5.8 Okay
Cons: Dirty towels and bed sheets.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We just stayed a night on our way from Death Valley to Zion National Park. You won’t find new Ikea furniture, but the beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was very nice and we also got a free spot to park the car. The shower was great as well, and there were a fridge and a coffee machine in the room. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, also a store. If you want to buy something more specific, there’s also a Wallmart, less than 10min drive. It was a very good choice. Thank you!
Cons: There’s no breakfast option, but that was okay, we knew it beforehand.
6.0 Good
Pros: The offroad riding possibilities in just short drives from the hotel are EPIC! I had to call them to get someone to come to the window for check in. When I did, a guy came up from somewhere. He kind of caught me by surprise. He said the people in the office were out of town. I think it was a maintenance guy that lives there. He was friendly enough. He checked me in and the payment process went smoothly. The check-in office is behind an extremely thick plexiglass window of homemade construction. I'm pretty sure they have been robbed more than once. During check-in I was told that I could park parallel in front of my room because perpendicular was very tight. Parking is very tight when cars are in there if u drive a large pickup truck. I would say it is probably tight for SUVs also. The place was very well lit at night. It made me feel more comfortable with a broken safety latch on our hotel room door. The neighborhood seems a little shady and there were surveillance cameras pointing toward the cars and rooms. Did I mention the safety latch on my room door was broken? Thank god for my second amendment rights! The beds were very soft but I slept much better than I expected. The shower was hot, although it did take some time to get there. The water pressure was great and the towels were clean. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker all worked and were clean. They provided coffee. I WOULD recommend this place but advise you that it's not perfect.
Cons: I liked the value more when compared to the quality of stay. It was acceptable quality however there were issues with the room. The safety latch on the door was broken (which needs to be fixed immediately) , the sill on the door was falling off and dragging on the carpet, there were missing moldings on furniture, there was a big wrinkle in the carpet. There were small stains on the comforters but I wasn't completely disgusted. I felt they were clean. They looked more like small coffee stains...not the other. Lastly, there was nobody in the office. I rang the bell, as the sign says, for quite a few minutes and no one came to the window. Finally, I called them... just a hassle.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff very friendly
Cons: Not clean. Blood stain on comforter. Dirty towels.
7.9 Good
Pros: Least expensive
Cons: Old
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The only reason to stay there was the close location to Death valley for a good price (but price not worth it - there is a hotels with same price, but just cleaner).
Cons: Check-in was fast, but this is only one good thing about this hotel. The room was dirty - furniture covered with something oily, so I used towels from the bathroom to cover space for my belongings. Big towels were dirty and used (except they had hair on them). Same with the bed - one pillow was smelly. The bed was not comfortable - too soft mattress. I will not recommend this hotel to stay for anybody.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The room was spacious and warm.
Cons: I found myself disgusted from the linens of the bedding and the towels. They were dirty full of stains and hair, probably from various part of the body. On one towel I found blood stains. The bedding sheets were unwashed smelly and dirty. We asked for a change and they kept on giving us dirty sheets. We could have catched some disease. Also hot water didn't work very well, we had to wait around 10 minutes before it came out warm. Unfortunately we arrived very late so we couldn't change the hotel, but I regret not calling the health department. I never left a negative review but this time it was necessary.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros:
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I used to stay in the Econolodge up the street during my annual trip to Ridgecrest (for the High Desert Trails rally). This year, I decided to try something different. I was pleasantly surprised. A Night's Inn is basically 90% what you'd get at a national, discount motel chain--for 30% less money. Management was exceedingly attentive and friendly. He remembered my name and used it to greet me when he saw me, always making sure I was happy. The room had some flaws I'm not used to seeing in motels, sure. A previous guest dropped a blue maker on the comforter, resulting in a couple blue ink stains. The climate control was a bit loud, rattling the wall when the compressor would cycle on. And I'd hear the odd door closing in the next room, but nothing at all troubling. All in all, the remarkable cost savings, combined with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in a hotel, makes A Night's Inn my first choice for accommodations in Ridgecrest from now on. They are trying very hard and clearly care about their reputation.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom - shower only - was nicely re-done in stone. Very appealing, although the sink was small. This was exactly the stopover we needed as travelling from Zion To Sequoia via Death Valley. A great value. I must say that I miscued my reservations for the wrong night. The Manager allowed me to reschedule personally, without incurring charges. He is a very professional and honorable Hotelier. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Cons: For me, a drawback was the lack of laundry facilities and ice. We could have done with both. There is a grocery, Albertsons, nearby that took care of the ice issue. Ridgecrest is a fair sized community with all amenities needed.

