit. Didnt work. The bathroom light strobed on and off maintenance was called twice for that. They never made it too the room.

Cons: The microwave didn't work, and the lighting in the sitting area was very limited. The freezer in the frig wasn't working properly, it kept defrosting and my ice cream melted everywhere.

Cons: Elevator didn't work. Bathroom floor was higher than the rest of the floors and there was not a transitional piece so was constantly stubbing toes on the exposed tiles. Employees or owners cars were parked at the entrance so it became one lane and you couldn't pull all the way into the parking lot when someone was checking in. Since the elevator didn't work right had to take the stairs but the only door that opened at the first floor went directly outside so you had to walk around the building to get to the lobby.

Pros: The staff was excellent and accommodating and extremely nice and they kept the place very clean. Breakfast was great for being free. They had warm food and lots to choose from and the hours were great. It had a nice workout room and a place to buy food and bringing at a vending machine. It had a washer and dryer you could pay to use.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable for us and too hard for us. Both of our backs were hurting bad after the first night. We have an excellent nice cushioned bed at home so we are very used to that. I didn’t like that the rooms inside the building were not secured by a locked door. I would have felt safer if the door had a lock on it so only guests with hotel keys could get in the building. That being said the area and location did seem safe and their was absolutely no noise disturbance or parties or shady activities happening while we stayed 3 nights there. These 2 comments are not to say this is a bad place to stay at all it’s just to share and advise future stayers of 2 things that they might want to be aware of. So if you need a softer mattress this place might not be for you. And if you get concerned about secure places this might be something to be aware of. Other wise the place is great and we enjoyed our stay.