Pros: Probably the best 2 things about this hotel were the size of the room is pretty big and the free breakfast you get is pretty good.
Cons: Search online for this hotel and some sites show a bar and a pool table and mention a restaurant in the hotel called Charlie's Pub and Grill or BMC Bistro however the front desk clerk knew of no such bar or restaurant. What???

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast your order from a restaurant and they bring it to your table. Bathtub was outdated but it worked great.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a great location before/after visiting Death Valley. We were welcomed warmly and our room was very clean. The pool, the hot tub, and the sauna are definitely worth checking out. It was pretty cold outside when we visited so we were the only guests who used these facilities, that was nice!
Cons: We were looking forward to having the announced warm breakfast but made the mistake to not check the time. You will only receive the breakfast voucher between 6-9 am and when we realized this at 9:10 am there was no exception possible, unfortunately.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable bed. We had a good nights sleep. Note that breakfast is taken in an adjoining restaurant by means of a voucher. Good choices at breakfast. Waitress served.
Cons: The service at breakfast was poor. We were told to sit wherever we wanted so, after checking with a waitress, sat on a small table (we are 2 travellers) which hadn’t been cleared in the window. (The only cleared table available was an 8 seater, which we avoided so a family could use it). We sat without menus for 20 minutes and when we asked for them we were reprimanded by another waitress and blamed for our wait because we hadn’t waited to be seated?!?! She then rushed us to place an order and had a curt manner. All other hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly but she was clearly having a bad day. Shame as we would have rated the hotel slightly higher had it not been for this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Was here for a quick stop and was best hotel of the trip.
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed
Cons: Toilet was way to low, and very noisy
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff service and courtesy. Great breakfast!
Cons: Room furniture needs updating.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: 1. All rooms have thin shared doors between rooms. They are so thin that when people talk (or argue, as it happens when I stayed) it's like having them inside your own room. I asked if we could move to a room that does not have shared doors. They gave us a different room. This room also had a shared door. 2. Poor service. Receptionist couldn't even find my name in the check-in list. She gave me the list with all the names and I had to find it myself. 3. Unfriendly staff. Breakfast was OK, but servers at the restaurant are VERY unfriendly. They don't greet you, they don't check on you and basically, they don't care at all.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff service and courtesy
Cons: Old hotel building, furnishings need updating. Rooms with adjoining doors allow noise to pass between rooms easily.

6.7 Good
Pros: Couch/coffee table
Cons: No coffee in rooms, office not open until 7:30 am.
1.0 Poor
Pros: They had good water pressure and hot showers.
Cons: Here's the deal. I booked this room online. I was emailed I would have the room from 4:00 a.m. Tuesday to 4:00 a.m. Wednesday. When I arrived at the hotel nobody was there. I called they provided number when they answered they told me they don't do any bookings in the middle of the night. I explain to the worker that I already paid for it online and that I was supposed to be checking in between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. she made it seem like she was doing me a favor by letting me check in. The thing that makes it all the worse is that they kick me out at 11:00 a.m. saying it's their check out time even though online it said 4:00 a.m. the following day. Literally got to sleep 3 hours after being up for over 40. I would never stay here again even if you paid me. The worker told me they go off of their own rules not what online says. I tried to cancel it they refused to refund my money. oh they did offer me to extend the hours by 3 extra hours but they wanted to triple the price from $50 to $150
8.3 Excellent

4.0 Okay
Cons: run down, dumpy, needs taken car of; breakfast was pitiful
4.0 Okay
Pros: The price
Cons: The bed sagged in the middle and was mushy. Found hair in the shower, not mine. The hairdryer was broke. The walls are thin, can hear everything from your neighbor. The breakfast consisted of white bread for toast and frosted flakes.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The staff was very friendly and easygoing, but I found hair and one stain on the sheet. Were the bedsheets and pillow cover not changed? If you have high standards in cleanliness, be careful.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The front desk was friendly
Cons: It was a place to stay. It could have been cleaner
4.0 Okay
Pros: the price was great and there were places to eat nearby. and the guy at the front desk was really nice.
Cons: the room didn't look at all like the pics. there was a smoke smell in the room, and burn marks in the carpet. the bedspread and all furnishings in the room were much older and dated than in the pic. this place gave me the creeps.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything.
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice interior - Bright color blanket and Wall photo
Cons: No shower curtain, No stopper(plug) in the bathtub. Very absurd. Low quality breakfast!
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: I had to kill 2 cockroaches in my restroom a few minutes after I carried in massive amount of items on second floor. So much that it would have been a pain to move into another room, and they told me before I got my room upstairs that it would be $10 more
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was ok.
Cons: 1. There were homeless people living downstairs. It's possible that the county paid for their stay after an earthquake hit the area. Or they were in some kind of "help the homeless" campaign. 2. The bed was extremely soft and sagged down in the middle
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Was filthy. Stains all over the carpet hair in the bathroom stains on comforter. Stains on pillows smelled. The knob you turn the shower on was laying in the tub broke off. Place should be shut down. No sleep at all.

2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Many things 1. Room was NOT smoke-free, we could smell smoke. 2. No wifi working. When asked, we were told to walk to the office area and connect if we need and at room we won't get wifi! 3. Horrible breakfast - Not even cornflakes /milk. 4. Thin wall
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Leaving.
Cons: Not clean. Breakfast shockingly poor. Cellophane wrapped stale pastries...nothing else to eat and coffee that had no taste at all. Violent domestic arguement in room above from 2am onwards. Staff must have been aware and did not sort it out. Old threadbare bed linen and towels. Not my idea of the 'deluxe suite' we booked. Give this one a miss.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: TV CHANNELS HAD VERY LITTLE BIG 4 NETWORKS. Ramone was not programmed. Continental breakfast was Coffee OJ and Twinkkies.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Checked in by a 12 year old I told her my name and she said the only last name I have has a (spelled my first name) I said yeah that’s my name, room smelled and friends had bed bugs in there room. Pros: It was clean.
Cons: Staff was very unfriendly when I checked in at 11:30 p.m. Acted like I was bothering him for getting in so late. Very rude. Also, if you're curious, breakfast is sunny d and pre packaged pastries that the guy watches you awkwardly as you consume.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Speed of check in, variety of TV channels, and location.

3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Worst room ever, where did you ever get the idea this was worth 3 stars, not even worth one!!! Rock hard bed, light that went on and off by itself all through the night.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: I had to ask for an extra key card even though my room had 3 guests, I thought it should have been there from the start.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Location only
Cons: Checked out early (I was to stay 2 nights, but checked out after one bad night). No one was in the office, when he showed up I said I was checking out, turned in my key with a note to please refund and email me. Have not recvd refund.DIRTY & mattress BAD!
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Roaches, no heat, water spilled easy from shower.
1.0 Poor
Cons: The towels were stained, there was an old soap bar in the shower and the bed sagged.
6.0 Good
Pros: I did not try the breakfast, but I was told by the clerk it consisted of hot tea and coffee, no food. The location in Ridgecrest was good for me and the price was extremely affordable. I recommend for a single traveler (or young couple) who just needs a bed and roof for the night.
Cons: The bed in my room was not comfortable, seeming to have been very heavily used, but it was clean. The wall light made a loud buzzing noise while energized. The shower head was positioned less than 6 feet off the shower floor, so a person of height (I'm 6'2") will need to duck quite a bit to wash.
6.7 Good
Pros: Large spacious room, comes with fridge and microwave. Many restaurants and shops 10 - 15 min walk away. Staff were great.
Cons: Very noisy location, dirty around base of shower, fire alarm missing, door handle falling off, main light switch does not work. (Smaller lamps are available in room to be used manual)
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: They do not honer reservations and change them when they deem necessary and triple charge you and then call the cops and kick you out the place sucks
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: no breakfast .. coffee ok
Cons: would have been nice if TV worked. Heater didn't heat room and was Noisy.. Smoke detector not working ( No battery ) .. Front door safety latch busted and broken ( like someone had kicked in door ) .. plus, no Deadbolt lock.. ( everyother place that I've ever stayed at had a deadbolt lock ) Room was baron .. Not a single picture on any wall.. Shower head only pointed in one direction ( could not turn and manuver for shower enjoyment ) .. bedspread had Stains on it ( who knows from what ? ) ..
